Okay, it has to do with Ishmael which Muslims claim Muhammad descended from but this is not proof that Muhammad would be the universal prophet for the world or that he was to come. This is a far fetched inference especially when you compare it to Gen 21: 12 that shows God rejected Ishmael as the child of promised, but God and Abraham blessed Hagar and Ishmael but he sent them on their own. No prophets come out of Ishmael. Kedar means God blessed the tribes of Ishmael and made them princes, but they would be against every man and every man against them.
