Praise be to Allah, the Cherisher and Sustainer of the worlds

    Salamu Alykum Sister ,

Who else can give good practical advice than those who had successfully gone through the situation?

"How do I tell my parents and family I've become a Muslim?"
American convert Saraji Umm Zaid offers practical advice for the new Muslim on this sensitive issue.
(Addressed primarily to females, but mostly relevant to both sexes.)

Go to the below link my dear sister.

    http://www.revertmuslims.com/islam/h...ll_parents.htm

I converted to Islam from atheism , so it wasn't really hard for me to my family , but in the end , I wish you good luck and will will mention you in my dua .

you can firstly tell them about such Forums
&Ask someone to respond to our questions
he will be convinced God willing
    or
Engage in dialogue with them on other religions
Ask them why not be honest Muslims
    or
Show him some of the topics alien in Christianity
    And a lot of contradictions
And ask him for help in answering

Must first dialogue on religions with them before telling them

I think the real problem is the church not your parents

    بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

    Sister Karla,
first, you should learn more about Islam in order to have the ability to answer anything about it
then you can start or raise a lovely discussion with your parents about certain issues and then talk about religion in general
i suggest that you first start talking to your sister if she is young enough and see her motives towards islam
then you and your sister can talk to your parents
    may God bless you

    Dear Karla

I agree with the opinion of waiting till you spend more time in Islam

Anyway this greatly depend upon how your parents gonna accept it. And you know them more then we do

Till you can tell them, pray to Allah to save their souls from hell and to show them the right way to the paradise
