8- معاملة الرقيقSlavery


يقول الكتاب المقدس the bible siad

2 إذا اشتريت عبدا عبرانيا، فست سنين يخدم، وفي السابعة يخرج حرا مجانا
3 إن دخل وحده فوحده يخرج. إن كان بعل امرأة، تخرج امرأته معه
4 إن أعطاه سيده امرأة وولدت له بنين أو بنات، فالمرأة وأولادها يكونون لسيده، وهو يخرج وحده
5 ولكن إن قال العبد: أحب سيدي وامرأتي وأولادي، لا أخرج حرا
6 يقدمه سيده إلى الله ، ويقربه إلى الباب أو إلى القائمة، ويثقب سيده أذنه بالمثقب، فيخدمه إلى الأبد

 (Exodus 21:7-11

When a man sells his daughter as a slave, she will not be freed at the end of six years as the men are. If she does not please the man who bought her, he may allow her to be bought back again. But he is not allowed to sell her to foreigners, since he is the one who broke the contract with her. And if the slave girl's owner arranges for her to marry his son, he may no longer treat her as a slave girl, but he must treat her as his daughter. If he himself marries her and then takes another wife, he may not reduce her food or clothing or fail to sleep with her as his wife. If he fails in any of these three ways, she may leave as a free woman without making any payment. (Exodus 21:7-11 NLT)

(Exodus 21:20-21


20 وإذا ضرب إنسان عبده أو أمته بالعصا فمات تحت يده ينتقم منه
21 لكن إن بقي يوما أو يومين لا ينتقم منه لأنه ماله

When a man strikes his male or female slave with a rod so hard that the slave dies under his hand, he shall be punished. If, however, the slave survives for a day or two, he is not to be punished, since the slave is his own property. (Exodus 21:20-21 NAB)

(Luke 12:47-48


47 وأما ذلك العبد الذي يعلم إرادة سيده ولا يستعد ولا يفعل بحسب إرادته، فيضرب كثيرا
48 ولكن الذي لا يعلم، ويفعل ما يستحق ضربات، يضرب قليلا. فكل من أعطي كثيرا يطلب منه كثير، ومن يودعونه كثيرا يطالبونه بأكثر




The servant will be severely punished, for though he knew his duty, he refused to do it. "But people who are not aware that they are doing wrong will be punished only lightly. Much is required from those to whom much is given, and much more is required from those to whom much more is given." (Luke 12:47-48 NLT)


يقول القران الكريم : the Quran


وَالَّذِينَ يَبْتَغُونَ الْكِتَابَ مِمَّا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ فَكَاتِبُوهُمْ إِنْ عَلِمْتُمْ فِيهِمْ خَيْرًا 33 النور

And those who seek a contract [for eventual emancipation] from among whom your right hands possess - then make a contract with them if you know there is within them goodness and give them from the wealth of Allah which He has given you.


يقول الرسول Prophet Muhammad says

عن المعرور بن سويد قال: رايت أبا ذر رضي الله عنه وعليه حلة وعلى غلامه مثلها، فسألته عن ذلك فذكر انة ساب رجلا علي عهد رسول الله صلى الله عليه ووسلم فعيره بأمه فقال النبي صلى الله عليه ووسلم: " إنك امرؤ فيك جاهلية ": هم إخوانكم ، وخولكم جعلهم الله تحت أيديكم فمن كان اخوة تحت يده فليطعمه مما ياكل ويلبسه مما يلبس ولا تكلفوهم ما يغلبهم، فإن كلفتموهم فأعينوهم "((متفق عليه)


Al-Ma'rur bin Suwaid (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: I saw Abu Dharr (May Allah be pleased with him) wearing a nice gown, and his slave was also wearing one similar to it. I asked him about it, and he said that he had exchanged harsh words with a person during the lifetime of the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) and put him to shame by making a reference to his mother. That person came to the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) and made mention of that to him. Thereupon the Messenger of Allah said, "You are a person who has remnants of the 'Days of Ignorance' in you. Your slaves are your brothers. Allah has placed them under your authority. He who has his brother under him, should feed him from whatever he eats, and dress him with whatever he wears, and do not burden them (assign burdensome task to them) beyond their capacity; and if you burden them then help them."

وفي صحيح مسلم


وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ، نُمَيْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، حَدَّثَنَا فُضَيْلُ بْنُ غَزْوَانَ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ أَبِي نُعْمٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏"‏ مَنْ قَذَفَ مَمْلُوكَهُ بِالزِّنَا يُقَامُ عَلَيْهِ الْحَدُّ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ إِلاَّ أَنْ يَكُونَ كَمَا قَالَ ‏"‏ ‏.‏

Abu Huraira reported that Abu'l-Qasim (one of the names of Allah's Messenger [may peace be upon him]) said: He who accused his slave of adultery, punishment would be imposed upon him on the Day of Resurrection, except in case the accusation was as he had said.

حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو كَامِلٍ، فُضَيْلُ بْنُ حُسَيْنٍ الْجَحْدَرِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ فِرَاسٍ، عَنْ ذَكْوَانَ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ زَاذَانَ أَبِي عُمَرَ، قَالَ أَتَيْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ وَقَدْ أَعْتَقَ مَمْلُوكًا - قَالَ - فَأَخَذَ مِنَ الأَرْضِ عُودًا أَوْ شَيْئًا فَقَالَ مَا فِيهِ مِنَ الأَجْرِ مَا يَسْوَى هَذَا إِلاَّ أَنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ ‏"‏ مَنْ لَطَمَ مَمْلُوكَهُ أَوْ ضَرَبَهُ فَكَفَّارَتُهُ أَنْ يُعْتِقَهُ ‏"‏

Zadhan Abl Umar reported: I came to Ibn 'Umar as he had granted freedom to a stave. He (the narrator further) said: He took hold of a wood or something like it from the earth and said: It (freedom of a slave) has not the reward evert equal to it, but the fact that I heard Allah's Messenger (way peace be upon him) say: He who slaps[/COLOR]





Kill those who are not Christian or Jewish:

ينص الكتاب المقدس على قتل غير المسيحيين واليهود

You must kill those who worship another god. Exodus 22:20

20 من ذبح لآلهة غير الرب وحده، يهلك


Kill any friends or family that worship a god that is different than your own. Deuteronomy 13:6-10

6 وإذا أغواك سرا أخوك ابن أمك، أو ابنك أو ابنتك أو امرأة حضنك، أو صاحبك الذي مثل نفسك قائلا: نذهب ونعبد آلهة أخرى لم تعرفها أنت ولا آباؤك
7 من آلهة الشعوب الذين حولك، القريبين منك أو البعيدين عنك، من أقصاء الأرض إلى أقصائها
8 فلا ترض منه ولا تسمع له ولا تشفق عينك عليه، ولا ترق له ولا تستره
9 بل قتلا تقتله. يدك تكون عليه أولا لقتله، ثم أيدي جميع الشعب أخيرا
10 ترجمه بالحجارة حتى يموت، لأنه التمس أن يطوحك عن الرب إلهك الذي أخرجك من أرض مصر من بيت العبودية

Kill all the inhabitants of any city where you find people that worship differently than you. Deuteronomy 13:12-16

12 إن سمعت عن إحدى مدنك التي يعطيك الرب إلهك لتسكن فيها قولا
13 قد خرج أناس بنو لئيم من وسطك وطوحوا سكان مدينتهم قائلين: نذهب ونعبد آلهة أخرى لم تعرفوها
14 وفحصت وفتشت وسألت جيدا وإذا الأمر صحيح وأكيد، قد عمل ذلك الرجس في وسطك
15 فضربا تضرب سكان تلك المدينة بحد السيف، وتحرمها بكل ما فيها مع بهائمها بحد السيف
16 تجمع كل أمتعتها إلى وسط ساحتها، وتحرق بالنار المدينة وكل أمتعتها كاملة للرب إلهك، فتكون تلا إلى الأبد لا تبنى بعد
Kill everyone who has religious views that are different than your own. Deuteronomy 17:2-7

 2 إذا وجد في وسطك في أحد أبوابك التي يعطيك الرب إلهك رجل أو امرأة يفعل شرا في عيني الرب إلهك بتجاوز عهده
3 ويذهب ويعبد آلهة أخرى ويسجد لها، أو للشمس أو للقمر أو لكل من جند السماء، الشيء الذي لم أوص به
4 وأخبرت وسمعت وفحصت جيدا وإذا الأمر صحيح أكيد. قد عمل ذلك الرجس في إسرائيل
5 فأخرج ذلك الرجل أو تلك المرأة، الذي فعل ذلك الأمر الشرير إلى أبوابك، الرجل أو المرأة، وارجمه بالحجارة حتى يموت
6 على فم شاهدين أو ثلاثة شهود يقتل الذي يقتل. لا يقتل على فم شاهد واحد
7 أيدي الشهود تكون عليه أولا لقتله، ثم أيدي جميع الشعب أخيرا، فتنزع الشر من وسطك

Kill anyone who refuses to listen to a priest. Deuteronomy 17:12-13
12 والرجل الذي يعمل بطغيان، فلا يسمع للكاهن الواقف هناك ليخدم الرب إلهك، أو للقاضي ، يقتل ذلك الرجل، فتنزع الشر من إسرائيل
13 فيسمع جميع الشعب ويخافون ولا يطغون بعد

Kill any false prophets. Deuteronomy 18:20
20 وأما النبي الذي يطغي، فيتكلم باسمي كلاما لم أوصه أن يتكلم به، أو الذي يتكلم باسم آلهة أخرى، فيموت ذلك النبي


Jude reminds us that God destroys those who don’t believe in him. Jude 5
5 فأريد أن أذكركم، ولو علمتم هذا مرة، أن الرب بعدما خلص الشعب من أرض مصر، أهلك أيضا الذين لم يؤمنوا


Ignorance is bliss. Christians should not practice free inquiry nor socialize with non Christians:
تعاليم يسوع تنص على عدم الاختلاط وتحية وكلام غير المسيحيين

Don’t associate with non-Christians. Don’t receive them into your house or even exchange greeting with them. 2 John 1:10

1 الشيخ، إلى كيرية المختارة، وإلى أولادها الذين أنا أحبهم بالحق، ولست أنا فقط، بل أيضا جميع الذين قد عرفوا الحق
2 من أجل الحق الذي يثبت فينا وسيكون معنا إلى الأبد
3 تكون معكم نعمة ورحمة وسلام من الله الآب ومن الرب يسوع المسيح، ابن الآب بالحق والمحبة
4 فرحت جدا لأني وجدت من أولادك بعضا سالكين في الحق، كما أخذنا وصية من الآب
5 والآن أطلب منك يا كيرية، لا كأني أكتب إليك وصية جديدة، بل التي كانت عندنا من البدء: أن يحب بعضنا بعضا
6 وهذه هي المحبة: أن نسلك بحسب وصاياه. هذه هي الوصية، كما سمعتم من البدء أن تسلكوا فيها
7 لأنه قد دخل إلى العالم مضلون كثيرون، لا يعترفون بيسوع المسيح آتيا في الجسد. هذا هو المضل، والضد للمسيح
8 انظروا إلى أنفسكم لئلا نضيع ما عملناه، بل ننال أجرا تاما
9 كل من تعدى ولم يثبت في تعليم المسيح فليس له الله. ومن يثبت في تعليم المسيح فهذا له الآب والابن جميعا
10 إن كان أحد يأتيكم، ولا يجيء بهذا التعليم، فلا تقبلوه في البيت، ولا تقولوا له سلام

Shun those who disagree with your religious views. Romans 16:17

17 وأطلب إليكم أيها الإخوة أن تلاحظوا الذين يصنعون الشقاقات والعثرات، خلافا للتعليم الذي تعلمتموه، وأعرضوا عنهم

Paul, knowing that their faith would crumble if subjected to free and
critical inquiry, tells his followers to avoid philosophy. Colossians 2:8

8 انظروا أن لا يكون أحد يسبيكم بالفلسفة وبغرور باطل، حسب تقليد الناس، حسب أركان العالم، وليس حسب المسيح

Judge other religions for not following Christ:
الحكم على غير المسيحيين


Whoever denies “that Jesus is the Christ” is a liar and an anti-Christ. 1 John 2:22
22 من هو الكذاب، إلا الذي ينكر أن يسوع هو المسيح؟ هذا هو ضد المسيح، الذي ينكر الآب والابن

Christians are “of God;” everyone else is wicked. 1 John 5:19
19 نعلم أننا نحن من الله، والعالم كله قد وضع في الشرير


The non-Christian is “a deceiver and an anti-Christ” 2 John 1:7
7 لأنه قد دخل إلى العالم مضلون كثيرون، لا يعترفون بيسوع المسيح آتيا في الجسد. هذا هو المضل، والضد للمسيح



Anyone who doesn’t share Paul’s beliefs has “an evil heart.” Hebrews 3:12
12 انظروا أيها الإخوة أن لا يكون في أحدكم قلب شرير بعدم إيمان في الارتداد عن الله الحي



False Jews are members of “the synagogue of Satan.” Revelations 2:9, 3:9
9 أنا أعرف أعمالك وضيقتك وفقرك مع أنك غني. وتجديف القائلين إنهم يهود وليسوا يهودا ، بل هم مجمع الشيطان

9 هنذا أجعل الذين من مجمع الشيطان، من القائلين إنهم يهود وليسوا يهودا، بل يكذبون، هنذا أصيرهم يأتون ويسجدون أمام رجليك، ويعرفون أني أنا أحببتك

يقول القران الكريم the Quran said


لَكُمْ دِينُكُمْ وَلِيَ دِينِ الكافرون
For you is your religion, and for me is my religion." (6)

إِنَّ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَالَّذِينَ هَادُوا وَالنَّصَارَى وَالصَّابِئِينَ مَنْ آمَنَ بِاللَّـهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ وَعَمِلَ صَالِحًا فَلَهُمْ أَجْرُهُمْ عِندَ رَبِّهِمْ وَلَا خَوْفٌ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا هُمْ يَحْزَنُونَ
Indeed, those who believed and those who were Jews or Christians or Sabeans [before Prophet Muhammad] - those [among them] who believed in Allah and the Last Day and did righteousness - will have their reward with their Lord, and no fear will there be concerning them, nor will they grieve. (62)



يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ إِنَّا خَلَقْنَاكُم مِّن ذَكَرٍ وَأُنثَى وَجَعَلْنَاكُمْ شُعُوبًا وَقَبَائِلَ لِتَعَارَفُوا إِنَّ أَكْرَمَكُمْ عِندَ اللَّـهِ أَتْقَاكُمْ إِنَّ اللَّـهَ عَلِيمٌ خَبِيرٌ

O mankind, indeed We have created you from male and female and made you peoples and tribes that you may know one another. Indeed, the most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous of you. Indeed, Allah is Knowing and Acquainted. (13)

لَّا يَنْهَاكُمُ اللَّـهُ عَنِ الَّذِينَ لَمْ يُقَاتِلُوكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ وَلَمْ يُخْرِجُوكُم مِّن دِيَارِكُمْ أَن تَبَرُّوهُمْ وَتُقْسِطُوا إِلَيْهِمْ إِنَّ اللَّـهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُقْسِطِينَ
Allah does not forbid you from those who do not fight you because of religion and do not expel you from your homes - from being righteous toward them and acting justly toward them. Indeed, Allah loves those who act justly. (8)

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا يَسْخَرْ قَوْمٌ مِّن قَوْمٍ عَسَى أَن يَكُونُوا خَيْرًا مِّنْهُمْ وَلَا نِسَاءٌ مِّن نِّسَاءٍ عَسَى أَن يَكُنَّ خَيْرًا مِّنْهُنَّ وَلَا تَلْمِزُوا أَنفُسَكُمْ وَلَا تَنَابَزُوا بِالْأَلْقَابِ بِئْسَ الِاسْمُ الْفُسُوقُ بَعْدَ الْإِيمَانِ وَمَن لَّمْ يَتُبْ فَأُولَـئِكَ هُمُ الظَّالِمُونَ

O you who have believed, let not a people ridicule [another] people; perhaps they may be better than them; nor let women ridicule [other] women; perhaps they may be better than them. And do not insult one another and do not call each other by [offensive] nicknames. Wretched is the name of disobedience after [one's] faith. And whoever does not repent - then it is those who are the wrongdoers. (11)

وَإِنْ أَحَدٌ مِّنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ اسْتَجَارَكَ فَأَجِرْهُ حَتَّى يَسْمَعَ كَلَامَ اللَّـهِ ثُمَّ أَبْلِغْهُ مَأْمَنَهُ ذَلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ قَوْمٌ لَّا يَعْلَمُونَ

And if any one of the polytheists seeks your protection, then grant him protection so that he may hear the words of Allah. Then deliver him to his place of safety. That is because they are a people who do not know. (6)


9- مقدسات الأديان Sanctities of religions


كل دور العبادات المخالفة لعقيدة يسوع تحطم Destroy places of worship

التثنية12(1-3)

تث-12-1 وهذه هي السنن والأحكام التي تعملون بها في الأرض التي أعطاكم الرب إله آبائكم لتمتلكوها كل أيام حياتكم على الأرض: 2: أن تخربوا جميع المواضع التي كان الأمم الذين أنتم ترثونهم يعبدون فيها آلهتهم على الجبال العالية والتلال وتحت كل شجرة خضراء، 3: وأن تهدموا مذابحهم وتكسروا أنصاب آلهتهم وتحرقوا أوتاد آلهتهم بالنار وتقطعوا تماثيل آلهتهم وتزيلوا أسماءها من ذلك الموضع..... المشتركة

These are the statutes and judgments, which ye shall observe to do in the land, which the LORD God of thy fathers giveth thee to possess it, all the days that ye live upon the earth.
Ye shall utterly destroy all the places, wherein the nations which ye shall possess served their gods, upon the high mountains, and upon the hills, and under every green tree:
And ye shall overthrow their altars, and break their pillars, and burn their groves with fire; and ye shall hew down the graven images of their gods, and destroy the names of them out of that place.


وَلَوْلَا دَفْعُ اللَّـهِ النَّاسَ بَعْضَهُم بِبَعْضٍ لَّهُدِّمَتْ صَوَامِعُ وَبِيَعٌ وَصَلَوَاتٌ وَمَسَاجِدُ يُذْكَرُ فِيهَا اسْمُ اللَّـهِ كَثِيرًا وَلَيَنصُرَنَّ اللَّـهُ مَن يَنصُرُهُ إِنَّ اللَّـهَ لَقَوِيٌّ عَزِيزٌ الحج

[They are] those who have been evicted from their homes without right - only because they say, "Our Lord is Allah." And were it not that Allah checks the people, some by means of others, there would have been demolished monasteries, churches, synagogues, and mosques in which the name of Allah is much mentioned. And Allah will surely support those who support Him. Indeed, Allah is Powerful and Exalted in Might. (40) [
