But As for Islam there are special condition for this penalty to be held some says he must be first non-Moslem then turned Moslem then non-Moslem again (Which means he might have turned Moslem only to act as a spy or an other reason) some says he must be asked first to return to his religion & given a time to think about it some says for one day & some says for the rest of his life Anyway that's not applied except very rarely & the one who is killed is the one who declares by his own will that he became non-Moslem because many people lives in Islamic country & leave Islam but don’t declare it & begin fighting it those people lives normally
& in Normal life if u were against your country what is this called High treason what is its penalty mostly Death so that’s if u betrays your country how about betraying Allah & playing games with him one minute you are Muslim second minute you are not No if u don’t want to be Muslim it's ok but if u declare to be Muslim they you accept before u enter this condition which is the same when u join the army for example u previously know that if u betrays the army u are killed . Anyway if u want more there is more (violence) both in the book & the history & u know that various Crusade including the last one by Bush as he himself declared
Islam however forbids killing women, children, or Non-warriors or even trees, say don’t attack unless being attacked ….etc & as u yourself said it Muhammad (peace be upon him) fought Jews in the Medina not because they are Jew but because they betrayed him & fought with his enemies against him which is the same as nowadays (I wonder how yesterday is so similar to today )

Do you know that the penalty of stealing is to cut the hand of the thief ?
Although cutting the hand of the thief has many conditions to fulfill first for example in cases of disasters that makes people steal to eat the punishment isn’t hold & honestly if u know that your hand will be cut if u steal will u steal I dare not (Note: we are talking about evil people who intend to steal who will only look to the punishment & maybe even not religious so saying Don’t steal wont be enough & u must have a s & Did u know that the time this punishment was applied nearly nobody stole)
Then At least we cut the hand of the thief let's see what hand is cut in the Bible
11 If two men are fighting and the wife of one of them comes to rescue her husband from his assailant, and she reaches out and seizes him by his private parts, 12 you shall cut off her hand. Show her no pity.
Deuteronomy 25:12
I wonder who deserves more this punishment the thief or the woman that was defending her husband then accidentally reach the private parts of the assailant (Notice this punishment is only for women strange huh ?) let's return to the thief & see
8If your hand or your foot causes you to sin cut it off and throw it away. It is better for you to enter life maimed or crippled than to have two hands or two feet and be thrown into eternal fire.

Isn't this the words of Jesus himself & what do the thief steal with in general? His hand & is this theft a sin? Yes of course .

Hmmm let's see he is without sin so why didn’t he throw a stone at her ? & according to this principle all judges all over should be sinless but nobody is sinless so no criminals are judged as any criminal can say when he is being judged " If u are without a sin judge me otherwise give me freedom " imagine what could happen to the world then with no criminal judged according to this rule
& I would like to ask you As a Arab & know how much adultery hurts more than the west where every thing is permitted what if this was you wife or daughter that did so what will be your opinion would you just say go I forgive you just like that ? Forgive me friend in this word but then u wont have any Honor if u accept that your wife cheat on you or your daughter sleeps with everyone like that (same thing for the woman ) & one last thing there must be 4 witness to apply the punishment which makes it nearly impossible to apply it

Jesus forbids any act of violence. Jesus knew he was going to be betrayed by Juda , yet he did
not raise a sword or take revenge but he forgave Juda .
First As Jesus is god then he must have ordered all kind of violence that was ordered by God to his prophets which we previously mentioned but as not all believe in one nature & one will & some says two wills so away from that let's see what Jesus himself said
