please pay attention to this :
I think you clicked to the wrong thread !!!!
Yes, I did click the wrong thread, but this guy is not new to Islam. The way he speaks Arabic shows he has been in it for several years. He has a Methodist background which is a watered down church denomination and he wasn't serious about Christianity from his childhood up. They had to drag him to church as he mentioned. He went to youth services and different retreats where he saw things, and heard things that interest him.
He said he made the decision to become a Christian. It doesn't work that way. We cannot choose to become a Christian. No one can come to Christ unless the father / God draws you to Him. When He does, it is at that time you can choose to be or not to be; that is the question; therefore, I write his testimony off completely. I didn't decide I am going to be a Christian. God was drawing me to Jesus, and I said Yes, yes, yes. When someone experiences Jesus coming into their life and God's spirit bears witness with your spirit that you are His. You never will become Muslim ever. You begin to see clearly that Christianity and Islam are mutually exclusive and diametrically opposed. He thinks he was once a born again Christian. When someone is born anew in Christ; he will never become a follower of Islam; it is not possible by God.
Peace
Not sure I see the importance of these posts.. In regards to proof of Islam being truth I mean. For example to the muslims who convert to Christianity would you say their doing so is proof of the truth of Christianity? Or maybe simply proof of THEIR belief and faith in the truth of Christianity.. ;)
I am not sure I understand your point with this; it just seems like you are wanting to expose me to the Quran which means recitation in the hopes of me converting to Islam.

Are you afraid to hear some holy Quran ' s verses :)

I'm just trying to prove that a non- arabic Muslim can speak arabic fluently , like this boy from Turkey :

Peace with you .
Arabic is a beautifully written language and the recitations sound beautiful and compelling, but that doesn't mean God wants me to follow and trust my soul to it. I have no fear of listening and often do even though I don't understand it.
Question to Christians : Does expressing the love of the prophet peace upon him irritate you so much that you must make objections about a thread that doesn't address you ?!
Doesn't irritate me at all. I just thought as it was posted here .. In the English forum.. I guess it was assumed.. Maybe wrongly.. By the Christian members, That we were allowed to share an opinion. Maybe to avoid further such misunderstandings if a thread is not aimed at soliciting opinions of non muslims maybe you good say so.
Its no big deal.. If you don't wish to discuss stuff, then don't.
