Though I am not qualified and professional in language concerned issues, but the lingual differences between all these (formats) of this name is apparent.
And for the reason of the difference, it is we who should ask and wonder, because you have the Bible from Latin then English, not from the original Aramaic version.
The name has Latin, Syriac (a western dialect of Aramaic), English, Hebrew and Arabic version and language rules effect is apparent, the same circumstances to the names John, Jacob, Joseph and Abraham. The same Isa, is derived from the Hebrew (Yeshua) by phonetic change. Isa is Arabic and in Poland, for example, is another name etc.
Greek does not have "sh" sound but Hebrew has, so they change the "sh" to "s" sound, that means the name came to English and Arabic (or any other language) via different intermediate language routes. The case is not (saddens you or delights you), the case is each culture and language translate this name differently, if you like it or not.
In Aramic and Arabic comparison, we see the same change between "sh" and "s" sound we found between Hebrew and Greek:
Eashoa = Easa
Peace to you

you have Isa, (you even gave Him an Arabic name!!! ) as a Christian I at least still give Jesus his known name of Yeshua, Jesus used as English translation of that name. Your Isa, it saddens me to say bears little resemblance to Yeshua. :(
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
