שהיא נמצאת ב"תענית דיבור ואף עורכת צומות, כאשר באותם ימי הוא אינה אוכלת או שותה".
לטענת עו"ד דחוח, מצבה הבריאותי לאור תנאי מעצרה ולאור התנהגותה

הינו ירוד ביותר והיא אף איננה מוכנה לקבל טיפול רפואי רגיל,
שכן היא דוגלת ברפואה אלטרנטיבית וכתוצאה מכך בעיותיה
הרפואיות מחמירות. לטענת האם היא איננה אוכלת דבר, פרט לפירות וירקות, ולכן היא נמצאת במצב תמידי של רעב וחולשה.
בבקשה נכתב כי השב"ס עושה כמיטב יכולתו
לסייע לה בבקשותיה השונות. אולם, לאור
