17 : 10 - 4 : 20 = (13 hour - 10 minutes ) .. say 13 h

13 / 3 = 4.33 ( 4 h and 20 m )

so the last 4h and 20 m before fgr prayer is the best time

as Allah in this time down from sky to ground and saying in hadeeth qudosi : " هل من مستغفر فأغفر له ، هل من داع فأستجيب له ، هل من تائب فأتوب عليه "
