From The Saying of The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) (26)

قال رسول الله صلي الله عليه وسلم : "من اقتطع حق امرئ مسلم بيمينه ، فقد أوجب الله له النار ، وحرم عليه الجنة . فقال له رجل : وإن كان شيئا يسير ، يا رسول الله ؟ قال : وإن قضيبا من أراك" الراوي: أبو أمامة الباهلي المحدث: مسلم - المصدر: صحيح مسلم - الصفحة أو الرقم: 137 خلاصة حكم المحدث: صحيح
The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said,: "Allah decrees the (Hell) Fire and debars Jannah for the one who usurps the rights of a believer by taking a false oath.'' One man asked: "O Messenger of Allah! Even if it should be for an insignificant thing?'' He said, "Even if it be a stick of the Arak tree" (i.e., the tree from which (Miswak) sticks are taken and be used as a brush of teeth)" (Muslim

Commentary:
This Hadith shows us the importance and the holy of the rights of people . The matter is very dangerous it is paradise or hell no other way .

قال رسول الله صلي الله عليه وسلم : " من كانت عنده مظلمة لأخيه فليتحلله منها ، فإنه ليس ثم دينار ولا درهم ، من قبل أن يؤخذ لأخيه من حسناته ، فإن لم يكن له حسنات أخذ من سيئات أخيه فطرحت عليه" الراوي: أبو هريرة المحدث: البخاري - المصدر: صحيح البخاري - الصفحة أو الرقم: 6534 خلاصة حكم المحدث: [صحيح]
The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said,:
"He who has done a wrong affecting his brother's honour or anything else, let him ask his forgiveness today before the time (i.e., the Day of Resurrection) when he will have neither a dinar nor a dirham. If he has done some good deeds, a portion equal to his wrong doings will be subtracted from them; but if he has no good deeds, he will be burdened with the evil deeds of the one he had wronged in the same proportion . (Al-Bukhar)
Commentary :
In this Hadith the messenger of Allah (pbuh) tells those who oppresses people and take their money or their land or their properties to return people their rights or demand their forgiveness They must take the chance of life because death comes suddenly and in the day of Resurrection there is no currency(Dinar,Pound,Dollar) to return their rights . The account there will be with the good deeds and the evil deeds .The oppressor will be forced to give his good deeds to the oppressed to compensate him and if that was not enough Allah (pbth) take the evil deeds of the oppressed and loaded them on the oppressor .This is the justice of Allah in the day of Judgment .
