.....Inheritance Shares Do not Add Up.....

- In brief what the allegers want is changing the ordained quotas (statutory portions) but Allah the Almighty fixed six ordained quotas mentioned before..The Cases with inheritance are many

Unavoidably some of them come together then some will gather as a group like joining of half with two thirds as an example and both are determined by Allah.. like having a husband and two sisters left behind a deceased wife .. Allah the Almighty on purpose gives this one half and the tow females two thirds! In other words He purposely wants it this way “Do they distribute the mercy of your Lord”?? And Allah the Exalted says “Unquestionably, His is the creation and the command” “and He shares not His legislation with anyone." And concerning inheritance He said “Your parents or your children - you know not which of them are nearest to you in benefit. [These shares are] an obligation [imposed] by Allah.”!

Allah should either follow their desires so to be compatible with what their devils suggest to them and change the ordained quotas (statutory portions) –Allah is the Exalted – or to cancel the family relationship net.. there is no adjuster of Allah’s decision and no repelling to His judgment… “But if the Truth had followed their inclinations, the heavens and the earth and whoever is in them would have been ruined. Rather, We have brought them their message, but they, from their message, are turning away.”

Allah the Almighty demands to make great efforts to form the wisest statement which we know some of it and most of it is obscure to us… Allah said: “But if they had referred it back to the Messenger or to those of authority among them, then the ones who [can] draw correct conclusions from it” .. and the companions referred this issue back to the experts… and the right and correct one remained right and correct, praise be to Allah
