    Debunking this Allegation:

    First:

It is not right to attribute this hadith to Prophet Muhammad (Allah’s blessing and peace be upon him) there is contradiction on the one hand concerning evidence and on the other hand concerning context, as following:

    First:
Concerning evidence it is weak , as the followings state:
1-The Book of The Ahadith AlQudsya Collection: (part1/page19) number 337 (Allah gave me permission to talk about a rooster his legs are on earth and his neck is bent under the Throne and it says: Glory to You Allah how Exalted You are, he said then He replies : who commits perjury does not this”. Alhakm concluded it in (Al Mustadrick) (part4 page297). (weak) Ibn Jwzi said: concerning its evidences it is formed by Ibn Allahabi and he is left to tell fabricated hadiths. Al Albany said in (Correct Serial) prt1/150: there is uncertainty about identifying the hadith’s supporting evidences and context. Ibn Iraq mentioned in (Purifying the Islamic Law) Part1 page189 that: “In (The Language of the Scales) I said about Bukhari concerning the rooster issue: “About this context there is no confirmed hadith”.
2-In the book (Lofty Lighthouse) Ibn Qaym talked about this hadith with a collection of other weak hadiths saying:
The hadiths in connection to the rooster are all together untrue except for one (When you listen to the crowing of the cock, ask Allah for His favour as it sees Angels). Concluded by Muslim and Bukhari.
And shekh AbdulFatah Abu Ghada(Allah forgive him) corrected the hadith "Do not revile the rooster for it wakes you up for prayer.") Ahmad and Abu Dawd and Al Nisaiy concluded the same.

3-Al Imama AlDar Alqtny (Allah grant mercy upon his soul) mentioned the hadith in (Al Elal, The Flaws) (8/156):

I have been permitted to tell about one of Allah’s angels who bears the throne that the distance between the lobe of his ear and his shoulder is a journey of seven hundred years.

    بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
قل هو الله احد * الله الصمد * لم يلد و لم يولد * و لم يكن له كفوا احد
Dis : " Lui, Dieu, est Un ! * Dieu est le Soutien universel ! * Il n'engendre pas et Il n'est pas engendré, * et Il n'a pas d'égal. "
