for this clarifications about meaning of Kuran verses ...
George Sale though supposed to be very aware of Orient and Holly Kuran verses but seems
he was not aware of other verses of Holly Kuran mentioning the same case (brotherhood and sisterhood) (like we have in Prophet Lut (says banaty) and Propher Shu'eyb (Akhahum)
As you have mentioned
Blood brother or sister and
Brotherhood/sisterhood in clan and faith.

which the second one is right and logic
