I am not sure what you mean by "prompt researcher on the right" I am taking it that you feel you do research and this proves you to be right. In your mind you probably are, but what use in trying to convince yourself or other muslims of the truth of Islam? Where is the benefit? I stand by what I say.. As a Christian who is part of the living gospel that is Christ Jesus your refutes are weak and based on misunderstandings. Its not not that you should do better in your efforts of Dawah... But rather question why you bother at all, what is to be gained?
It it is sad that you feel you must end on a personal insult... But so be it. I am not fanatical about my faith, but have an abiding love for my God and my given saviour Christ Jesus. Do you hold your God and your prophet in any less regard and love as I do mine? Do you think you are fanatical about Islam?

If by interfaith dialogue you seek to destroy the beliefs of someone who believes different to yourself and persuade them to accept your view as truth.. Then for sure, I do see that as time wasting, counterproductive and kinda of unethical.
If you wish enter into dialogue as a means of learning of the faith of others then I see that as a good thing. Not to persuade or cajole but in order to better understand another's point of view of the same God we share. Because I believe better understanding leads to a peaceful coexistence .. Surely that is a good thing.
If you hold to the former then I see no point in any kind of dialogue with you.. As it will go nowhere.
Shame .. Because I have quite got to like you :) despite that you can be a bit of a meanie at times. :)
