A prophet says: Victory your brother, whether he's oppressed or an oppressor!

They said: Your prophet's mercy made him recommend you to victory each other, and to oppress others, as he said to a man: "Victory your brother whether he's oppressed or an oppressor".
The speech is mentioned in The Correct Bukhari, book of (oppression and repression, and Allah's words: {And never think that Allah is unaware of what the oppressors do. He only delays them for a Day when eyes will stare [in horror]), chapter (help your brother whether he's oppressed or an oppressor), no. 2263. Obaidellah Ibn Abu Bakr Ibn Anas narrated from Anas Ibn Malek, who said: The messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: "Victory your brother, whether he's oppressed or an oppressor".
