Then I wrote this: "When I was afflicted for seven years by the most high God with an evil ulcer during my stay at Temâ, I prayed to the gods of silver and gold, bronze and iron, wood, stone and lime, because I thought and considered them gods..."'


ترجمه تفسيريه :
انا 'نابونيدوس ، وكنت مصابا بقرحة لمدة سبع سنوات ، وبعيد عن الرجال ، دفعت حتى صليت لله العلى . وتعوذت وطلبت العفو من ذنوبى .و كان يهودي من بين الاطفال من منفى لليهود ، وقال له : "اعد كتابة هذا تمجيد واجلال لاسم الاله العلى ". ثم انني كتبت ما يلي : "عندما كنت اعاني منذ سبع سنوات ابرز الاله العلى شر القرحة خلال اقامتي في تيماء ، صليت الى آلهة الفضه والذهب والبرونز والحديد والخشب والحجر والكلس ، لانني اعتقدت واعتبرتها الآلهة..."'

من الملاحظات المثيره للاهتمام ان السطر ( صليت لالهة الذهب والفضة والنحاس والحديد والخشب والحجر ) مذكوره فى دنيال بعد 22 سطر تحت قصة جنون نبوخذناصر .



كما ترى الملك الذى عاد موحدا بعد سبع سنوات هو نابونيدوس ايضا مما يؤمد ان سفر دانيال اخطاء عندما اخبرنا ان نبوخذناصر هو الذى عاد موحدا بعد غياب سبع سنوات عن بابل .



و اخيرا هذا موقع لدراسة الكتاب و متخصص فى دراسة مخطوطات قمران يؤكد نفس الكلام

Even before the discovery of the DSS, Wolfram von Soden posited that the stories about Nebuchadnezzar in Daniel 3 and 4 were actually stories told about Nabonidus. According to ancient Mesopotamia sources Nabonidus was the father of king Belshazzar, not Nebuchadnezzar as Daniel 5:2 states. Nabonidus was absent from Babylon for ten years in Taiman, Arabia, during which his son Bel-sharra-usur governed (See ANET-Ancient Near Eastern ****s, 306-11).

حتى قبل اكتشاف هذة المخطوطات العالم Wolfram von Soden قال ان القصه التى تتكلم عن الملك نبوخذ نصر فى الحقيقه كانت تتكلم عن الملك البابلى Nabonidus و الذى كان والد الملك Belshazzar, و ليس نبوخذنصر كما فى دنيال الحالى 5-2 . الملك Nabonidus كان غائب عن بابل لمدة عشر سنوات فى تيماء العربيه اثناء ذلك ابنه Bel-sharra-usur تولى الحكم .
