The language
All the alive beings which live in company need a language of communication It is also the case of the ants which have several ways to communicate between them:
- By messages of attitudes
It is a used language in outside, in the light of the day, to express aggressiveness, the superiority, the danger. The ant climbs on a monticule, draws up on its legs, and present signs of agitation and nervousness

By sound messages
Seizure of fast tremors and jerks, it strikes the ground of its head. Certain species emit stridulations. These messages are primarily transmitted in the event of danger. -
By chemical messages
the ants especially serve of the olfactive language antennal to communicate and inform, because it is the most elaborate language. Their antennas produce and detect chemical messages corresponding to fundamental situations (warning of a danger, discovered food, desire to be made nourish or to be made clean, departure for a combat or abandonment of the nest, etc). Certain species have a very elaborate language, like the ants tisserandes of Africa, with a kind of gradual "syntax" of the chemical messages. It is considered that they are able to express more than one around fifty of messages
