i had a hot debate with a friend regarding human rights and he got furious about the muslim women not having the right to get to others i.e non-muslims unless they convert as i told him
as was clear from the verse in Al
Ma'eedah chapter
he was accusing muslims of sexism( a male domination and preferance
over females
and started accusing islam of no equal rights)
and i tried to give him a answer and was a bit uncertain, the increase in numbers of muslims as the father in islam is the origin of the off spring and not the mother as taken in juadism.
can someone help me with some explanations reagding this point
