News Facts

Gartner’s “Magic Quadrant for Data Integration Tools” positions Oracle in the Leaders quadrant.(1)
According to Gartner, “Leaders in the data integration tools market are front runners in the convergence of single-purpose tools into an offering that supports a range of data delivery styles.” Gartner continues, “Leaders have significant mind share in the market, and resources that are skilled in their tools are readily available. These vendors establish market trends, to a large degree, by providing new functional capabilities in their products, and by identifying new types of business problems where data integration tools can bring significant value.”
The report notes that “Oracle is increasingly well positioned to address customers’ needs across a full range of their data integration requirements.”
The Gartner Magic Quadrant positions vendors within a particular segment based on their ability to execute and completeness of vision.
About Oracle Data Integration

Oracle Data Integration enables enterprises to build, deploy, and manage real-time data-centric architectures in a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), Business Intelligence (BI), and data warehouse environments. The fully unified solution combines all the elements of data integration—real-time and bulk data movement, transformation, synchronization, data quality, data management, and data services—to ensure that information is timely, accurate, and consistent across heterogeneous and highly available systems.
A component of Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle Data Integration Suite is a comprehensive, hot-pluggable, integrated set of data management products that allows organizations to improve performance and productivity. The suite includes Oracle Data Integrator Enterprise Edition, Oracle BPEL Process Manager, Oracle Hyperion Data Relationship Management, and Oracle Service Bus. Oracle also delivers advanced data quality and profiling products for enabling trusted information, and solutions for developing and managing federated data services.
The newest addition of Oracle's data integration offerings, Oracle GoldenGate provides low-impact, real-time data integration and continuous availability solutions, enabling companies to achieve 24/7 access to real-time data for operational and analytical environments. Its wide variety of use cases includes real-time business intelligence; query offloading; zero-downtime upgrades, maintenance, and data center consolidation; and active-active databases for data distribution and high availability.
Oracle has launched a Data Integration Forum event series, called “Innovations that Drive the Real-Time Enterprise””, across the globe featuring Oracle GoldenGate, Oracle Data Integrator Enterprise Edition, Oracle Data Quality and Oracle Data Profiling products. The event series brings organizations together with Oracle’s data integration experts to discuss the best practices for delivering the fastest and most scalable real-time data architectures at a reduced total cost of ownership.
