God is not the only source of guidance. You are holding Dr Jerald Dirks up to be some kind of Christian scholar and an authority when it comes to Bible interpretation. Wake up smell the coffee .. He is just a man. His lack of understanding about Christianity is obvious. He is misguided but not by God, God gave him the truth he has twisted it to his own ends, for that he will answer as will all you dishonestly handle scripture in such ways. He has made his choice...
