why some women cover their hair and some
not. Which one is right?

First, I'd like to inform you that the veil - covering women's hair - is obligatory, i.e. , it's not optional.

يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ قُل لِّأَزْوَاجِكَ وَبَنَاتِكَ وَنِسَاء الْمُؤْمِنِينَ يُدْنِينَ عَلَيْهِنَّ مِن جَلَابِيبِهِنَّ ذَلِكَ أَدْنَى أَن يُعْرَفْنَ فَلَا يُؤْذَيْنَ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ غَفُوراً رَّحِيماً [الأحزاب : 59]

which means:
33|59|O Prophet! Tell thy wives and thy daughters and the women of the believers to draw their cloaks close round them (when they go abroad). That will be better, that so they may be recognized and not annoyed. Allah is ever Forgiving, Merciful.

وَقُل لِّلْمُؤْمِنَاتِ يَغْضُضْنَ مِنْ أَبْصَارِهِنَّ وَيَحْفَظْنَ فُرُوجَهُنَّ وَلَا يُبْدِينَ زِينَتَهُنَّ إِلَّا مَا ظَهَرَ مِنْهَا وَلْيَضْرِبْنَ بِخُمُرِهِنَّ عَلَى جُيُوبِهِنَّ وَلَا يُبْدِينَ زِينَتَهُنَّ إِلَّا لِبُعُولَتِهِنَّ أَوْ آبَائِهِنَّ أَوْ آبَاء بُعُولَتِهِنَّ أَوْ أَبْنَائِهِنَّ أَوْ أَبْنَاء بُعُولَتِهِنَّ أَوْ إِخْوَانِهِنَّ أَوْ بَنِي إِخْوَانِهِنَّ أَوْ بَنِي أَخَوَاتِهِنَّ أَوْ نِسَائِهِنَّ أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُهُنَّ أَوِ التَّابِعِينَ غَيْرِ أُوْلِي الْإِرْبَةِ مِنَ الرِّجَالِ أَوِ الطِّفْلِ الَّذِينَ لَمْ يَظْهَرُوا عَلَى عَوْرَاتِ النِّسَاء وَلَا يَضْرِبْنَ بِأَرْجُلِهِنَّ لِيُعْلَمَ مَا يُخْفِينَ مِن زِينَتِهِنَّ وَتُوبُوا إِلَى اللَّهِ جَمِيعاً أَيُّهَا الْمُؤْمِنُونَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ [النور : 31]

which means:
24|31|And tell the believing women to lower their gaze and be modest, and to display of their adornment only that which is apparent, and to draw their veils over their bosoms, and not to reveal their adornment save to their own husbands or fathers or husbands' fathers, or their sons or their husbands' sons, or their brothers or their brothers' sons or sisters' sons, or their women, or their slaves, or male attendants who lack vigor, or children who know naught of women's nakedness. And let them not stamp their feet so as to reveal what they hide of their adornment. And turn unto Allah together, O believers, in order that ye may succeed.

Second, why some women wear the veil and others do not,
simply , are all women God-fearing?
for sure not.. So, those women who don't wear it are disobedients..

why they force in some countries the women to put it even in iran they force non muslim to were hijab..?

If non muslims live alone in one district, no body will ask them to wear it. But the thing is, how can a muslim man walk in streets and find a lot of almost naked women everywhere?!!!!!
He will be influenced by them, so, for those young men who are naturally weak before their instincts, how can we protect them from such secenes to avoid them from comitting adultery or any other sins?!!!!!

On the other hand, it's safer to women to cover their hair ,too.
That 's to say, covering women's hair is good for all, even non muslims

Women not allowed to ask, just wear it without asking, they dont even can say why my husband can marry another 3 women and why i cant leave islam i will be killed....everything by force...poor muslim women

Is Islam only hijab?
Hijab is one aspect of Islam.
For example,
If you are an excellent student, and you got the full mark in all your exams except one exam; can you be rewarded the final certificate?
for sure not...
There are a lot of good women wear nice clothes, but they don't wear hijab , this exactly what I mean with" they failed in one exam," so their faith is not complete,
and they have to wear it ...

Only one accident in one country you cite?!!!!
with the comparison to how many rape cases it protects?!!!
In Egypt for ex., how many rape cases each year?!!!!

In Muslim countries how many cases a year?!!!
We almost never hear about this crime in our country...
but
in USA how many rape cases each day ?
it's 1871 adult woman a day
it means, 56916 women a month

Now, have you realized how hijab protects women?!!!

Regarding to that guy who raped an elderly woman, he was mentally deranged.... It's not fair to judge hijab through one deed!!!!!

A question for you,
can you stop somebody imagining you wife on his bed?
for sure not, you can't ... and if you say , " I don't care ",
it means you are a cuckold, but I think you are not.

If women cover their faces, can any body imagines someone who never seen?!!!!!

Hejab is a must, that's right. When women wear it , it's not only for protecting them, but because it's a Divine order... i.e., Divine orders ore not for pretty women only!!!!

However, one of the wise aspects of wearing it is to protect her, it's also to separate between religious women and disobedient...
Some pretty women like to tell all people that she is really beautiful, but they wear it for the sake of Allah. But the real beauty of women is to be for husbands only, not for passersby!!!

See, have you ever seen a jeweler exhibits his most expensive diamond in a shop window?
Never !!!... Why? … simply because just being looked at by passersby makes it much cheaper!!!... That’s for a kind of metal, so, what about our women?!!!
May be women in western countries have no value, but Muslim women are the most valuable thing in our life!!!!

Let's think together...
First, what about if you got married and found out that your wife is sterile, what would you do?
You love your wife, and at the same time you love to have children... Do you have a solution to this problem in Christianity?
You have only one of two; either to get divorced or forget about children!!
What about if you love both, and you need both?
In this case, you have no solution!!!!

Second, what about if you were one of those men who are too lustful - one woman is not enough for you - , do you have a solution?
either to commit adultery or oppress your wife!!!!
in both cases, you would hate yourself!!!

Third, the number of girls is about to be the double of men, so if we say each man would get married once, what about the other half of women?!!!!
Who get married them?
or monasticism is the only solution?!!!!!

In Islam we have the solution; you can marry up to 4 women, so nothing you lose....

- Ask a woman which one you choose, to be a second wife, or to be spinster for ever?!!!! -Ask her which one is better for her dignity, to find her husband get married another woman, or commit the adultery?!!!
In both situations, a second wife is much better…

Allah has said in Qur'an
4|3| marry of the women, who seem good to you, two or three or four; and if ye fear that ye cannot do justice (to so many) then one (only) or (the captives) that your right hands possess. Thus it is more likely that ye will not do injustice.

we can get married up to 4 , but on condition that you have to be just...

According to the original nature -that women have been created on- women don't accept more than one husband at the same time... (I am not talking about whores) , .... we are talking about the sound women's nature only...
however men's nature accepts more than one wife....

Can you tell me the number of wives the prophet Soliman had?
They were 800 wives and 200 female slaves

Not just 4, they were 1000 women!!!!

What is the punishment required for any body who changed his religion according to the Bible????
Death Sentence!!! Or you haven’t read your Bible?!!!

Can you tell me what the women's rights are in Christianity according to the Bible??

I am waiting for the answer ... and then you can say "poor Christian women!!!!"

you talked about hijab as a aspect but you didnt say why allah asked for hijab? if it is to protect her. why 90 year old woman and ugly and fat no man look at her, wearing hijab? is that for protecting her?

so it is hijab to cover hair?? or face also? because 80% of women with hijab are covering hair only.

is islam said if wife not having baby the man can marry another three? or mohamad just said marry 4 as you can. and if the man can support 4 women financially how about love and sex? how the feeling of the first wife when next 3 days he will be back to her because he is with another 3 women for the next 3 days.

what in future men are more than women, is married 4 women will be canceled from mohamad law? Alah created one woman for one man.

M't:5:27: Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not commit adultery:
M't:5:28: But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.
M't:5:29: And if thy right eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.
M't:5:30: And if thy right hand offend thee, cut it off, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.
