What's the goal of Mohammed and Jesus

يقول القرآن the quran said

قال تعالى ( وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَاكَ إِلَّا رَحْمَةً لِّلْعَالَمِينَ )الأنبياء107

And We have not sent you, [O Muhammad], except as a mercy to the worlds.


يقول الكتاب المقدس=Bible said

يقول يسوع في انجيل لوقا الاصحاح 12 العدد 51

"أتظنون إني جئت لأعطي سلاما على الأرض كلا أقول لكم بل انقساما"

Suppose ye that I am come to give peace on earth? I tell you, Nay; but rather division:

موسى وهارون عليهما السلام :Prophet Moses and Aaron

Quran says:

Surah 19:51-53

And mention in the Book Moses; he was devoted, and he was a Messenger, a Prophet. We called to him from the right side Of the Mount, and We brought him near in communion. And We gave him his brother Aaron, of Our mercy, a Prophet.

وَاذْكُرْ فِي الْكِتَابِ مُوسَى إِنَّهُ كَانَ مُخْلَصًا وَكَانَ رَسُولًا نَّبِيًّا وَنَادَيْنَاهُ مِن جَانِبِ الطُّورِ الْأَيْمَنِ وَقَرَّبْنَاهُ نَجِيًّا وَوَهَبْنَا لَهُ مِن رَّحْمَتِنَا أَخَاهُ هَارُونَ نَبِيًّا

Bible says:

Deuteronomy 32:48-51

48 On that same day the LORD told Moses, 49 "Go up into the Abarim Range to Mount Nebo in Moab, across from Jericho, and view Canaan, the land I am giving the Israelites as their own possession. 50 There on the mountain that you have climbed you will die and be gathered to your people, just as your brother Aaron died on Mount Hor and was gathered to his people. 51 This is because both of you broke faith with me in the presence of the Israelites at the waters of Meribah Kadesh in the Desert of Zin and because you did not uphold my holiness among the Israelites.

Exodus 32:3-4

3 So all the people took off their earrings and brought them to Aaron. 4 He took what they handed him and made it into an idol cast in the shape of a calf, fashioning it with a tool. Then they said, "These are your gods, [a] O Israel, who brought you up out of Egypt."

48 وكلم الرب موسى في نفس ذلك اليوم قائلا

49 اصعد إلى جبل عباريم هذا، جبل نبو الذي في أرض موآب الذي قبالة أريحا، وانظر أرض كنعان التي أنا أعطيها لبني إسرائيل ملكا

50 ومت في الجبل الذي تصعد إليه، وانضم إلى قومك، كما مات هارون أخوك في جبل هور وضم إلى قومه

51 لأنكما خنتماني في وسط بني إسرائيل عند ماء مريبة قادش في برية صين، إذ لم تقدساني في وسط بني إسرائيل



نبي الله لوط Prophet Lot


Quran says:

Surah 6:86

And Isma'il and Elisha, and Jonas, and Lot: and to all We gave favour above the nations:
وَإِسْمَاعِيلَ وَالْيَسَعَ وَيُونُسَ وَلُوطًا وَكُلًّا فَضَّلْنَا عَلَى الْعَالَمِينَ

Surah 21:74,75

And (as for) Lut, We gave him wisdom and knowledge, and We delivered him from the town which wrought abominations; surely they were an evil people, transgressors;

And We took him into Our mercy; surely he was of the good.

وَلُوطًا آتَيْنَاهُ حُكْمًا وَعِلْمًا وَنَجَّيْنَاهُ مِنَ الْقَرْيَةِ الَّتِي كَانَت تَّعْمَلُ الْخَبَائِثَ إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا قَوْمَ سَوْءٍ فَاسِقِينَ

Bible says:

Genesis 19:33-36

33 That night they got their father to drink wine, and the older daughter went in and lay with him. He was not aware of it when she lay down or when she got up.

34 The next day the older daughter said to the younger, "Last night I lay with my father. Let's get him to drink wine again tonight, and you go in and lie with him so we can preserve our family line through our father." 35 So they got their father to drink wine that night also, and the younger daughter went and lay with him. Again he was not aware of it when she lay down or when she got up.

36 So both of Lot's daughters became pregnant by their father.

33 فسقتا أباهما خمرا في تلك الليلة، ودخلت البكر واضطجعت مع أبيها، ولم يعلم باضطجاعها ولا بقيامها
34 وحدث في الغد أن البكر قالت للصغيرة: إني قد اضطجعت البارحة مع أبي. نسقيه خمرا الليلة أيضا فادخلي اضطجعي معه، فنحيي من أبينا نسلا
35 فسقتا أباهما خمرا في تلك الليلة أيضا، وقامت الصغيرة واضطجعت معه، ولم يعلم باضطجاعها ولا بقيامها
36 فحبلت ابنتا لوط من أبيهما



نبي الله سليمان Prophet Solomon

Quran says:

Surah 2:102

And follow that which the devils falsely related against the kingdom of Solomon. Solomon disbelieved not; but the devils disbelieved, teaching mankind magic and that which was revealed to the two angels in Babel, Harut and Marut. Nor did they (the two angels) teach it to anyone till they had said: We are only a temptation, therefore disbelieve not (in the guidance of Allah). And from these two (angles) people learn that by which they cause division between man and wife; but they injure thereby no-one save by Allah's leave. And they learn that which harmeth them and profiteth them not. And surely they do know that he who trafficketh therein will have no (happy) portion in the Hereafter; and surely evil is the price for which they sell their souls, if they but knew.
وَاتَّبَعُوا مَا تَتْلُو الشَّيَاطِينُ عَلَى مُلْكِ سُلَيْمَانَ وَمَا كَفَرَ سُلَيْمَانُ وَلَـكِنَّ الشَّيَاطِينَ كَفَرُوا يُعَلِّمُونَ النَّاسَ السِّحْرَ وَمَا أُنزِلَ عَلَى الْمَلَكَيْنِ بِبَابِلَ هَارُوتَ وَمَارُوتَ وَمَا يُعَلِّمَانِ مِنْ أَحَدٍ حَتَّى يَقُولَا إِنَّمَا نَحْنُ فِتْنَةٌ فَلَا تَكْفُرْ فَيَتَعَلَّمُونَ مِنْهُمَا مَا يُفَرِّقُونَ بِهِ بَيْنَ الْمَرْءِ وَزَوْجِهِ وَمَا هُم بِضَارِّينَ بِهِ مِنْ أَحَدٍ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ اللَّـهِ وَيَتَعَلَّمُونَ مَا يَضُرُّهُمْ وَلَا يَنفَعُهُمْ وَلَقَدْ عَلِمُوا لَمَنِ اشْتَرَاهُ مَا لَهُ فِي الْآخِرَةِ مِنْ خَلَاقٍ وَلَبِئْسَ مَا شَرَوْا بِهِ أَنفُسَهُمْ لَوْ كَانُوا يَعْلَمُونَ


Surah 38:30

And We bestowed on David, Solomon. How excellent a slave! Lo! he was ever turning in repentance (toward Allah).

وَوَهَبْنَا لِدَاوُودَ سُلَيْمَانَ نِعْمَ الْعَبْدُ إِنَّهُ أَوَّابٌ

Surah 27:15

And We verily gave knowledge unto David and Solomon, and they said: Praise be to Allah, Who hath preferred us above many of His believing slaves!

وَحُشِرَ لِسُلَيْمَانَ جُنُودُهُ مِنَ الْجِنِّ وَالْإِنسِ وَالطَّيْرِ فَهُمْ يُوزَعُونَ

Bible says:

1 Kings 11:4-7

4 As Solomon grew old, his wives turned his heart after other gods, and his heart was not fully devoted to the LORD his God, as the heart of David his father had been. 5 He followed Ashtoreth the goddess of the Sidonians, and Molech [a] the detestable god of the Ammonites. 6 So Solomon did evil in the eyes of the LORD; he did not follow the LORD completely, as David his father had done.

7 On a hill east of Jerusalem, Solomon built a high place for Chemosh the detestable god of Moab, and for Molech the detestable god of the Ammonites.


4 وكان في زمان شيخوخة سليمان أن نساءه أملن قلبه وراء آلهة أخرى، ولم يكن قلبه كاملا مع الرب إلهه كقلب داود أبيه
5 فذهب سليمان وراء عشتورث إلهة الصيدونيين، وملكوم رجس العمونيين
6 وعمل سليمان الشر في عيني الرب، ولم يتبع الرب تماما كداود أبيه
7 حينئذ بنى سليمان مرتفعة لكموش رجس الموآبيين على الجبل الذي تجاه أورشليم، ولمولك رجس بني عمون
8 وهكذا فعل لجميع نسائه الغريبات اللواتي كن يوقدن ويذبحن لآلهتهن
9 فغضب الرب على سليمان لأن قلبه مال عن الرب إله إسرائيل الذي تراءى له مرتين



نبي الله يعقوب Prophet Jacob

Quran says:

Surah 21:72,73

And We bestowed upon him Isaac, and Jacob as a grandson. Each of them We made righteous.
وَوَهَبْنَا لَهُ إِسْحَاقَ وَيَعْقُوبَ نَافِلَةً وَكُلًّا جَعَلْنَا صَالِحِينَ وَجَعَلْنَاهُمْ أَئِمَّةً يَهْدُونَ بِأَمْرِنَا وَأَوْحَيْنَا إِلَيْهِمْ فِعْلَ الْخَيْرَاتِ وَإِقَامَ الصَّلَاةِ وَإِيتَاءَ الزَّكَاةِ وَكَانُوا لَنَا عَابِدِينَ


Surah 38:45-47

And make mention of Our bondmen, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, men of parts and vision. Lo! We purified them with a pure thought, remembrance of the Home (of the Hereafter).Lo! in Our sight they are verily of the elect, the excellent.

وَاذْكُرْ عِبَادَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَإِسْحَاقَ وَيَعْقُوبَ أُولِي الْأَيْدِي وَالْأَبْصَارِ إِنَّا أَخْلَصْنَاهُم بِخَالِصَةٍ ذِكْرَى الدَّارِ وَإِنَّهُمْ عِندَنَا لَمِنَ الْمُصْطَفَيْنَ الْأَخْيَارِ

Bible says:

Genesis 27:36

36 Esau said, "Isn't he rightly named Jacob [a] ? He has deceived me these two times: He took my birthright, and now he's taken my blessing!" Then he asked, "Haven't you reserved any blessing for me?"
36 فقال: ألا إن اسمه دعي يعقوب، فقد تعقبني الآن مرتين أخذ بكوريتي، وهوذا الآن قد أخذ بركتي. ثم قال: أما أبقيت لي بركة

Hosea 12:2-4

The LORD has a charge to bring against Judah;
he will punish Jacob [a] according to his ways
and repay him according to his deeds.

3 In the womb he grasped his brother's heel;
as a man he struggled with God.

4 He struggled with the angel and overcame him;
he wept and begged for his favor.
He found him at Bethel
and talked with him there-

2 فللرب خصام مع يهوذا ، وهو مزمع أن يعاقب يعقوب بحسب طرقه. بحسب أفعاله يرد عليه
3 في البطن قبض بعقب أخيه، وبقوته جاهد مع الله
4 جاهد مع الملاك وغلب . بكى واسترحمه. وجده في بيت إيل وهناك تكلم معنا



نبي الله داوود Prophet David


Quran says:

Surah 27:15

And We verily gave knowledge unto David and Solomon, and they said: Praise be to Allah, Who hath preferred us above many of His believing slaves!
وَلَقَدْ آتَيْنَا دَاوُودَ وَسُلَيْمَانَ عِلْمًا وَقَالَا الْحَمْدُ لِلَّـهِ الَّذِي فَضَّلَنَا عَلَى كَثِيرٍ مِّنْ عِبَادِهِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ

Surah 38:17

Bear with what they say, and remember Our bondman David, lord of might, Lo! he was ever turning in repentance (toward Allah).
اصْبِرْ عَلَى مَا يَقُولُونَ وَاذْكُرْ عَبْدَنَا دَاوُودَ ذَا الْأَيْدِ إِنَّهُ أَوَّابٌ إ

Surah 38:20

We made his kingdom strong and gave him wisdom and decisive speech.

وَشَدَدْنَا مُلْكَهُ وَآتَيْنَاهُ الْحِكْمَةَ وَفَصْلَ الْخِطَابِ
Surah 38:25

So We forgave him that; and lo! he had access to Our presence and a happy journey's end.

فَغَفَرْنَا لَهُ ذَلِكَ وَإِنَّ لَهُ عِندَنَا لَزُلْفَى وَحُسْنَ مَآبٍ

Bible says:

2 Samuel 11:2-26

2 One evening David got up from his bed and walked around on the roof of the palace. From the roof he saw a woman bathing. The woman was very beautiful, 3 and David sent someone to find out about her. The man said, "Isn't this Bathsheba, the daughter of Eliam and the wife of Uriah the Hittite?" 4 Then David sent messengers to get her. She came to him, and he slept with her. (She had purified herself from her uncleanness.) Then she went back home. 5 The woman conceived and sent word to David, saying, "I am pregnant.".....

14 In the morning David wrote a letter to Joab and sent it with Uriah. 15 In it he wrote, "Put Uriah in the front line where the fighting is fiercest. Then withdraw from him so he will be struck down and die."...

26 When Uriah's wife heard that her husband was dead, she mourned for him.

2 وكان في وقت المساء أن داود قام عن سريره وتمشى على سطح بيت الملك، فرأى من على السطح امرأة تستحم. وكانت المرأة جميلة المنظر جدا
3 فأرسل داود وسأل عن المرأة، فقال واحد: أليست هذه بثشبع بنت أليعام امرأة أوريا الحثي
4 فأرسل داود رسلا وأخذها، فدخلت إليه، فاضطجع معها وهي مطهرة من طمثها. ثم رجعت إلى بيتها
5 وحبلت المرأة، فأرسلت وأخبرت داود وقالت: إني حبلى
6 فأرسل داود إلى يوآب يقول: أرسل إلي أوريا الحثي. فأرسل يوآب أوريا إلى داود
7 فأتى أوريا إليه، فسأل داود عن سلامة يوآب وسلامة الشعب ونجاح الحرب
8 وقال داود لأوريا: انزل إلى بيتك واغسل رجليك. فخرج أوريا من بيت الملك، وخرجت وراءه حصة من عند الملك
9 ونام أوريا على باب بيت الملك مع جميع عبيد سيده، ولم ينزل إلى بيته
10 فأخبروا داود قائلين : لم ينزل أوريا إلى بيته. فقال داود لأوريا: أما جئت من السفر ؟ فلماذا لم تنزل إلى بيتك
11 فقال أوريا لداود: إن التابوت وإسرائيل ويهوذا ساكنون في الخيام، وسيدي يوآب وعبيد سيدي نازلون على وجه الصحراء، وأنا آتي إلى بيتي لآكل وأشرب وأضطجع مع امرأتي ؟ وحياتك وحياة نفسك، لا أفعل هذا الأمر
12 فقال داود لأوريا: أقم هنا اليوم أيضا، وغدا أطلقك. فأقام أوريا في أورشليم ذلك اليوم وغده
13 ودعاه داود فأكل أمامه وشرب وأسكره. وخرج عند المساء ليضطجع في مضجعه مع عبيد سيده ، وإلى بيته لم ينزل
14 وفي الصباح كتب داود مكتوبا إلى يوآب وأرسله بيد أوريا
15 وكتب في المكتوب يقول: اجعلوا أوريا في وجه الحرب الشديدة، وارجعوا من ورائه فيضرب ويموت
16 وكان في محاصرة يوآب المدينة أنه جعل أوريا في الموضع الذي علم أن رجال البأس فيه
17 فخرج رجال المدينة وحاربوا يوآب، فسقط بعض الشعب من عبيد داود، ومات أوريا الحثي أيضا
18 فأرسل يوآب وأخبر داود بجميع أمور الحرب
19 وأوصى الرسول قائلا : عندما تفرغ من الكلام مع الملك عن جميع أمور الحرب
20 فإن اشتعل غضب الملك ، وقال لك: لماذا دنوتم من المدينة للقتال ؟ أما علمتم أنهم يرمون من على السور
21 من قتل أبيمالك بن يربوشث ؟ ألم ترمه امرأة بقطعة رحى من على السور فمات في تاباص ؟ لماذا دنوتم من السور ؟ فقل: قد مات عبدك أوريا الحثي أيضا
22 فذهب الرسول ودخل وأخبر داود بكل ما أرسله فيه يوآب
23 وقال الرسول لداود: قد تجبر علينا القوم وخرجوا إلينا إلى الحقل فكنا عليهم إلى مدخل الباب
24 فرمى الرماة عبيدك من على السور، فمات البعض من عبيد الملك، ومات عبدك أوريا الحثي أيضا
25 فقال داود للرسول: هكذا تقول ليوآب: لا يسؤ في عينيك هذا الأمر، لأن السيف يأكل هذا وذاك. شدد قتالك على المدينة وأخربها. وشدده
26 فلما سمعت امرأة أوريا أنه قد مات أوريا رجلها، ندبت بعلها


نبي الله نوح Prophet Noah


Quran says:

Surah 3:33

Lo! Allah preferred Adam and Noah and the Family of Abraham and the Family of 'Imran above (all His) creatures.

إِنَّ اللَّـهَ اصْطَفَى آدَمَ وَنُوحًا وَآلَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَآلَ عِمْرَانَ عَلَى الْعَالَمِينَ

Surah 17:3

They were) the seed of those whom We carried (in the ship) along with Noah. Lo! he was a grateful slave.
ذُرِّيَّةَ مَنْ حَمَلْنَا مَعَ نُوحٍ إِنَّهُ كَانَ عَبْدًا شَكُورًا

Bible says:

Genesis 9:20-25

20 Noah, a man of the soil, proceeded [a] to plant a vineyard. 21 When he drank some of its wine, he became drunk and lay uncovered inside his tent. 22 Ham, the father of Canaan, saw his father's nakedness and told his two brothers outside. 23 But Shem and Japheth took a garment and laid it across their shoulders; then they walked in backward and covered their father's nakedness. Their faces were turned the other way so that they would not see their father's nakedness.

24 When Noah awoke from his wine and found out what his youngest son had done to him, 25 he said,
"Cursed be Canaan!
The lowest of slaves
will he be to his brothers."
20 وابتدأ نوح يكون فلاحا وغرس كرما
21 وشرب من الخمر فسكر وتعرى داخل خبائه
22 فأبصر حام أبو كنعان عورة أبيه، وأخبر أخويه خارجا
23 فأخذ سام ويافث الرداء ووضعاه على أكتافهما ومشيا إلى الوراء، وسترا عورة أبيهما ووجهاهما إلى الوراء. فلم يبصرا عورة أبيهما
24 فلما استيقظ نوح من خمره، علم ما فعل به ابنه الصغير
25 فقال: ملعون كنعان عبد العبيد يكون لإخوته



نبي الله ايوب Prophet Job

Quran says:


Surah 38:41
And remember Our servant Job, when he called to his Lord, "Indeed, Satan has touched me with hardship and torment." (41)

Surah 6:48

And We gave to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob - all [of them] We guided. And Noah, We guided before; and among his descendants, David and Solomon and Job and Joseph and Moses and Aaron. Thus do We reward the doers of good. (84)

وَوَهَبْنَا لَهُ إِسْحَاقَ وَيَعْقُوبَ كُلًّا هَدَيْنَا وَنُوحًا هَدَيْنَا مِن قَبْلُ وَمِن ذُرِّيَّتِهِ دَاوُودَ وَسُلَيْمَانَ وَأَيُّوبَ وَيُوسُفَ وَمُوسَى وَهَارُونَ وَكَذَلِكَ نَجْزِي الْمُحْسِنِينَ
وَاذْكُرْ عَبْدَنَا أَيُّوبَ إِذْ نَادَى رَبَّهُ أَنِّي مَسَّنِيَ الشَّيْطَانُ بِنُصْبٍ وَعَذَابٍ

3- غير المؤمنين في تعاليم محمد ويسوع:

Non-believers in the teachings of Mohammed and Jesus

1-الايمان بالقوة =Faith force

قال الله تعالى
لَا إِكْرَاهَ فِي الدِّينِ قَد تَّبَيَّنَ الرُّشْدُ مِنَ الْغَيِّ فَمَن يَكْفُرْ بِالطَّاغُوتِ وَيُؤْمِن بِاللَّـهِ فَقَدِ اسْتَمْسَكَ بِالْعُرْوَةِ الْوُثْقَى لَا انفِصَامَ لَهَا وَاللَّـهُ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ البقرة

There shall be no compulsion in [acceptance of] the religion. The right course has become clear from the wrong. So whoever disbelieves in Taghut and believes in Allah has grasped the most trustworthy handhold with no break in it. And Allah is Hearing and Knowing. (256)


في سفر أستر إصحاح 8 عدد 17

وَفِي كُلِّ بِلاَدٍ وَمَدِينَةٍ، كُلِّ مَكَانٍ وَصَلَ إِلَيْهِ كَلاَمُ الْمَلِكِ وَأَمْرُهُ ، كَانَ فَرَحٌ وَبَهْجَةٌ عِنْدَ الْيَهُودِ وَوَلاَئِمُ وَيَوْمٌ طَيِّبٌ. وَكَثِيرُونَ مِنْ شُعُوبِ الأَرْضِ تَهَوَّدُوا؛ لأَنَّ رُعْبَ الْيَهُودِ وَقَعَ عَلَيْهِمْ

And in every province, and in every city, whithersoever the king's commandment and his decree came, the Jews had joy and gladness, a feast and a good day. And many of the people of the land became Jews; for the fear of the Jews fell upon them.



23: فقال السيد للخادم: اخرج إلى الطرق والأماكن المسيجة، وأرغم من فيها على الدخول، حتى يمتلئ بيتي، 24: فإني أقول لكم: لن يذوق عشائي أحد من أولئك المدعوين

And he took the cup, and when he had given thanks, he gave it to them: and they all drank of it.
And he said unto them, This is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many.

2- معاملة غير المؤمنين Treatment of non-believers

صحيح البخاري برقم 11 عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو -رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا- أَنَّ رَجُلًا سَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ r أَيُّ الْإِسْلَامِ خَيْرٌ قَالَ:" تُطْعِمُ الطَّعَامَ وَتَقْرَأُ السَّلَامَ عَلَى مَنْ عَرَفْتَ وَمَنْ لَمْ تَعْرِفْ ".

Narrated 'Abdullah bin 'Amr:

A man asked the Prophet , "What sort of deeds or (what qualities of) Islam are good?" The Prophet replied, 'To feed (the poor) and greet those whom you know and those whom you do not Know

صحيح البخاري برقم 5559 عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ t قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ r :" مَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ فَلَا يُؤْذِ جَارَهُ وَمَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ فَلْيُكْرِمْ ضَيْفَهُ وَمَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ فَلْيَقُلْ خَيْرًا أَوْ لِيَصْمُتْ ".

Narrated Abu Huraira:

Allah's Apostle said, "Anybody who believes in Allah and the Last Day should not harm his neighbor, and anybody who believes in Allah and the Last Day should entertain his guest generously and anybody who believes in Allah and the Last Day should talk what is good or keep quiet. (i.e. abstain from all kinds of evil and dirty talk).

] وَقُولُواْ لِلنَّاسِ حُسْناً [ (البقرة83).
And speak to people good [words]


]وَإِذَا حُيِّيْتُم بِتَحِيَّةٍ فَحَيُّواْ بِأَحْسَنَ مِنْهَا أَوْ رُدُّوهَا إِنَّ اللّهَ كَانَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ حَسِيباً[ (النساء86) .

And when you are greeted with a greeting, greet [in return] with one better than it or [at least] return it [in a like manner]. Indeed, Allah is ever, over all things, an Accountant.


1- إنجيل لوقا إصحاح 10عدد 3اِذْهَبُوا! هَا أَنَا أُرْسِلُكُمْ مِثْلَ حُمْلاَنٍ بَيْنَ ذِئَابٍ. 4لاَ تَحْمِلُوا كِيسًا وَلاَ مِزْوَدًا وَلاَ أَحْذِيَةً، وَلاَ تُسَلِّمُوا عَلَى أَحَدٍ فِي الطَّرِيقِ.

Go your ways: behold, I send you forth as lambs among wolves.


Carry neither purse, nor scrip, nor shoes: and salute no man by the way.

2- رِسَالَةُ يُوحَنَّا الرَّسُولِ الثَّانِيَةُ إصحاح 1 عدد 10إِنْ كَانَ أَحَدٌ يَأْتِيكُمْ، وَلاَ يَجِيءُ بِهذَا التَّعْلِيمِ، فَلاَ تَقْبَلُوهُ فِي الْبَيْتِ، وَلاَ تَقُولُوا لَهُ سَلاَمٌ. 11لأَنَّ مَنْ يُسَلِّمُ عَلَيْهِ يَشْتَرِكُ فِي أَعْمَالِهِ الشِّرِّيرَةِ.

If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed:


For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds.

3- سفر إشعياء إصحاح 48 عدد 22لاَ سَلاَمَ، قَالَ الرَّبُّ لِلأَشْرَارِ.

There is no peace, saith the LORD, unto the wicked.




تث-13-1 إحرصوا أن تعملوا بجميع ما أنا آمركم به. لا تزيدوا عليه ولا تنقصوا منه. 2: إذا قام فيما بينكم متنبئ أو حالم حلم، فوعدكم بمعجزة أو عجيبة 3: وتمت هذه المعجزة أو العجيبة وقال لكم: ((إذا، تعالوا بنا إلى آلهة غريبة لم تعرفوها فتعبدوها))، 4: فلا تسمعوا لكلامه لأن الرب إلهكم يمتحنكم ليعلم هل أنتم تحبونه من كل قلوبكم ونفوسكم. 5: الرب إلهكم تتبعون وبه تثقون، ووصاياه تحفظون، ولصوته تسمعون، وإياه تعبدون، وبه تتمسكون. 6: وذلك المتنبئ أو حالم الحلم يقتل، لأنه تكلم بهذا الكلام ليصرفكم عن الرب إلهكم الذي أخرجكم من أرض مصر وفداكم من دار العبودية، وليبعدكم عن الطريق التي أمركم الرب إلهكم أن تسلكوا فيها. فأزيلوا الشر من بينكم. 7: وإن أغراك في الخفاء أخوك ابن أمك، أو ابنك، أو ابنتك، أو امرأتك التي في حرمك، أو صديقك الذي هو كنفسك، فقال لك: ((تعال نعبد آلهة أخرى لا تعرفها أنت وآباؤك 8: من آلهة الشعوب الذين حواليكم، القريبين منكم والبعيدين عنكم، من أقاصي الأرض إلى أقاصيها))، 9: فلا تلتفت إليه، ولا تسمع له، ولا يتوجع قلبك عليه، ولا تتحمله، ولا تستر عليه، 10: بل اقتله قتلا. يدك تكون عليه أولا لقتله، ثم أيدي سائر الشعب أخيرا.11: ترجمه بالحجارة حتى يموت، لأنه حاول أن يبعدك عن الرب إلهك الذي أخرجك من أرض مصر، من دار العبودية.

If there arise among you a prophet, or a dreamer of dreams, and giveth thee a sign or a wonder,
And the sign or the wonder come to pass, whereof he spake unto thee, saying, Let us go after other gods, which thou hast not known, and let us serve them;
Thou shalt not hearken unto the words of that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams: for the LORD your God proveth you, to know whether ye love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul.
Ye shall walk after the LORD your God, and fear him, and keep his commandments, and obey his voice, and ye shall serve him, and cleave unto him.
And that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams, shall be put to death; because he hath spoken to turn you away from the LORD your God, which brought you out of the land of Egypt, and redeemed you out of the house of bondage, to thrust thee out of the way which the LORD thy God commanded thee to walk in. So shalt thou put the evil away from the midst of thee.
If thy brother, the son of thy mother, or thy son, or thy daughter, or the wife of thy bosom, or thy friend, which is as thine own soul, entice thee secretly, saying, Let us go and serve other gods, which thou hast not known, thou, nor thy fathers;
Namely, of the gods of the people which are round about you, nigh unto thee, or far off from thee, from the one end of the earth even unto the other end of the earth;
Thou shalt not consent unto him, nor hearken unto him; neither shall thine eye pity him, neither shalt thou spare, neither shalt thou conceal him:
But thou shalt surely kill him; thine hand shall be first upon him to put him to death, and afterwards the hand of all the people.
And thou shalt stone him with stones, that he die; because he hath sought to thrust thee away from the LORD thy God, which brought thee out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage.
And all Israel shall hear, and fear, and shall do no more any such wickedness as this is among you.

وَلَا تُجَادِلُوا أَهْلَ الْكِتَابِ إِلَّا بِالَّتِي هِيَ أَحْسَنُ إِلَّا الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا مِنْهُمْ وَقُولُوا آمَنَّا بِالَّذِي أُنزِلَ إِلَيْنَا وَأُنزِلَ إِلَيْكُمْ وَإِلَـهُنَا وَإِلَـهُكُمْ وَاحِدٌ وَنَحْنُ لَهُ مُسْلِمُونَ العنكبوت

And do not argue with the People of the Scripture except in a way that is best, except for those who commit injustice among them, and say, "We believe in that which has been revealed to us and revealed to you. And our God and your God is one; and we are Muslims [in submission] to Him." (46)

وَقَدْ نَزَّلَ عَلَيْكُمْ فِي الْكِتَابِ أَنْ إِذَا سَمِعْتُمْ آيَاتِ اللَّـهِ يُكْفَرُ بِهَا وَيُسْتَهْزَأُ بِهَا فَلَا تَقْعُدُوا مَعَهُمْ حَتَّى يَخُوضُوا فِي حَدِيثٍ غَيْرِهِ إِنَّكُمْ إِذًا مِّثْلُهُمْ إِنَّ اللَّـهَ جَامِعُ الْمُنَافِقِينَ وَالْكَافِرِينَ فِي جَهَنَّمَ جَمِيعًا النساء

And it has already come down to you in the Book that when you hear the verses of Allah [recited], they are denied [by them] and ridiculed; so do not sit with them until they enter into another conversation. Indeed, you would then be like them. Indeed Allah will gather the hypocrites and disbelievers in Hell all together - (140)



مزمور 139
19: ليتك تقتل الأشرار يا الله، فيبتعد عني كل من يسفك دما. 20: هم الذين يتكلمون عليك بالمذمة،وينسون باطلا معروفك. 21: ألا أبغض مبغضيك يا رب وأمقت مقاوميك؟ 22: نعم، أبغضهم كل البغض. صاروا لي أعداء.

Surely thou wilt slay the wicked, O God: depart from me therefore, ye bloody men.
For they speak against thee wickedly, and thine enemies take thy name in vain.
Do not I hate them, O LORD, that hate thee? and am not I grieved with those that rise up against thee?
I hate them with perfect hatred: I count them mine enemies.

سَوَاءٌ عَلَيْهِمْ أَسْتَغْفَرْتَ لَهُمْ أَمْ لَمْ تَسْتَغْفِرْ لَهُمْ لَن يَغْفِرَ اللَّـهُ لَهُمْ إِنَّ اللَّـهَ لَا يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الْفَاسِقِينَ المنافقون:

It is all the same for them whether you ask forgiveness for them or do not ask forgiveness for them; never will Allah forgive them. Indeed, Allah does not guide the defiantly disobedient people. (6)

في صحيح مسلم برقم 3261 عن بُرَيْدَةَt قَالَ: كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ r إِذَا أَمَّرَ أَمِيرًا عَلَى جَيْشٍ أَوْ سَرِيَّةٍ أَوْصَاهُ فِي خَاصَّتِهِ بِتَقْوَى اللَّهِ وَمَنْ مَعَهُ مِنْ الْمُسْلِمِينَ خَيْرًا ثُمَّ قَالَ :" اغْزُوا بِاسْمِ اللَّهِ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ قَاتِلُوا مَنْ كَفَرَ بِاللَّهِ اغْزُوا وَلَا تَغُلُّوا وَلَا تَغْدِرُوا وَلَا تَمْثُلُوا وَلَا تَقْتُلُوا وَلِيدًا وَإِذَا لَقِيتَ عَدُوَّكَ مِنْ الْمُشْرِكِينَ فَادْعُهُمْ إِلَى ثَلَاثِ خِصَالٍ أَوْ خِلَالٍ فَأَيَّتُهُنَّ مَا أَجَابُوكَ فَاقْبَلْ مِنْهُمْ وَكُفَّ عَنْهُمْ ثُمَّ ادْعُهُمْ إِلَى الْإِسْلَامِ فَإِنْ أَجَابُوكَ فَاقْبَلْ مِنْهُمْ وَكُفَّ عَنْهُمْ ثُمَّ ادْعُهُمْ إِلَى التَّحَوُّلِ مِنْ دَارِهِمْ إِلَى دَارِ الْمُهَاجِرِينَ وَأَخْبِرْهُمْ أَنَّهُمْ إِنْ فَعَلُوا ذَلِكَ فَلَهُمْ مَا لِلْمُهَاجِرِينَ وَعَلَيْهِمْ مَا عَلَى الْمُهَاجِرِينَ فَإِنْ أَبَوْا أَنْ يَتَحَوَّلُوا مِنْهَا فَأَخْبِرْهُمْ أَنَّهُمْ يَكُونُونَ كَأَعْرَابِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ يَجْرِي عَلَيْهِمْ حُكْمُ اللَّهِ الَّذِي يَجْرِي عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَلَا يَكُونُ لَهُمْ فِي الْغَنِيمَةِ وَالْفَيْءِ شَيْءٌ إِلَّا أَنْ يُجَاهِدُوا مَعَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ فَإِنْ هُمْ أَبَوْا فَسَلْهُمْ الْجِزْيَةَ فَإِنْ هُمْ أَجَابُوكَ فَاقْبَلْ مِنْهُمْ وَكُفَّ عَنْهُمْ فَإِنْ هُمْ أَبَوْا فَاسْتَعِنْ بِاللَّهِ وَقَاتِلْهُمْ وَإِذَا حَاصَرْتَ أَهْلَ حِصْنٍ فَأَرَادُوكَ أَنْ تَجْعَلَ لَهُمْ ذِمَّةَ اللَّهِ وَذِمَّةَ نَبِيِّهِ فَلَا تَجْعَلْ لَهُمْ ذِمَّةَ اللَّهِ وَلَا ذِمَّةَ نَبِيِّهِ وَلَكِنْ اجْعَلْ لَهُمْ ذِمَّتَكَ وَذِمَّةَ أَصْحَابِكَ فَإِنَّكُمْ أَنْ تُخْفِرُوا ذِمَمَكُمْ وَذِمَمَ أَصْحَابِكُمْ أَهْوَنُ مِنْ أَنْ تُخْفِرُوا ذِمَّةَ اللَّهِ وَذِمَّةَ رَسُولِهِ وَإِذَا حَاصَرْتَ أَهْلَ حِصْنٍ فَأَرَادُوكَ أَنْ تُنْزِلَهُمْ عَلَى حُكْمِ اللَّهِ فَلَا تُنْزِلْهُمْ عَلَى حُكْمِ اللَّهِ وَلَكِنْ أَنْزِلْهُمْ عَلَى حُكْمِكَ فَإِنَّكَ لَا تَدْرِي أَتُصِيبُ حُكْمَ اللَّهِ فِيهِمْ أَمْ لَا ".


Sulaiman bin Buraidah narrated on the authority of his father on the authority of 'A’ishah (RAA), “Whenever Allah’s Messenger appointed a commander over an army or a Sariyah, he would instruct him to fear Allah in his own behavior and consider the welfare of the Muslims who were with him. He then used to say “Go out for Jihad in Allah’s name, in the Cause of Allah, and fight those who disbelieve in Allah. Go out for Jihad and do not indulge in Ghulul, or be treacherous or mutilate (dead bodies) or kill a child. When you meet your enemy, or the polytheists, invite them to three courses of action, and accept whichever of them they are willing to agree to, and withhold from doing anything else: Call them to Islam, and if they agree accept it from them. Then invite them to migrate from their land to the land of the Emigrants (i.e. al-Madinah), if they refuse, then tell them they will be like the Muslim desert Arabs, thus they will have no right in the Ghanimah or Fai’ unless they participate in Jihad with the Muslims. If they refuse (to accept Islam) order them to pay the Jizyah and if they agree, accept it from them. If they refuse, seek Allah, the Most High’s help against them and fight them. When you besiege a fortress, and its people wish you to grant them the protection of Allah and His Prophet, grant them neither but grant them your protection, for it is less serious (a lesser guilt) to break your guarantee of protection than to break that of Allah’s. And if they offer to capitulate under the condition that they are subjected to the judgment of Allah, do not grant them this, but judge according to your own command, for you do not know whether or not you will be able to carry out Allah, the Most High’s Judgment regarding them.” Related by Muslim.



فَإِنِ اعْتَزَلُوكُمْ فَلَمْ يُقَاتِلُوكُمْ وَأَلْقَوْاْ إِلَيْكُمُ السَّلَمَ فَمَا جَعَلَ اللّهُ لَكُمْ عَلَيْهِمْ سَبِيلاً (النساء90).
. So if they remove themselves from you and do not fight you and offer you peace, then Allah has not made for you a cause [for fighting] against them.

في سنن أبي داود برقم 2654 قَالَ الرسول عليه السلام : " أَلَا مَنْ ظَلَمَ مُعَاهِدًا أَوْ انْتَقَصَهُ أَوْ كَلَّفَهُ فَوْقَ طَاقَتِهِ أَوْ أَخَذَ مِنْهُ شَيْئًا بِغَيْرِ طِيبِ نَفْسٍ فَأَنَا حَجِيجُهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ". صححه الألباني في سنن أبي داود برقم 3052.

Narrated A number of Companions of the Prophet:
Safwan reported from a number of Companions of the Messenger of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) on the authority of their fathers who were relatives of each other. The Messenger of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) said: Beware, if anyone wrongs a contracting man, or diminishes his right, or forces him to work beyond his capacity, or takes from him anything without his consent, I shall plead for him on the Day of Judgment.



أهل رومية إصحاح 13 عدد 7

فَأَعْطُوا الْجَمِيعَ حُقُوقَهُمُ: الْجِزْيَةَ لِمَنْ لَهُ الْجِزْيَةُ. الْجِبَايَةَ لِمَنْ لَهُ الْجِبَايَةُ. وَالْخَوْفَ لِمَنْ لَهُ الْخَوْفُ. وَالإِكْرَامَ لِمَنْ لَهُ الإِكْرَامُ.

Render therefore to all their dues: tribute to whom tribute is due; custom to whom custom; fear to whom fear; honour to whom honour.



إنجيل مرقس إصحاح 12 عدد 13

ثُمَّ أَرْسَلُوا إِلَيْهِ قَوْمًا مِنَ الْفَرِّيسِيِّينَ وَالْهِيرُودُسِيِّينَ لِكَيْ يَصْطَادُوهُ بِكِلْمَةٍ. 14فَلَمَّا جَاءُوا قَالُوا لَهُ:«يَا مُعَلِّمُ، نَعْلَمُ أَنَّكَ صَادِقٌ وَلاَ تُبَالِي بِأَحَدٍ، لأَنَّكَ لاَ تَنْظُرُ إِلَى وُجُوهِ النَّاسِ، بَلْ بِالْحَقِّ تُعَلِّمُ طَرِيقَ اللهِ. أَيَجُوزُ أَنْ تُعْطَى جِزْيَةٌ لِقَيْصَرَ أَمْ لاَ؟ نُعْطِي أَمْ لاَ نُعْطِي؟» 15فَعَلِمَ رِيَاءَهُمْ، وَقَالَ لَهُمْ:«لِمَاذَا تُجَرِّبُونَنِي؟ اِيتُونِي بِدِينَارٍ لأَنْظُرَهُ.» 16فَأَتَوْا بِهِ. فَقَالَ لَهُمْ:«لِمَنْ هذِهِ الصُّورَةُ وَالْكِتَابَةُ؟» فَقَالُوا لَهُ:«لِقَيْصَرَ». 17فَأَجَابَ يَسُوعُ وَقَالَ لَهُمْ:«أَعْطُوا مَا لِقَيْصَرَ لِقَيْصَرَ وَمَا ِللهِ للهِ». فَتَعَجَّبُوا مِنْهُ.

And they send unto him certain of the Pharisees and of the Herodians, to catch him in his words

And when they were come, they say unto him, Master, we know that thou art true, and carest for no man: for thou regardest not the person of men, but teachest the way of God in truth: Is it lawful to give tribute to Caesar, or not?
Shall we give, or shall we not give? But he, knowing their hypocrisy, said unto them, Why tempt ye me? bring me a penny, that I may see it.

And they brought it. And he saith unto them, Whose is this image and superscription? And they said unto him, Caesar's.

And Jesus answering said unto them, Render to Caesar the things that are Caesar's, and to God the things that are God's. And they marvelled at him.


2- إنجيل لوقا إصحاح 20 عدد 22

أَيَجُوزُ لَنَا أَنْ نُعْطِيَ جِزْيَةً لِقَيْصَرَ أَمْ لاَ؟» 23فَشَعَرَ بِمَكْرِهِمْ وَقَالَ لَهُمْ:«لِمَاذَا تُجَرِّبُونَنِي؟ 24أَرُونِي دِينَارًا. لِمَنِ الصُّورَةُ وَالْكِتَابَةُ؟» فَأَجَابُوا وَقَالوُا:«لِقَيْصَرَ». 25فَقَالَ لَهُمْ:«أَعْطُوا إِذًا مَا لِقَيْصَرَ لِقَيْصَرَ وَمَا ِللهِ للهِ». 26فَلَمْ يَقْدِرُوا أَنْ يُمْسِكُوهُ بِكَلِمَةٍ قُدَّامَ الشَّعْبِ، وَتَعَجَّبُوا مِنْ جَوَابِهِ وَسَكَتُوا.

Is it lawful for us to give tribute unto Caesar, or no?
But he perceived their craftiness, and said unto them, Why tempt ye me?
Shew me a penny. Whose image and superscription hath it? They answered and said, Caesar's.

And he said unto them, Render therefore unto Caesar the things which be Caesar's, and unto God the things which be God's.
And they could not take hold of his words before the people: and they marvelled at his answer, and held their peace.



3- إنجيل متى إصحاح22 عدد17

فَقُلْ لَنَا: مَاذَا تَظُنُّ؟ أَيَجُوزُ أَنْ تُعْطَى جِزْيَةٌ لِقَيْصَرَ أَمْ لاَ؟» 18فَعَلِمَ يَسُوعُ خُبْثَهُمْ وَقَالَ:«لِمَاذَا تُجَرِّبُونَنِي يَا مُرَاؤُونَ؟ 19أَرُونِي مُعَامَلَةَ الْجِزْيَةِ». فَقَدَّمُوا لَهُ دِينَارًا. 20فَقَالَ لَهُمْ:«لِمَنْ هذِهِ الصُّورَةُ وَالْكِتَابَةُ؟» 21قَالُوا لَهُ:«لِقَيْصَرَ». فَقَالَ لَهُمْ:«أَعْطُوا إِذًا مَا لِقَيْصَرَ لِقَيْصَرَ وَمَا ِللهِ ِللهِ». 22فَلَمَّا سَمِعُوا تَعَجَّبُوا وَتَرَكُوهُ وَمَضَوْا.

Tell us therefore, What thinkest thou? Is it lawful to give tribute unto Caesar, or not?
But Jesus perceived their wickedness, and said, Why tempt ye me, ye hypocrites?
Shew me the tribute money. And they brought unto him a penny.
And he saith unto them, Whose is this image and superscription?

They say unto him, Caesar's. Then saith he unto them, Render therefore unto Caesar the things which are Caesar's; and unto God the things that are God's.

When they had heard these words, they marvelled, and left him, and went their way.



4- إنجيل متى إصحاح 17 عدد24

وَلَمَّا جَاءُوا إِلَى كَفْرَنَاحُومَ تَقَدَّمَ الَّذِينَ يَأْخُذُونَ الدِّرْهَمَيْنِ إِلَى بُطْرُسَ وَقَالُوا:«أَمَا يُوفِي مُعَلِّمُكُمُ الدِّرْهَمَيْنِ؟» 25قَالَ:«بَلَى». فَلَمَّا دَخَلَ الْبَيْتَ سَبَقَهُ يَسُوعُ قَائِلاً:«مَاذَا تَظُنُّ يَا سِمْعَانُ؟ مِمَّنْ يَأْخُذُ مُلُوكُ الأَرْضِ الْجِبَايَةَ أَوِ الْجِزْيَةَ، أَمِنْ بَنِيهِمْ أَمْ مِنَ الأَجَانِبِ؟» قَالَ لَهُ بُطْرُسُ: «مِنَ الأَجَانِبِ». قَالَ لَهُ يَسُوعُ:«فَإِذًا الْبَنُونَ أَحْرَارٌ. 27وَلكِنْ لِئَلاَّ نُعْثِرَهُمُ، اذْهَبْ إِلَى الْبَحْرِ وَأَلْقِ صِنَّارَةً، وَالسَّمَكَةُ الَّتِي تَطْلُعُ أَوَّلاً خُذْهَا، وَمَتَى فَتَحْتَ فَاهَا تَجِدْ إِسْتَارًا، فَخُذْهُ وَأَعْطِهِمْ عَنِّي وَعَنْكَ».


And when they were come to Capernaum, they that received tribute money came to Peter, and said, Doth not your master pay tribute?
He saith, Yes. And when he was come into the house, Jesus prevented him, saying, What thinkest thou, Simon? of whom do the kings of the earth take custom or tribute? of their own children, or of strangers?
Peter saith unto him, Of strangers. Jesus saith unto him, Then are the children free.
Notwithstanding, lest we should offend them, go thou to the sea, and cast an hook, and take up the fish that first cometh up; and when thou hast opened his mouth, thou shalt find a piece of money: that take, and give unto them for me and thee.

5- الزواج من غير المؤمنين marrying non-believers

قال تعالى
الْيَوْمَ أُحِلَّ لَكُمُ الطَّيِّبَاتُ وَطَعَامُ الَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْكِتَابَ حِلٌّ لَّكُمْ وَطَعَامُكُمْ حِلٌّ لَّهُمْ وَالْمُحْصَنَاتُ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ وَالْمُحْصَنَاتُ مِنَ الَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْكِتَابَ مِن قَبْلِكُمْ إِذَا آتَيْتُمُوهُنَّ أُجُورَهُنَّ مُحْصِنِينَ غَيْرَ مُسَافِحِينَ وَلَا مُتَّخِذِي أَخْدَانٍ وَمَن يَكْفُرْ بِالْإِيمَانِ فَقَدْ حَبِطَ عَمَلُهُ وَهُوَ فِي الْآخِرَةِ مِنَ الْخَاسِرِينَ المائدة


This day [all] good foods have been made lawful, and the food of those who were given the Scripture is lawful for you and your food is lawful for them. And [lawful in marriage are] chaste women from among the believers and chaste women from among those who were given the Scripture before you, when you have given them their due compensation, desiring chastity, not unlawful sexual intercourse or taking [secret] lovers. And whoever denies the faith - his work has become worthless, and he, in the Hereafter, will be among the losers. (5)




رسالة بولس الرسول الثانية إلى أهل كورنثوس الأصحاح السادس

14 لا تكونوا تحت نير مع غير المؤمنين، لأنه أية خلطة للبر والإثم؟ وأية شركة للنور مع الظلمة
15 وأي اتفاق للمسيح مع بليعال؟ وأي نصيب للمؤمن مع غير المؤمن

Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?

6- الخداع والنفاقDeception and hypocrisy

سفر العدد 18: 7

وَأَمَّا أَنْتَ وَبَنُوكَ مَعَكَ فَتَحْفَظُونَ كَهَنُوتَكُمْ مَعَ مَا لِلْمَذْبَحِ وَمَا هُوَ دَاخِلَ الْحِجَابِ، وَتَخْدِمُونَ خِدْمَةً. عَطِيَّةً أَعْطَيْتُ كَهَنُوتَكُمْ. وَالأَجْنَبِيُّ الَّذِي يَقْتَرِبُ يُقْتَلُ».

Therefore thou and thy sons with thee shall keep your priest's office for everything of the altar, and within the vail; and ye shall serve: I have given your priest's office unto you as a service of gift: and the stranger that cometh nigh shall be put to death.


سفر التثنية 14: 21


«لاَ تَأْكُلُوا جُثَّةً مَّا. تُعْطِيهَا لِلْغَرِيبِ الَّذِي فِي أَبْوَابِكَ فَيَأْكُلُهَا أَوْ يَبِيعُهَا لأَجْنَبِيٍّ، لأَنَّكَ شَعْبٌ مُقَدَّسٌ لِلرَّبِّ إِلهِكَ. لاَ تَطْبُخْ جَدْيًا بِلَبَنِ أُمِّهِ.

Ye shall not eat of anything that dieth of itself: thou shalt give it unto the stranger that is in thy gates, that he may eat it; or thou mayest sell it unto an alien: for thou art an holy people unto the LORD thy God. Thou shalt not seethe a kid in his mother's milk.

الأَجْنَبِيَّ تُطَالِبُ، وَأَمَّا مَا كَانَ لَكَ عِنْدَ أَخِيكَ فَتُبْرِئُهُ يَدُكَ مِنْهُ

Of a foreigner thou mayest exact it again: but that which is thine with thy brother thine hand shall release;



سفر التثنية 23: 20

لِلأَجْنَبِيِّ تُقْرِضُ بِرِبًا، وَلكِنْ لأَخِيكَ لاَ تُقْرِضْ بِرِبًا، لِيُبَارِكَكَ الرَّبُّ إِلهُكَ فِي كُلِّ مَا تَمْتَدُّ إِلَيْهِ يَدُكَ فِي الأَرْضِ الَّتِي أَنْتَ دَاخِلٌ إِلَيْهَا لِتَمْتَلِكَهَا.

Unto a stranger thou mayest lend upon usury; but unto thy brother thou shalt not lend upon usury: that the LORD thy God may bless thee in all that thou settest thine hand to in the land whither thou goest to possess it.

لَّا يَنْهَاكُمُ اللَّهُ عَنِ الَّذِينَ لَمْ يُقَاتِلُوكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ وَلَمْ يُخْرِجُوكُم مِّن دِيَارِكُمْ أَن تَبَرُّوهُمْ وَتُقْسِطُوا إِلَيْهِمْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُقْسِطِينَ8 ( الممتحنة)

Allah does not forbid you from those who do not fight you because of religion and do not expel you from your homes - from being righteous toward them and acting justly toward them. Indeed, Allah loves those who act justly

.

7- التمييز العنصري:Racial Discrimination

يقول الكتاب المقدس : the bible said

وكانَ نُوحٌ أوَّلَ فلاَحِ غرسَ كَرْمًا. وشربَ نُوحٌ مِنَ الخمرِ، فسَكِرَ وتَعَرَّى في خيمَتِه. فرأى حامٌ أبو كنعانَ عَورَةَ أبيهِ، فأخبَرَ أخويهِ وهُما خارِجا. فأخذَ سامٌ ويافَثُ ثوبًا وألقَياهُ على أكتافِهِما. ومَشيا إلى الوراءِ لِيَستُرا عَورَة أبيهِما، وكانَ وجهاهُما إلى الخلْفِ، فما أبصَرا عَورَةَ أبيهِما. فلمَّا أفاقَ نُوحٌ مِنْ سُكْرِهِ عَلِمَ بِما فعَلَ بِهِ اَبنُهُ الصَّغيرُ، فقالَ: ((مَلعونٌ كنعانُ! عبدًا ذليلاً يكونُ لإخوَتِهِ)). (التكوين 9 : 20-25)

And Noah began to be an husbandman, and he planted a vineyard:
And he drank of the wine, and was drunken; and he was uncovered within his tent.
And Ham, the father of Canaan, saw the nakedness of his father, and told his two brethren without.
And Shem and Japheth took a garment, and laid it upon both their shoulders, and went backward, and covered the nakedness of their father; and their faces were backward, and they saw not their father's nakedness.
And Noah awoke from his wine, and knew what his younger son had done unto him.
And he said, Cursed be Canaan; a servant of servants shall he be unto his brethren.

فأَقبلَتْ إلَيهِ اَمرأةٌ كَنْعانِـيّةٌ مِنْ تِلكَ البلادِ وصاحَتْ: ((اَرْحَمني، يا سيِّدي، يا اَبن داودَ! اَبنتي فيها شَيطانٌ، ويُعذِّبُها كثيرًا)). فما أجابَها يَسوعُ بكَلِمَةٍ. فَدنا تلاميذُهُ وتَوَسَّلوا إلَيهِ بقولِهِم: ((اَصرِفْها عنَّا، لأنَّها تَتبَعُنا بِصياحِها! )) فأجابَهُم يَسوعُ: ((ما أرسلَني اللهُ إلاَّ إلى الخِرافِ الضّالَّةِ مِنْ بَني إِسرائيلَ)). ولكنَّ المرأةَ جاءَتْ فسَجَدَتْ لَه وقالَت: ((ساعِدْني، يا سيِّدي! )) فأجابَها: ((لا يَجوزُ أنْ يُؤخذَ خُبزُ البَنينَ ويُرمى إلى الكِلابِ)). (متى 15: 22-26)

And, behold, a woman of Canaan came out of the same coasts, and cried unto him, saying, Have mercy on me, O Lord, thou son of David; my daughter is grievously vexed with a devil.

يقول القران الكريم : the Quran siad


يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ إِنَّا خَلَقْنَاكُم مِّن ذَكَرٍ وَأُنثَى وَجَعَلْنَاكُمْ شُعُوبًا وَقَبَائِلَ لِتَعَارَفُوا إِنَّ أَكْرَمَكُمْ عِندَ اللَّهِ أَتْقَاكُمْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلِيمٌ خَبِيرٌ (الحجرات : 13)

O mankind, indeed We have created you from male and female and made you peoples and tribes that you may know one another. Indeed, the most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous of you. Indeed, Allah is Knowing and Acquainted.



يقول الكتاب المقدس : the bible said

7 إذا وجد رجل قد سرق نفسا من إخوته بني إسرائيل واسترقه وباعه، يموت ذلك السارق، فتنزع الشر من وسطك

Deuteronomy 24:7 "If a man is caught kidnapping one of his brother Israelites and treats him as a slave or sells him, the kidnapper must die. You must purge the evil from among you."
This verse quite clearly states that the Israelite is better than any other human being in the eyes of God. If an Israeli is treated as a slave, then that is bad. However, it's ok to treat other races as slaves and all but kill them

متى : 15:22-27
22 وإذا امرأة كنعانية خارجة من تلك التخوم صرخت إليه قائلة: ارحمني، يا سيد، يا ابن داود ابنتي مجنونة جدا
23 فلم يجبها بكلمة. فتقدم تلاميذه وطلبوا إليه قائلين: اصرفها، لأنها تصيح وراءنا
24 فأجاب وقال: لم أرسل إلا إلى خراف بيت إسرائيل الضالة
25 فأتت وسجدت له قائلة : يا سيد، أعني
26 فأجاب وقال: ليس حسنا أن يؤخذ خبز البنين ويطرح للكلاب
27 فقالت: نعم، يا سيد والكلاب أيضا تأكل من الفتات الذي يسقط من مائدة أربابها

Matthew 15:22-27

8- معاملة الرقيقSlavery

يقول الكتاب المقدس the bible siad

2 إذا اشتريت عبدا عبرانيا، فست سنين يخدم، وفي السابعة يخرج حرا مجانا
3 إن دخل وحده فوحده يخرج. إن كان بعل امرأة، تخرج امرأته معه
4 إن أعطاه سيده امرأة وولدت له بنين أو بنات، فالمرأة وأولادها يكونون لسيده، وهو يخرج وحده
5 ولكن إن قال العبد: أحب سيدي وامرأتي وأولادي، لا أخرج حرا
6 يقدمه سيده إلى الله ، ويقربه إلى الباب أو إلى القائمة، ويثقب سيده أذنه بالمثقب، فيخدمه إلى الأبد

(Exodus 21:7-11

When a man sells his daughter as a slave, she will not be freed at the end of six years as the men are. If she does not please the man who bought her, he may allow her to be bought back again. But he is not allowed to sell her to foreigners, since he is the one who broke the contract with her. And if the slave girl's owner arranges for her to marry his son, he may no longer treat her as a slave girl, but he must treat her as his daughter. If he himself marries her and then takes another wife, he may not reduce her food or clothing or fail to sleep with her as his wife. If he fails in any of these three ways, she may leave as a free woman without making any payment. (Exodus 21:7-11 NLT)

(Exodus 21:20-21


20 وإذا ضرب إنسان عبده أو أمته بالعصا فمات تحت يده ينتقم منه
21 لكن إن بقي يوما أو يومين لا ينتقم منه لأنه ماله

When a man strikes his male or female slave with a rod so hard that the slave dies under his hand, he shall be punished. If, however, the slave survives for a day or two, he is not to be punished, since the slave is his own property. (Exodus 21:20-21 NAB)

(Luke 12:47-48


47 وأما ذلك العبد الذي يعلم إرادة سيده ولا يستعد ولا يفعل بحسب إرادته، فيضرب كثيرا
48 ولكن الذي لا يعلم، ويفعل ما يستحق ضربات، يضرب قليلا. فكل من أعطي كثيرا يطلب منه كثير، ومن يودعونه كثيرا يطالبونه بأكثر




The servant will be severely punished, for though he knew his duty, he refused to do it. "But people who are not aware that they are doing wrong will be punished only lightly. Much is required from those to whom much is given, and much more is required from those to whom much more is given." (Luke 12:47-48 NLT)


يقول القران الكريم : the Quran


وَالَّذِينَ يَبْتَغُونَ الْكِتَابَ مِمَّا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ فَكَاتِبُوهُمْ إِنْ عَلِمْتُمْ فِيهِمْ خَيْرًا 33 النور

And those who seek a contract [for eventual emancipation] from among whom your right hands possess - then make a contract with them if you know there is within them goodness and give them from the wealth of Allah which He has given you.

يقول الرسول Prophet Muhammad says

عن المعرور بن سويد قال: رايت أبا ذر رضي الله عنه وعليه حلة وعلى غلامه مثلها، فسألته عن ذلك فذكر انة ساب رجلا علي عهد رسول الله صلى الله عليه ووسلم فعيره بأمه فقال النبي صلى الله عليه ووسلم: " إنك امرؤ فيك جاهلية ": هم إخوانكم ، وخولكم جعلهم الله تحت أيديكم فمن كان اخوة تحت يده فليطعمه مما ياكل ويلبسه مما يلبس ولا تكلفوهم ما يغلبهم، فإن كلفتموهم فأعينوهم "((متفق عليه)


Al-Ma'rur bin Suwaid (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: I saw Abu Dharr (May Allah be pleased with him) wearing a nice gown, and his slave was also wearing one similar to it. I asked him about it, and he said that he had exchanged harsh words with a person during the lifetime of the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) and put him to shame by making a reference to his mother. That person came to the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) and made mention of that to him. Thereupon the Messenger of Allah said, "You are a person who has remnants of the 'Days of Ignorance' in you. Your slaves are your brothers. Allah has placed them under your authority. He who has his brother under him, should feed him from whatever he eats, and dress him with whatever he wears, and do not burden them (assign burdensome task to them) beyond their capacity; and if you burden them then help them."

وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ، نُمَيْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، حَدَّثَنَا فُضَيْلُ بْنُ غَزْوَانَ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ أَبِي نُعْمٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏"‏ مَنْ قَذَفَ مَمْلُوكَهُ بِالزِّنَا يُقَامُ عَلَيْهِ الْحَدُّ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ إِلاَّ أَنْ يَكُونَ كَمَا قَالَ ‏"‏ ‏.‏

Abu Huraira reported that Abu'l-Qasim (one of the names of Allah's Messenger [may peace be upon him]) said: He who accused his slave of adultery, punishment would be imposed upon him on the Day of Resurrection, except in case the accusation was as he had said.

حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو كَامِلٍ، فُضَيْلُ بْنُ حُسَيْنٍ الْجَحْدَرِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ فِرَاسٍ، عَنْ ذَكْوَانَ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ زَاذَانَ أَبِي عُمَرَ، قَالَ أَتَيْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ وَقَدْ أَعْتَقَ مَمْلُوكًا - قَالَ - فَأَخَذَ مِنَ الأَرْضِ عُودًا أَوْ شَيْئًا فَقَالَ مَا فِيهِ مِنَ الأَجْرِ مَا يَسْوَى هَذَا إِلاَّ أَنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ ‏"‏ مَنْ لَطَمَ مَمْلُوكَهُ أَوْ ضَرَبَهُ فَكَفَّارَتُهُ أَنْ يُعْتِقَهُ ‏"‏

Zadhan Abl Umar reported: I came to Ibn 'Umar as he had granted freedom to a stave. He (the narrator further) said: He took hold of a wood or something like it from the earth and said: It (freedom of a slave) has not the reward evert equal to it, but the fact that I heard Allah's Messenger (way peace be upon him) say: He who slaps[/COLOR]





Kill those who are not Christian or Jewish:

ينص الكتاب المقدس على قتل غير المسيحيين واليهود

You must kill those who worship another god. Exodus 22:20

20 من ذبح لآلهة غير الرب وحده، يهلك


Kill any friends or family that worship a god that is different than your own. Deuteronomy 13:6-10

6 وإذا أغواك سرا أخوك ابن أمك، أو ابنك أو ابنتك أو امرأة حضنك، أو صاحبك الذي مثل نفسك قائلا: نذهب ونعبد آلهة أخرى لم تعرفها أنت ولا آباؤك
7 من آلهة الشعوب الذين حولك، القريبين منك أو البعيدين عنك، من أقصاء الأرض إلى أقصائها
8 فلا ترض منه ولا تسمع له ولا تشفق عينك عليه، ولا ترق له ولا تستره
9 بل قتلا تقتله. يدك تكون عليه أولا لقتله، ثم أيدي جميع الشعب أخيرا
10 ترجمه بالحجارة حتى يموت، لأنه التمس أن يطوحك عن الرب إلهك الذي أخرجك من أرض مصر من بيت العبودية

Kill all the inhabitants of any city where you find people that worship differently than you. Deuteronomy 13:12-16

12 إن سمعت عن إحدى مدنك التي يعطيك الرب إلهك لتسكن فيها قولا
13 قد خرج أناس بنو لئيم من وسطك وطوحوا سكان مدينتهم قائلين: نذهب ونعبد آلهة أخرى لم تعرفوها
14 وفحصت وفتشت وسألت جيدا وإذا الأمر صحيح وأكيد، قد عمل ذلك الرجس في وسطك
15 فضربا تضرب سكان تلك المدينة بحد السيف، وتحرمها بكل ما فيها مع بهائمها بحد السيف
16 تجمع كل أمتعتها إلى وسط ساحتها، وتحرق بالنار المدينة وكل أمتعتها كاملة للرب إلهك، فتكون تلا إلى الأبد لا تبنى بعد
Kill everyone who has religious views that are different than your own. Deuteronomy 17:2-7

2 إذا وجد في وسطك في أحد أبوابك التي يعطيك الرب إلهك رجل أو امرأة يفعل شرا في عيني الرب إلهك بتجاوز عهده
3 ويذهب ويعبد آلهة أخرى ويسجد لها، أو للشمس أو للقمر أو لكل من جند السماء، الشيء الذي لم أوص به
4 وأخبرت وسمعت وفحصت جيدا وإذا الأمر صحيح أكيد. قد عمل ذلك الرجس في إسرائيل
5 فأخرج ذلك الرجل أو تلك المرأة، الذي فعل ذلك الأمر الشرير إلى أبوابك، الرجل أو المرأة، وارجمه بالحجارة حتى يموت
6 على فم شاهدين أو ثلاثة شهود يقتل الذي يقتل. لا يقتل على فم شاهد واحد
7 أيدي الشهود تكون عليه أولا لقتله، ثم أيدي جميع الشعب أخيرا، فتنزع الشر من وسطك

Kill anyone who refuses to listen to a priest. Deuteronomy 17:12-13
12 والرجل الذي يعمل بطغيان، فلا يسمع للكاهن الواقف هناك ليخدم الرب إلهك، أو للقاضي ، يقتل ذلك الرجل، فتنزع الشر من إسرائيل
13 فيسمع جميع الشعب ويخافون ولا يطغون بعد

Kill any false prophets. Deuteronomy 18:20
20 وأما النبي الذي يطغي، فيتكلم باسمي كلاما لم أوصه أن يتكلم به، أو الذي يتكلم باسم آلهة أخرى، فيموت ذلك النبي


Jude reminds us that God destroys those who don’t believe in him. Jude 5
5 فأريد أن أذكركم، ولو علمتم هذا مرة، أن الرب بعدما خلص الشعب من أرض مصر، أهلك أيضا الذين لم يؤمنوا


Ignorance is bliss. Christians should not practice free inquiry nor socialize with non Christians:
تعاليم يسوع تنص على عدم الاختلاط وتحية وكلام غير المسيحيين

Don’t associate with non-Christians. Don’t receive them into your house or even exchange greeting with them. 2 John 1:10

1 الشيخ، إلى كيرية المختارة، وإلى أولادها الذين أنا أحبهم بالحق، ولست أنا فقط، بل أيضا جميع الذين قد عرفوا الحق
2 من أجل الحق الذي يثبت فينا وسيكون معنا إلى الأبد
3 تكون معكم نعمة ورحمة وسلام من الله الآب ومن الرب يسوع المسيح، ابن الآب بالحق والمحبة
4 فرحت جدا لأني وجدت من أولادك بعضا سالكين في الحق، كما أخذنا وصية من الآب
5 والآن أطلب منك يا كيرية، لا كأني أكتب إليك وصية جديدة، بل التي كانت عندنا من البدء: أن يحب بعضنا بعضا
6 وهذه هي المحبة: أن نسلك بحسب وصاياه. هذه هي الوصية، كما سمعتم من البدء أن تسلكوا فيها
7 لأنه قد دخل إلى العالم مضلون كثيرون، لا يعترفون بيسوع المسيح آتيا في الجسد. هذا هو المضل، والضد للمسيح
8 انظروا إلى أنفسكم لئلا نضيع ما عملناه، بل ننال أجرا تاما
9 كل من تعدى ولم يثبت في تعليم المسيح فليس له الله. ومن يثبت في تعليم المسيح فهذا له الآب والابن جميعا
10 إن كان أحد يأتيكم، ولا يجيء بهذا التعليم، فلا تقبلوه في البيت، ولا تقولوا له سلام

Shun those who disagree with your religious views. Romans 16:17

17 وأطلب إليكم أيها الإخوة أن تلاحظوا الذين يصنعون الشقاقات والعثرات، خلافا للتعليم الذي تعلمتموه، وأعرضوا عنهم

Paul, knowing that their faith would crumble if subjected to free and
critical inquiry, tells his followers to avoid philosophy. Colossians 2:8

8 انظروا أن لا يكون أحد يسبيكم بالفلسفة وبغرور باطل، حسب تقليد الناس، حسب أركان العالم، وليس حسب المسيح

Judge other religions for not following Christ:
الحكم على غير المسيحيين


Whoever denies “that Jesus is the Christ” is a liar and an anti-Christ. 1 John 2:22
22 من هو الكذاب، إلا الذي ينكر أن يسوع هو المسيح؟ هذا هو ضد المسيح، الذي ينكر الآب والابن

Christians are “of God;” everyone else is wicked. 1 John 5:19
19 نعلم أننا نحن من الله، والعالم كله قد وضع في الشرير


The non-Christian is “a deceiver and an anti-Christ” 2 John 1:7
7 لأنه قد دخل إلى العالم مضلون كثيرون، لا يعترفون بيسوع المسيح آتيا في الجسد. هذا هو المضل، والضد للمسيح



Anyone who doesn’t share Paul’s beliefs has “an evil heart.” Hebrews 3:12
12 انظروا أيها الإخوة أن لا يكون في أحدكم قلب شرير بعدم إيمان في الارتداد عن الله الحي



False Jews are members of “the synagogue of Satan.” Revelations 2:9, 3:9
9 أنا أعرف أعمالك وضيقتك وفقرك مع أنك غني. وتجديف القائلين إنهم يهود وليسوا يهودا ، بل هم مجمع الشيطان

9 هنذا أجعل الذين من مجمع الشيطان، من القائلين إنهم يهود وليسوا يهودا، بل يكذبون، هنذا أصيرهم يأتون ويسجدون أمام رجليك، ويعرفون أني أنا أحببتك

يقول القران الكريم the Quran said


لَكُمْ دِينُكُمْ وَلِيَ دِينِ الكافرون
For you is your religion, and for me is my religion." (6)

إِنَّ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَالَّذِينَ هَادُوا وَالنَّصَارَى وَالصَّابِئِينَ مَنْ آمَنَ بِاللَّـهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ وَعَمِلَ صَالِحًا فَلَهُمْ أَجْرُهُمْ عِندَ رَبِّهِمْ وَلَا خَوْفٌ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا هُمْ يَحْزَنُونَ
Indeed, those who believed and those who were Jews or Christians or Sabeans [before Prophet Muhammad] - those [among them] who believed in Allah and the Last Day and did righteousness - will have their reward with their Lord, and no fear will there be concerning them, nor will they grieve. (62)



يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ إِنَّا خَلَقْنَاكُم مِّن ذَكَرٍ وَأُنثَى وَجَعَلْنَاكُمْ شُعُوبًا وَقَبَائِلَ لِتَعَارَفُوا إِنَّ أَكْرَمَكُمْ عِندَ اللَّـهِ أَتْقَاكُمْ إِنَّ اللَّـهَ عَلِيمٌ خَبِيرٌ

O mankind, indeed We have created you from male and female and made you peoples and tribes that you may know one another. Indeed, the most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous of you. Indeed, Allah is Knowing and Acquainted. (13)

لَّا يَنْهَاكُمُ اللَّـهُ عَنِ الَّذِينَ لَمْ يُقَاتِلُوكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ وَلَمْ يُخْرِجُوكُم مِّن دِيَارِكُمْ أَن تَبَرُّوهُمْ وَتُقْسِطُوا إِلَيْهِمْ إِنَّ اللَّـهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُقْسِطِينَ
Allah does not forbid you from those who do not fight you because of religion and do not expel you from your homes - from being righteous toward them and acting justly toward them. Indeed, Allah loves those who act justly. (8)

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا يَسْخَرْ قَوْمٌ مِّن قَوْمٍ عَسَى أَن يَكُونُوا خَيْرًا مِّنْهُمْ وَلَا نِسَاءٌ مِّن نِّسَاءٍ عَسَى أَن يَكُنَّ خَيْرًا مِّنْهُنَّ وَلَا تَلْمِزُوا أَنفُسَكُمْ وَلَا تَنَابَزُوا بِالْأَلْقَابِ بِئْسَ الِاسْمُ الْفُسُوقُ بَعْدَ الْإِيمَانِ وَمَن لَّمْ يَتُبْ فَأُولَـئِكَ هُمُ الظَّالِمُونَ

O you who have believed, let not a people ridicule [another] people; perhaps they may be better than them; nor let women ridicule [other] women; perhaps they may be better than them. And do not insult one another and do not call each other by [offensive] nicknames. Wretched is the name of disobedience after [one's] faith. And whoever does not repent - then it is those who are the wrongdoers. (11)

وَإِنْ أَحَدٌ مِّنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ اسْتَجَارَكَ فَأَجِرْهُ حَتَّى يَسْمَعَ كَلَامَ اللَّـهِ ثُمَّ أَبْلِغْهُ مَأْمَنَهُ ذَلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ قَوْمٌ لَّا يَعْلَمُونَ

And if any one of the polytheists seeks your protection, then grant him protection so that he may hear the words of Allah. Then deliver him to his place of safety. That is because they are a people who do not know. (6)

التثنية12(1-3)

تث-12-1 وهذه هي السنن والأحكام التي تعملون بها في الأرض التي أعطاكم الرب إله آبائكم لتمتلكوها كل أيام حياتكم على الأرض: 2: أن تخربوا جميع المواضع التي كان الأمم الذين أنتم ترثونهم يعبدون فيها آلهتهم على الجبال العالية والتلال وتحت كل شجرة خضراء، 3: وأن تهدموا مذابحهم وتكسروا أنصاب آلهتهم وتحرقوا أوتاد آلهتهم بالنار وتقطعوا تماثيل آلهتهم وتزيلوا أسماءها من ذلك الموضع..... المشتركة

These are the statutes and judgments, which ye shall observe to do in the land, which the LORD God of thy fathers giveth thee to possess it, all the days that ye live upon the earth.
Ye shall utterly destroy all the places, wherein the nations which ye shall possess served their gods, upon the high mountains, and upon the hills, and under every green tree:
And ye shall overthrow their altars, and break their pillars, and burn their groves with fire; and ye shall hew down the graven images of their gods, and destroy the names of them out of that place.


وَلَوْلَا دَفْعُ اللَّـهِ النَّاسَ بَعْضَهُم بِبَعْضٍ لَّهُدِّمَتْ صَوَامِعُ وَبِيَعٌ وَصَلَوَاتٌ وَمَسَاجِدُ يُذْكَرُ فِيهَا اسْمُ اللَّـهِ كَثِيرًا وَلَيَنصُرَنَّ اللَّـهُ مَن يَنصُرُهُ إِنَّ اللَّـهَ لَقَوِيٌّ عَزِيزٌ الحج

[They are] those who have been evicted from their homes without right - only because they say, "Our Lord is Allah." And were it not that Allah checks the people, some by means of others, there would have been demolished monasteries, churches, synagogues, and mosques in which the name of Allah is much mentioned. And Allah will surely support those who support Him. Indeed, Allah is Powerful and Exalted in Might. (40) [

Women in the teachings of Mohammed and Jesus

1-لماذا خلقت المرأة Why do women have created

قال تعالى

" وما خلقت الجن والأنس الا ليعبدون " 56 الذاريات

And I did not create the jinn and mankind except to worship Me. (56)

رسالة بولس الرسول إلى أهل كورنثوس الأصحاح الحادي عشر


7 فإن الرجل لا ينبغي أن يغطي رأسه لكونه صورة الله ومجده. وأما المرأة فهي مجد الرجل

8 لأن الرجل ليس من المرأة، بل المرأة من الرجل

9 ولأن الرجل لم يخلق من أجل المرأة، بل المرأة من أجل الرجل

For a man indeed ought not to cover his head, forasmuch as he is the image and glory of God: but the woman is the glory of the man.
For the man is not of the woman: but the woman of the man.
Neither was the man created for the woman; but the woman for the man.





2- المرأة والخطيئة Women and sin

وَيَا آدَمُ اسْكُنْ أَنتَ وَزَوْجُكَ الْجَنَّةَ فَكُلَا مِنْ حَيْثُ شِئْتُمَا وَلَا تَقْرَبَا هَـذِهِ الشَّجَرَةَ فَتَكُونَا مِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ فَوَسْوَسَ لَهُمَا الشَّيْطَانُ لِيُبْدِيَ لَهُمَا مَا وُورِيَ عَنْهُمَا مِن سَوْآتِهِمَا وَقَالَ مَا نَهَاكُمَا رَبُّكُمَا عَنْ هَـذِهِ الشَّجَرَةِ إِلَّا أَن تَكُونَا مَلَكَيْنِ أَوْ تَكُونَا مِنَ الْخَالِدِينَ

(18) And "O Adam, dwell, you and your wife, in Paradise and eat from wherever you will but do not approach this tree, lest you be among the wrongdoers." (19) But Satan whispered to them to make apparent to them that which was concealed from them of their private parts. He said, "Your Lord did not forbid you this tree except that you become angels or become of the immortal."




تكوين{3: 1-7} " وكانتِ الحيَّة أَحيَلَ جميعِ حيواناتِ البَرَّيِةِ التي عَملها الربُّ الإلهُ ، فقالت للمرأةِ : " أحقاً قال اللهُ لا تأكلا من كُل شجرِ الجنَِّةِِ ؟ . " فقالت المرأةُ للحيةِ " من ثمر شجر الجنةِ نأكُل . وأما الشجرةُ التي في وسط الجنةِ فقال اللهُ : لا تأكلا منهُ ولا تمساهُ لئلا تموتا " . فقالت الحيةُ للمرأةِ : " لن تموتا ! . بل اللهُ عالمٌ أنهُ يوم تأكلانِ منهُ تنفتح أعيُنكما وتكونان كألله عارفين الخير والشر . فرأت المرأةُ أنَّ الشجرةَجيدةٌ للأكل ، وأنها بهجةٌ للعيون ، وان الشجرةَ شهيةٌ للنظر . فأخذت من ثمرهاوأكلت ، وأعطت رجُلَها أيضاً معها فأكل. فانفتحتْ أعيُنهما وعلما أنهما عُريانانِ فخاطا أوراقَ تينٍ وصنعا لأنفسهما مآزر "

Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?
And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden:
But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.
And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:
For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.
And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.
And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons.

في رسالة بولص1 إلى ثيموثاوس{2: 11-15} " لتتعلم المرأه بسكوتٍ في كُلِّ خضوع . ولكن لستُ آذنُ للمرأةِ أن تُعلِم ولا تتسلط على الرجُل ، بل تكون في سكوت . لأن آدم جُبل أولاً ثُم حواء . وآدم لم يغو ،لكن المرأه أُغويت فحصلت في التعدي. ولكنها ستخلص بولادة الأولاد "

Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection.
But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.
For Adam was first formed, then Eve.
And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression.
Notwithstanding she shall be saved in childbearing, if they continue in faith and charity and holiness with sobriety.

3- حقوق المرأة Women's rights

لا فرق بين الرجل والمراة في الاسلام
Islam does not differentiate between men and women

وَالَّذِينَ يَقُولُونَ رَبَّنَا هَبْ لَنَا مِنْ أَزْوَاجِنَا وَذُرِّيَّاتِنَا قُرَّةَ أَعْيُنٍ وَاجْعَلْنَا لِلْمُتَّقِينَ إِمَامًا

And those who say, "Our Lord, grant us from among our wives and offspring comfort to our eyes and make us an example for the righteous."

بل نهى الاسلام عن قتل المولود البنت لانها عادة تخلف وجهل

Islam forbids the killing of girl

وَإِذَا الْمَوْءُودَةُ سُئِلَتْ بِأَيِّ ذَنبٍ قُتِلَتْ

And when the girl [who was] buried alive is asked (8) For what sin she was killed (9)

وَإِذَا بُشِّرَ أَحَدُهُم بِالْأُنثَى ظَلَّ وَجْهُهُ مُسْوَدًّا وَهُوَ كَظِيمٌ يَتَوَارَى مِنَ الْقَوْمِ مِن سُوءِ مَا بُشِّرَ بِهِ أَيُمْسِكُهُ عَلَى هُونٍ أَمْ يَدُسُّهُ فِي التُّرَابِ أَلَا سَاءَ مَا يَحْكُمُونَ

And when one of them is informed of [the birth of] a female, his face becomes dark, and he suppresses grief. (58) He hides himself from the people because of the ill of which he has been informed. Should he keep it in humiliation or bury it in the ground? Unquestionably, evil is what they decide. (59)

في سفر سيراخ ولادة البنت خسارة

In the book of Ecclesiasticus birth of daughter loss

"The birth of a daughter is a loss" (Ecclesiasticus 22:3).


"A man who educates his son will be the envy of his enemy." (Ecclesiasticus 30:3)

"Your daughter is headstrong? Keep a sharp look-out that she does not make you the laughing stock of your enemies, the talk of the town, the object of common gossip, and put you to public shame" (Ecclesiasticus 42:11).
"Keep a headstrong daughter under firm control, or she will abuse any indulgence she receives. Keep a strict watch on her shameless eye, do not be surprised if she disgraces you" (Ecclesiasticus 26:10-11).

حقوق المراة : التعليم Women's rights: education

Narrated Abu Burda's father:
Allah's Apostle said, any man who has a slave girl whom he educates properly, teaches good manners, manumits and marries her,

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏"‏ أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ كَانَتْ عِنْدَهُ وَلِيدَةٌ فَعَلَّمَهَا فَأَحْسَنَ تَعْلِيمَهَا، وَأَدَّبَهَا فَأَحْسَنَ تَأْدِيبَهَا، ثُمَّ أَعْتَقَهَا وَتَزَوَّجَهَا فَلَهُ أَجْرَانِ




14: 34 لتصمت نساؤكم في الكنائس لانه ليس ماذونا لهن ان يتكلمن بل يخضعن كما يقول الناموس ايضا

"As in all the congregations of the saints, women should remain silent in the churches. They are not allowed to speak, but must be in submission as the law says. If they want to inquire about something, they should ask their own husbands at home; for it is disgraceful for a woman to speak in the church." (I Corinthians 14:34-35)





4-قذف المحصنات Extrusion chaste

( وَاللَّاتِي يَأْتِينَ الْفَاحِشَةَ مِنْ نِسَائِكُمْ فَاسْتَشْهِدُوا عَلَيْهِنَّ أَرْبَعَةً مِنْكُمْ) النساء/15،

Those who commit unlawful sexual intercourse of your women - bring against them four [witnesses] from among you. And if they testify, confine the guilty women to houses until death takes them or Allah ordains for them [another] way. (15)

( وَالَّذِينَ يَرْمُونَ الْمُحْصَنَاتِ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَأْتُوا بِأَرْبَعَةِ شُهَدَاءَ فَاجْلِدُوهُمْ ثَمَانِينَ جَلْدَةً وَلَا تَقْبَلُوا لَهُمْ شَهَادَةً أَبَدًا وَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ ) النور/4
And those who accuse chaste women and then do not produce four witnesses - lash them with eighty lashes and do not accept from them testimony ever after. And those are the defiantly disobedient, (4)

( لَوْلَا جَاءُوا عَلَيْهِ بِأَرْبَعَةِ شُهَدَاءَ فَإِذْ لَمْ يَأْتُوا بِالشُّهَدَاءِ فَأُولَئِكَ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ هُمُ الْكَاذِبُونَ ) النور/13 .
Why did they [who slandered] not produce for it four witnesses? And when they do not produce the witnesses, then it is they, in the sight of Allah, who are the liars. (13)

11 وكلم الرب موسى قائلا
12 كلم بني اسرائيل وقل لهم اذا زاغت امرأة رجل وخانته خيانة
13 واضطجع معها رجل اضطجاع زرع وأخفي ذلك عن عيني رجلها واستترت وهي نجسة وليس شاهد عليها وهي لم تؤخذ.
14 فاعتراه روح الغيرة وغار على امرأته وهي نجسة او اعتراه روح الغيرة وغار على امرأته وهي ليست نجسة
15 ياتي الرجل بامرأته الى الكاهن وياتي بقربانها معها عشر الإيفة من طحين شعير لا يصبّ عليه زيتا ولا يجعل عليه لبانا لانه تقدمة غيرة تقدمة تذكار تذكّر ذنبا.
16 فيقدّمها الكاهن ويوقفها امام الرب
17 ويأخذ الكاهن ماء مقدسا في اناء خزف ويأخذ الكاهن من الغبار الذي في ارض المسكن ويجعل في الماء
18 ويوقف الكاهن المرأة امام الرب ويكشف راس المرأة ويجعل في يديها تقدمة التذكار التي هي تقدمة الغيرة وفي يد الكاهن يكون ماء اللعنة المرّ.
19 ويستحلف الكاهن المرأة ويقول لها ان كان لم يضطجع معك رجل وان كنت لم تزيغي الى نجاسة من تحت رجلك فكوني بريئة من ماء اللعنة هذا المرّ.
20 ولكن ان كنت قد زغت من تحت رجلك وتنجست وجعل معك رجل غير رجلك مضجعه.
21 يستحلف الكاهن المرأة بحلف اللعنة ويقول الكاهن للمرأة يجعلك الرب لعنة وحلفا بين شعبك بان يجعل الرب فخذك ساقطة وبطنك وارما.
22 ويدخل ماء اللعنة هذا في احشائك لورم البطن ولاسقاط الفخذ.فتقول المرأة آمين آمين.
23 ويكتب الكاهن هذه اللعنات في الكتاب ثم يمحوها في الماء المرّ
24 ويسقي المرأة ماء اللعنة المرّ فيدخل فيها ماء اللعنة للمرارة.
25 ويأخذ الكاهن من يد المرأة تقدمة الغيرة ويردد التقدمة امام الرب ويقدمها الى المذبح.
26 ويقبض الكاهن من التقدمة تذكارها ويوقده على المذبح وبعد ذلك يسقي المرأة الماء.
27 ومتى سقاها الماء فان كانت قد تنجست وخانت رجلها يدخل فيها ماء اللعنة للمرارة فيرم بطنها وتسقط فخذها فتصير المرأة لعنة في وسط شعبها.
28 وان لم تكن المرأة قد تنجست بل كانت طاهرة تتبرأ وتحبل بزرع
29 هذه شريعة الغيرة.اذا زاغت امرأة من تحت رجلها وتنجست
30 او اذا اعترى رجلا روح غيرة فغار على امرأته يوقف المرأة امام الرب ويعمل لها الكاهن كل هذه الشريعة
31 فيتبرّأ الرجل من الذنب وتلك المرأة تحمل ذنبها

And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, If any man's wife go aside, and commit a trespass against him,
And a man lie with her carnally, and it be hid from the eyes of her husband, and be kept close, and she be defiled, and there be no witness against her, neither she be taken with the manner
And the spirit of jealousy come upon him, and he be jealous of his wife, and she be defiled: or if the spirit of jealousy come upon him, and he be jealous of his wife, and she be not defiled:
Then shall the man bring his wife unto the priest, and he shall bring her offering for her, the tenth part of an ephah of barley meal; he shall pour no oil upon it, nor put frankincense thereon; for it is an offering of jealousy, an offering of memorial, bringing iniquity to remembrance.
And the priest shall bring her near, and set her before the LORD:
And the priest shall take holy water in an earthen vessel; and of the dust that is in the floor of the tabernacle the priest shall take, and put it into the water:
And the priest shall set the woman before the LORD, and uncover the woman's head, and put the offering of memorial in her hands, which is the jealousy offering: and the priest shall have in his hand the bitter water that causeth the curse:
And the priest shall charge her by an oath, and say unto the woman, If no man have lain with thee, and if thou hast not gone aside to uncleanness with another instead of thy husband, be thou free from this bitter water that causeth the curse:
But if thou hast gone aside to another instead of thy husband, and if thou be defiled, and some man have lain with thee beside thine husband:
Then the priest shall charge the woman with an oath of cursing, and the priest shall say unto the woman, The LORD make thee a curse and an oath among thy people, when the LORD doth make thy thigh to rot, and thy belly to swell;
And this water that causeth the curse shall go into thy bowels, to make thy belly to swell, and thy thigh to rot: And the woman shall say, Amen, amen.
And the priest shall write these curses in a book, and he shall blot them out with the bitter water:
And he shall cause the woman to drink the bitter water that causeth the curse: and the water that causeth the curse shall enter into her, and become bitter.
Then the priest shall take the jealousy offering out of the woman's hand, and shall wave the offering before the LORD, and offer it upon the altar:
And the priest shall take an handful of the offering, even the memorial thereof, and burn it upon the altar, and afterward shall cause the woman to drink the water.
And when he hath made her to drink the water, then it shall come to pass, that, if she be defiled, and have done trespass against her husband, that the water that causeth the curse shall enter into her, and become bitter, and her belly shall swell, and her thigh shall rot: and the woman shall be a curse among her people.
And if the woman be not defiled, but be clean; then she shall be free, and shall conceive seed.
This is the law of jealousies, when a wife goeth aside to another instead of her husband, and is defiled;
Or when the spirit of jealousy cometh upon him, and he be jealous over his wife, and shall set the woman before the LORD, and the priest shall execute upon her all this law.
Then shall the man be guiltless from iniquity, and this woman shall bear her iniquity.

5- الميراث Inheritance

يُوصِيكُمُ اللَّـهُ فِي أَوْلَادِكُمْ لِلذَّكَرِ مِثْلُ حَظِّ الْأُنثَيَيْنِ فَإِن كُنَّ نِسَاءً فَوْقَ اثْنَتَيْنِ فَلَهُنَّ ثُلُثَا مَا تَرَكَ وَإِن كَانَتْ وَاحِدَةً فَلَهَا النِّصْفُ وَلِأَبَوَيْهِ لِكُلِّ وَاحِدٍ مِّنْهُمَا السُّدُسُ مِمَّا تَرَكَ إِن كَانَ لَهُ وَلَدٌ فَإِن لَّمْ يَكُن لَّهُ وَلَدٌ وَوَرِثَهُ أَبَوَاهُ فَلِأُمِّهِ الثُّلُثُ فَإِن كَانَ لَهُ إِخْوَةٌ فَلِأُمِّهِ السُّدُسُ مِن بَعْدِ وَصِيَّةٍ يُوصِي بِهَا أَوْ دَيْنٍ آبَاؤُكُمْ وَأَبْنَاؤُكُمْ لَا تَدْرُونَ أَيُّهُمْ أَقْرَبُ لَكُمْ نَفْعًا فَرِيضَةً مِّنَ اللَّـهِ إِنَّ اللَّـهَ كَانَ عَلِيمًا حَكِيمًا النساء

Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females. But if there are [only] daughters, two or more, for them is two thirds of one's estate. And if there is only one, for her is half. And for one's parents, to each one of them is a sixth of his estate if he left children. But if he had no children and the parents [alone] inherit from him, then for his mother is one third. And if he had brothers [or sisters], for his mother is a sixth, after any bequest he [may have] made or debt. Your parents or your children - you know not which of them are nearest to you in benefit. [These shares are] an obligation [imposed] by Allah. Indeed, Allah is ever Knowing and Wise. (11)


التثنية [25 : 5] «إِذَا سَكَنَ إِخْوَةٌ مَعاً وَمَاتَ وَاحِدٌ مِنْهُمْ وَليْسَ لهُ ابْنٌ فَلا تَصِرِ امْرَأَةُ المَيِّتِ إِلى خَارِجٍ لِرَجُلٍ أَجْنَبِيٍّ. أَخُو زَوْجِهَا يَدْخُلُ عَليْهَا وَيَتَّخِذُهَا لِنَفْسِهِ زَوْجَةً وَيَقُومُ لهَا بِوَاجِبِ أَخِي الزَّوْجِ.

If brethren dwell together, and one of them die, and have no child, the wife of the dead shall not marry without unto a stranger: her husband's brother shall go in unto her, and take her to him to wife, and perform the duty of an husband's brother unto her.


متى [22 : 24] «يَا مُعَلِّمُ قَالَ مُوسَى: إِنْ مَاتَ أَحَدٌ وَلَيْسَ لَهُ أَوْلاَدٌ يَتَزَوَّجْ أَخُوهُ بِامْرَأَتِهِ وَيُقِمْ نَسْلاً لأَخِيهِ.[25] فَكَانَ عِنْدَنَا سَبْعَةُ إِخْوَةٍ وَتَزَوَّجَ الأَوَّلُ وَمَاتَ. وَإِذْ لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ نَسْلٌ تَرَكَ امْرَأَتَهُ لأَخِيهِ. [26] وَكَذَلِكَ الثَّانِي وَالثَّالِثُ إِلَى السَّبْعَةِ. [27] وَآخِرَ الْكُلِّ مَاتَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ أَيْضاً. [28] فَفِي الْقِيَامَةِ لِمَنْ مِنَ السَّبْعَةِ تَكُونُ زَوْجَةً؟ فَإِنَّهَا كَانَتْ لِلْجَمِيعِ!»

Saying, Master, Moses said, If a man die, having no children, his brother shall marry his wife, and raise up seed unto his brother.
Now there were with us seven brethren: and the first, when he had married a wife, deceased, and, having no issue, left his wife unto his brother:
Likewise the second also, and the third, unto the seventh.
And last of all the woman died also.
Therefore in the resurrection whose wife shall she be of the seven? for they all had her.

سفر العدد [27 : 1] فَتَقَدَّمَتْ بَنَاتُ صَلُفْحَادَ بْنِ حَافَرَ بْنِ جِلعَادَ بْنِ مَاكِيرَ بْنِ مَنَسَّى مِنْ عَشَائِرِ مَنَسَّى بْنِ يُوسُفَ. وَهَذِهِ أَسْمَاءُ بَنَاتِهِ: مَحْلةُ وَنُوعَةُ وَحُجْلةُ وَمِلكَةُ وَتِرْصَةُ. [2] وَوَقَفْنَ أَمَامَ مُوسَى وَأَلِعَازَارَ الكَاهِنِ وَأَمَامَ الرُّؤَسَاءِ وَكُلِّ الجَمَاعَةِ لدَى بَابِ خَيْمَةِ الاِجْتِمَاعِ قَائِلاتٍ: [3] أَبُونَا مَاتَ فِي البَرِّيَّةِ وَلمْ يَكُنْ فِي القَوْمِ الذِينَ اجْتَمَعُوا عَلى الرَّبِّ فِي جَمَاعَةِ قُورَحَ بَل بِخَطِيَّتِهِ مَاتَ وَلمْ يَكُنْ لهُ بَنُونَ. [4] لِمَاذَا يُحْذَفُ اسْمُ أَبِينَا مِنْ بَيْنِ عَشِيرَتِهِ لأَنَّهُ ليْسَ لهُ ابْنٌ؟ أَعْطِنَا مُلكاً بَيْنَ أَعْمَامِنَا». [5] فَقَدَّمَ مُوسَى دَعْوَاهُنَّ أَمَامَ الرَّبِّ. [6] فَقَال الرَّبُّ لِمُوسَى: [7] «بِحَقٍّ تَكَلمَتْ بَنَاتُ صَلُفْحَادَ فَتُعْطِيهِنَّ مُلكَ نَصِيبٍ بَيْنَ أَعْمَامِهِنَّ وَتَنْقُلُ نَصِيبَ أَبِيهِنَّ إِليْهِنَّ. [8] وَتَقُول لِبَنِي إِسْرَائِيل: أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ مَاتَ وَليْسَ لهُ ابْنٌ تَنْقُلُونَ مُلكَهُ إِلى ابْنَتِهِ. [9] وَإِنْ لمْ تَكُنْ لهُ ابْنَةٌ تُعْطُوا مُلكَهُ لِإِخْوَتِهِ. [10] وَإِنْ لمْ يَكُنْ لهُ إِخْوَةٌ تُعْطُوا مُلكَهُ لأَعْمَامِهِ.

Then came the daughters of Zelophehad, the son of Hepher, the son of Gilead, the son of Machir, the son of Manasseh, of the families of Manasseh the son of Joseph: and these are the names of his daughters; Mahlah, Noah, and Hoglah, and Milcah, and Tirzah.
And they stood before Moses, and before Eleazar the priest, and before the princes and all the congregation, by the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, saying,
Our father died in the wilderness, and he was not in the company of them that gathered themselves together against the LORD in the company of Korah; but died in his own sin, and had no sons.
Why should the name of our father be done away from among his family, because he hath no son? Give unto us therefore a possession among the brethren of our father.
And Moses brought their cause before the LORD.
And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
The daughters of Zelophehad speak right: thou shalt surely give them a possession of an inheritance among their father's brethren; and thou shalt cause the inheritance of their father to pass unto them.
And thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel, saying, If a man die, and have no son, then ye shall cause his inheritance to pass unto his daughter
And if he have no daughter, then ye shall give his inheritance unto his brethren.
And if he have no brethren, then ye shall give his inheritance unto his father's brethren.


سفر العدد [36 : 8] وَكُلُّ بِنْتٍ وَرَثَتْ نَصِيباً مِنْ أَسْبَاطِ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيل تَكُونُ امْرَأَةً لِوَاحِدٍ مِنْ عَشِيرَةِ سِبْطِ أَبِيهَا لِيَرِثَ بَنُو إِسْرَائِيل كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ نَصِيبَ آبَائِهِ [9] فَلا يَتَحَوَّل نَصِيبٌ مِنْ سِبْطٍ إِلى سِبْطٍ آخَرَ بَل يُلازِمُ أَسْبَاطُ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيل كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ نَصِيبَهُ». [10] كَمَا أَمَرَ الرَّبُّ مُوسَى كَذَلِكَ فَعَلتْ بَنَاتُ صَلُفْحَادَ.

And every daughter, that possesseth an inheritance in any tribe of the children of Israel, shall be wife unto one of the family of the tribe of her father, that the children of Israel may enjoy every man the inheritance of his fathers.
Neither shall the inheritance remove from one tribe to another tribe; but every one of the tribes of the children of Israel shall keep himself to his own inheritance.
Even as the LORD commanded Moses, so did the daughters of Zelophehad:





6-Mother's rights

تكريم الام خاصة والوالدين عامة بسبب جهد الحمل والتربية فيما بعد

Honor and respect for the mother in Islam

وَوَصَّيْنَا الْإِنسَانَ بِوَالِدَيْهِ حَمَلَتْهُ أُمُّهُ وَهْنًا عَلَى وَهْنٍ وَفِصَالُهُ فِي عَامَيْنِ أَنِ اشْكُرْ لِي وَلِوَالِدَيْكَ إِلَيَّ الْمَصِيرُ لقمان

And We have enjoined upon man [care] for his parents. His mother carried him, [increasing her] in weakness upon weakness, and his weaning is in two years. Be grateful to Me and to your parents; to Me is the [final] destination. (14)


في سفر التكوين إصحاح 3 عدد16

وَقَالَ لِلْمَرْأَةِ: «تَكْثِيرًا أُكَثِّرُ أَتْعَابَ حَبَلِكِ، بِالْوَجَعِ تَلِدِينَ أَوْلاَدًا. وَإِلَى رَجُلِكِ يَكُونُ اشْتِيَاقُكِ وَهُوَ يَسُودُ عَلَيْكِ».

Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee.



وَاخْفِضْ لَهُمَا جَنَاحَ الذُّلِّ مِنَ الرَّحْمَةِ وَقُل رَّبِّ ارْحَمْهُمَا كَمَا رَبَّيَانِي صَغِيرًا الاسراء
جاء رجل إلى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فقال‏:‏ يا رسول الله من أحق الناس بحسن صحابتي‏؟‏ قال‏:‏ ‏"‏ أمك‏"‏ قال‏:‏ ثم من‏؟‏ قال‏:‏ ‏"‏ أمك‏"‏ قال‏:‏ ثم من‏؟‏ قال‏:‏ ‏"‏أمك‏"‏ قال‏:‏ ثم من‏؟‏ قال‏:‏ ‏"‏ أبوك‏"‏ ‏(‏‏(‏متفق عليه‏)‏‏)‏‏.‏ وفي رواية‏:‏ يارسول الله من أحق بحسن الصحبة‏؟‏ قال‏:‏ ‏"‏ أمك، ثم أمك، ثم أمك، ثم أباك، ثم أدناك أدناك‏"‏‏.‏ .

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: A person came to Messenger of Allah (PBUH) and asked, "Who among people is most deserving of my fine treatment?" He (PBUH) said, "Your mother". He again asked, ''Who next?" "Your mother", the Prophet (PBUH) replied again. He asked, "Who next?" He (the Prophet (PBUH)) said again, "Your mother." He again asked, "Then who?" Thereupon he (PBUH) said," Then your father."

In another narration: "O Messenger of Allah! Who is most deserving of my fine treatment?" He (PBUH) said, "Your mother, then your mother, then your mother, then your father, then your nearest, then nearest".

يسوع يقول لأمه ما لي ولكِ يا امرأة!

يوحنا [2 : 3] وَلَمَّا فَرَغَتِ الْخَمْرُ قَالَتْ أُمُّ يَسُوعَ لَهُ: «لَيْسَ لَهُمْ خَمْرٌ». [4] قَالَ لَهَا يَسُوعُ: «مَا لِي وَلَكِ يَا امْرَأَةُ! لَمْ تَأْتِ سَاعَتِي بَعْدُ».

nd when they wanted wine, the mother of Jesus saith unto him, They have no wine.
Jesus saith unto her, Woman, what have I to do with thee? mine hour is not yet come.

صموئيل الأول [20 : 30] فَحَمِيَ غَضَبُ شَاوُلَ عَلَى يُونَاثَانَ وَقَالَ لَهُ: «يَا ابْنَ الْمُتَعَوِّجَةِ الْمُتَمَرِّدَةِ, أَمَا عَلِمْتُ أَنَّكَ قَدِ اخْتَرْتَ ابْنَ يَسَّى لِخِزْيِكَ وَخِزْيِ عَوْرَةِ أُمِّكَ؟

Then Saul's anger was kindled against Jonathan, and he said unto him, Thou son of the perverse rebellious woman, do not I know that thou hast chosen the son of Jesse to thine own confusion, and unto the confusion of thy mother's nakedness?


هوشع [4 : 5] فَتَتَعَثَّرُ فِي النَّهَارِ وَيَتَعَثَّرُ أَيْضاً النَّبِيُّ مَعَكَ فِي اللَّيْلِ وَأَنَا أَخْرِبُ أُمَّكَ.


Therefore shalt thou fall in the day, and the prophet also shall fall with thee in the night, and I will destroy thy mother.





7- حجاب المرأة Women's Veil


1 Corinthians 11:3-12

3Now I want you to realize that the head of every man is Christ, and the head of the woman is man, and the head of Christ is God. (This shows a hierarchy of authority, funny notice how Christ is under god. But more importantly notice how the woman is under the man) 4Every man who prays or prophesies with his head covered dishonors his head. 5And every woman who prays or prophesies with her head uncovered dishonors her head—it is just as though her head were shaved. 6If a woman does not cover her head, she should have her hair cut off; and if it is a disgrace for a woman to have her hair cut or shaved off, she should cover her head. 7A man ought not to cover his head,[a] since he is the image and glory of God; but the woman is the glory of man. 8For man did not come from woman, but woman from man; (this shows that man is glory of God so they don’t have to cover their heads, but not women. They are the glory of men, therefore they have to cover their heads) 9neither was man created for woman, but woman for man. 10For this reason, and because of the angels (some bible commentaries talk but about an incident in which the angels fell in love with the women and came down to earth and took them as wives. Therefore women should cover their heads in order not to tempt the angels to come down and take them as wives this is supported by

3 ولكن أريد أن تعلموا أن رأس كل رجل هو المسيح، وأما رأس المرأة فهو الرجل، ورأس المسيح هو الله
4 كل رجل يصلي أو يتنبأ وله على رأسه شيء، يشين رأسه
5 وأما كل امرأة تصلي أو تتنبأ ورأسها غير مغطى، فتشين رأسها، لأنها والمحلوقة شيء واحد بعينه
6 إذ المرأة، إن كانت لا تتغطى، فليقص شعرها. وإن كان قبيحا بالمرأة أن تقص أو تحلق، فلتتغط
7 فإن الرجل لا ينبغي أن يغطي رأسه لكونه صورة الله ومجده. وأما المرأة فهي مجد الرجل
8 لأن الرجل ليس من المرأة، بل المرأة من الرجل
9 ولأن الرجل لم يخلق من أجل المرأة، بل المرأة من أجل الرجل
10 لهذا ينبغي للمرأة أن يكون لها سلطان على رأسها، من أجل الملائكة
11 غير أن الرجل ليس من دون المرأة، ولا المرأة من دون الرجل في الرب



Surah 33:59

O Ye who believe! Enter not the dwellings of the Prophet for a meal without waiting for the proper time, unless permission be granted you. But if ye are invited, enter, and, when your meal is ended, then disperse. Linger not for conversation. Lo! that would cause annoyance to the Prophet, and he would be shy of (asking) you (to go); but Allah is not shy of the truth. And when ye ask of them (the wives of the Prophet) anything, ask it of them from behind a curtain. That is purer for your hearts and for their hearts. And it is not for you to cause annoyance to the messenger of Allah, nor that ye should ever marry his wives after him. Lo! that in Allah's sight would be an enormity.

يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ قُل لِّأَزْوَاجِكَ وَبَنَاتِكَ وَنِسَاءِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ يُدْنِينَ عَلَيْهِنَّ مِن جَلَابِيبِهِنَّ ذَلِكَ أَدْنَى أَن يُعْرَفْنَ فَلَا يُؤْذَيْنَ وَكَانَ اللَّـهُ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًا

Surah 33:53

Prophet! Tell thy wives and thy daughters and the women of the believers to draw their cloaks close round them (when they go abroad). That will be better, so that they may be recognised and not annoyed. Allah is ever Forgiving, Merciful.

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَدْخُلُوا بُيُوتَ النَّبِيِّ إِلَّا أَن يُؤْذَنَ لَكُمْ إِلَى طَعَامٍ غَيْرَ نَاظِرِينَ إِنَاهُ وَلَـكِنْ إِذَا دُعِيتُمْ فَادْخُلُوا فَإِذَا طَعِمْتُمْ فَانتَشِرُوا وَلَا مُسْتَأْنِسِينَ لِحَدِيثٍ إِنَّ ذَلِكُمْ كَانَ يُؤْذِي النَّبِيَّ فَيَسْتَحْيِي مِنكُمْ وَاللَّـهُ لَا يَسْتَحْيِي مِنَ الْحَقِّ وَإِذَا سَأَلْتُمُوهُنَّ مَتَاعًا فَاسْأَلُوهُنَّ مِن وَرَاءِ حِجَابٍ ذَلِكُمْ أَطْهَرُ لِقُلُوبِكُمْ وَقُلُوبِهِنَّ وَمَا كَانَ لَكُمْ أَن تُؤْذُوا رَسُولَ اللَّـهِ وَلَا أَن تَنكِحُوا أَزْوَاجَهُ مِن بَعْدِهِ أَبَدًا إِنَّ ذَلِكُمْ كَانَ عِندَ اللَّـهِ عَظِيمًا



دور المرأة Women's Role



Colossians 3:18

Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as it is fit in the Lord.
18 أيتها النساء، اخضعن لرجالكن كما يليق في الرب


Exodus 21:7

"If a man sells his daughter as a servant, she is not to go free as menservants do.
7 وإذا باع رجل ابنته أمة، لا تخرج كما يخرج العبيد



1 Timothy 5:9,10

9No widow may be put on the list of widows unless she is over sixty, has been faithful to her husband,[a] 10and is well known for her good deeds, such as bringing up children, showing hospitality, washing the feet of the saints, helping those in trouble and devoting herself to all kinds of good deeds.

9 لتكتتب أرملة، إن لم يكن عمرها أقل من ستين سنة، امرأة رجل واحد
10 مشهودا لها في أعمال صالحة، إن تكن قد ربت الأولاد، أضافت الغرباء، غسلت أرجل القديسين، ساعدت المتضايقين، اتبعت كل عمل صالح


Surah 30:21

And of His signs is that He created for you from yourselves mates that you may find tranquillity in them; and He placed between you affection and mercy. Indeed in that are signs for a people who give thought. (21)

وَمِنْ آيَاتِهِ أَنْ خَلَقَ لَكُم مِّنْ أَنفُسِكُمْ أَزْوَاجًا لِّتَسْكُنُوا إِلَيْهَا وَجَعَلَ بَيْنَكُم مَّوَدَّةً وَرَحْمَةً إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِّقَوْمٍ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ



نظافة المراة Women's Cleanness

Bible says:

Leviticus 15:19-22, 25-30

19 " 'When a woman has her regular flow of blood, the impurity of her monthly period will last seven days, and anyone who touches her will be unclean till evening.

20 " 'Anything she lies on during her period will be unclean, and anything she sits on will be unclean. 21 Whoever touches her bed must wash his clothes and bathe with water, and he will be unclean till evening. 22 Whoever touches anything she sits on must wash his clothes and bathe with water, and he will be unclean till evening.

19 واذا كانت امرأة لها سيل وكان سيلها دما في لحمها فسبعة ايام تكون في طمثها وكل من مسّها يكون نجسا الى المساء.
20 وكل ما تضطجع عليه في طمثها يكون نجسا وكل ما تجلس عليه يكون نجسا.
21 وكل من مسّ فراشها يغسل ثيابه ويستحم بماء ويكون نجسا الى المساء.
22 وكل من مسّ متاعا تجلس عليه يغسل ثيابه ويستحم بماء ويكون نجسا الى المساء.

25 " 'When a woman has a discharge of blood for many days at a time other than her monthly period or has a discharge that continues beyond her period, she will be unclean as long as she has the discharge, just as in the days of her period. 26 Any bed she lies on while her discharge continues will be unclean, as is her bed during her monthly period, and anything she sits on will be unclean, as during her period. 27 Whoever touches them will be unclean; he must wash his clothes and bathe with water, and he will be unclean till evening.

28 " 'When she is cleansed from her discharge, she must count off seven days, and after that she will be ceremonially clean. 29 On the eighth day she must take two doves or two young pigeons and bring them to the priest at the entrance to the Tent of Meeting. 30 The priest is to sacrifice one for a sin offering and the other for a burnt offering. In this way he will make atonement for her before the LORD for the uncleanness of her discharge.

25 واذا كانت امرأة يسيل سيل دمها اياما كثيرة في غير وقت طمثها او اذا سال بعد طمثها فتكون كل ايام سيلان نجاستها كما في ايام طمثها. انها نجسة.
26 كل فراش تضطجع عليه كل ايام سيلها يكون لها كفراش طمثها. وكل الامتعة التي تجلس عليها تكون نجسة كنجاسة طمثها.
27 وكل من مسّهنّ يكون نجسا فيغسل ثيابه ويستحم بماء ويكون نجسا الى المساء.
28 واذا طهرت من سيلها تحسب لنفسها سبعة ايام ثم تطهر.
29 وفي اليوم الثامن تأخذ لنفسها يمامتين او فرخي حمام وتأتي بهما الى الكاهن الى باب خيمة الاجتماع.
30 فيعمل الكاهن الواحد ذبيحة خطية والآخر محرقة ويكفّر عنها الكاهن امام الرب من سيل نجاستها.

Quran says:

Surah 2:222

They ask you about menstruation: say, "It is harmful; you shall avoid sexual intercourse with the women during menstruation; do not approach them until they are rid of it. Once they are rid of it, you may have intercourse with them in the manner designed by GOD. GOD loves the repenters, and He loves those who are clean."

وَيَسْأَلُونَكَ عَنِ الْمَحِيضِ قُلْ هُوَ أَذًى فَاعْتَزِلُوا النِّسَاءَ فِي الْمَحِيضِ وَلَا تَقْرَبُوهُنَّ حَتَّى يَطْهُرْنَ فَإِذَا تَطَهَّرْنَ فَأْتُوهُنَّ مِنْ حَيْثُ أَمَرَكُمُ اللَّـهُ إِنَّ اللَّـهَ يُحِبُّ التَّوَّابِينَ وَيُحِبُّ الْمُتَطَهِّرِينَ

The Bible describes woman's period as if it is a highly contagious disease which can be passed to other people by touch. In addition, woman's discharge of blood is considered a sin of which a woman has to repent!

In Islam, woman's period or discharge of blood is neither considered a sin or transmittable uncleanness. The husband and the wife can do everything except sexual intercourse, as it is harmful according to the Quran.

5- الحيوان في تعاليم محمد ويسوع:

Animal Rights

في صحيح مسلم برقم 3615 عَنْ شَدَّادِ بْنِ أَوْسٍ قَالَ : ثِنْتَانِ حَفِظْتُهُمَا عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ r قَالَ :" إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَتَبَ الْإِحْسَانَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ فَإِذَا قَتَلْتُمْ فَأَحْسِنُوا الْقِتْلَةَ وَإِذَا ذَبَحْتُمْ فَأَحْسِنُوا الذَّبْحَ وَلْيُحِدَّ أَحَدُكُمْ شَفْرَتَهُ فَلْيُرِحْ ذَبِيحَتَهُ ".

Shaddid b. Aus said: Two are the things which I remember Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) having said: Verily Allah has enjoined goodness to everything; so when you kill, kill in a good way and when you slaughter, slaughter in a good way. So every one of you should sharpen his knife, and let the slaughtered animal die comfortably.


في صحيح البخاري برقم 2192 عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ- رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا- عَنْ النَّبِيِّ قَالَ : " دَخَلَتْ امْرَأَةٌ النَّارَ فِي هِرَّةٍ رَبَطَتْهَا فَلَمْ تُطْعِمْهَا وَلَمْ تَدَعْهَا تَأْكُلُ مِنْ خَشَاشِ الْأَرْضِ ".

Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar:

Allah's Apostle said, "A woman was tortured and was put in Hell because of a cat which she had kept locked till it died of hunger." Allah's Apostle further said, (Allah knows better) Allah said (to the woman), 'You neither fed it nor watered when you locked it up, nor did you set it free to eat the insects of the earth."

في صحيح البخاري برقم 168 عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ أَنَّ رَجُلًا رَأَى كَلْبًا يَأْكُلُ الثَّرَى مِنْ الْعَطَشِ فَأَخَذَ الرَّجُلُ خُفَّهُ فَجَعَلَ يَغْرِفُ لَهُ بِهِ حَتَّى أَرْوَاهُ فَشَكَرَ اللَّهُ لَهُ فَأَدْخَلَهُ الْجَنَّةَ.

Narrated Abu Huraira:

The Prophet said, "A man saw a dog eating mud from (the severity of) thirst. So, that man took a shoe (and filled it) with water and kept on pouring the water for the dog till it quenched its thirst. So Allah approved of his deed and made him to enter Paradise."


سفر صَمُوئِيل الأَوَّل إصحاح 15 عدد 3

فَالآنَ اذْهَبْ وَاضْرِبْ عَمَالِيقَ، وَحَرِّمُوا كُلَّ مَا لَهُ وَلاَ تَعْفُ عَنْهُمْ بَلِ اقْتُلْ رَجُلاً وَامْرَأَةً، طِفْلاً وَرَضِيعًا، بَقَرًا وَغَنَمًا، جَمَلاً وَحِمَارًا»

Now go and smite Amalek, and utterly destroy all that they have, and spare them not; but slay both man and woman, infant and suckling, ox and sheep, camel and ass.

في سفر الخروج إصحاح 21 عدد 28

«وَإِذَا نَطَحَ ثَوْرٌ رَجُلاً أَوِ امْرَأَةً فَمَاتَ، يُرْجَمُ الثَّوْرُ وَلاَ يُؤْكَلُ لَحْمُهُ. وَأَمَّا صَاحِبُ الثَّوْرِ فَيَكُونُ بَرِيئًا. 29وَلكِنْ إِنْ كَانَ ثَوْرًا نَطَّاحًا مِنْ قَبْلُ، وَقَدْ أُشْهِدَ عَلَى صَاحِبِهِ وَلَمْ يَضْبِطْهُ، فَقَتَلَ رَجُلاً أَوِ امْرَأَةً، فَالثَّوْرُ يُرْجَمُ وَصَاحِبُهُ أَيْضًا يُقْتَلُ

If an ox gore a man or a woman, that they die: then the ox shall be surely stoned, and his flesh shall not be eaten; but the owner of the ox shall be quit.

في سفر الخروج إصحاح 13 عدد11

«وَيَكُونُ مَتَى أَدْخَلَكَ الرَّبُّ أَرْضَ الْكَنْعَانِيِّينَ كَمَا حَلَفَ لَكَ وَلآبَائِكَ، وَأَعْطَاكَ إِيَّاهَا، 12أَنَّكَ تُقَدِّمُ لِلرَّبِّ كُلَّ فَاتِحِ رَحِمٍ، وَكُلَّ بِكْرٍ مِنْ نِتَاجِ الْبَهَائِمِ الَّتِي تَكُونُ لَكَ. الذُّكُورُ لِلرَّبِّ. 13وَلكِنَّ كُلَّ بِكْرِ حِمَارٍ تَفْدِيهِ بِشَاةٍ. وَإِنْ لَمْ تَفْدِهِ فَتَكْسِرُ عُنُقَهُ.


And it shall be when the LORD shall bring thee into the land of the Canaanites, as he sware unto thee and to thy fathers, and shall give it thee,


في إنجيل مرقس إصحاح 5 عدد 1

وَجَاءُوا إِلَى عَبْرِ الْبَحْرِ إِلَى كُورَةِ الْجَدَرِيِّينَ. 2وَلَمَّا خَرَجَ مِنَ السَّفِينَةِ لِلْوَقْتِ اسْتَقْبَلَهُ مِنَ الْقُبُورِ إِنْسَانٌ بِهِ رُوحٌ نَجِسٌ، 3كَانَ مَسْكَنُهُ فِي الْقُبُورِ، وَلَمْ يَقْدِرْ أَحَدٌ أَنْ يَرْبِطَهُ وَلاَ بِسَلاَسِلَ، 4لأَنَّهُ قَدْ رُبِطَ كَثِيرًا بِقُيُودٍ وَسَلاَسِلَ فَقَطَّعَ السَّلاَسِلَ وَكَسَّرَ الْقُيُودَ، فَلَمْ يَقْدِرْ أَحَدٌ أَنْ يُذَلِّلَهُ. 5وَكَانَ دَائِمًا لَيْلاً وَنَهَارًا فِي الْجِبَالِ وَفِي الْقُبُورِ، يَصِيحُ وَيُجَرِّحُ نَفْسَهُ بِالْحِجَارَةِ. 6فَلَمَّا رَأَى يَسُوعَ مِنْ بَعِيدٍ رَكَضَ وَسَجَدَ لَهُ، 7وَصَرَخَ بِصَوْتٍ عَظِيمٍ وَقَالَ:«مَا لِي وَلَكَ يَا يَسُوعُ ابْنَ اللهِ الْعَلِيِّ؟ أَسْتَحْلِفُكَ بِاللهِ أَنْ لاَ تُعَذِّبَنِي!» 8لأَنَّهُ قَالَ لَهُ:«اخْرُجْ مِنَ الإِنْسَانِ يَا أَيُّهَا الرُّوحُ النَّجِسُ». 9وَسَأَلَهُ:«مَا اسْمُكَ؟» فَأَجَابَ قِائِلاً:«اسْمِي لَجِئُونُ، لأَنَّنَا كَثِيرُونَ». 10وَطَلَبَ إِلَيْهِ كَثِيرًا أَنْ لاَ يُرْسِلَهُمْ إِلَى خَارِجِ الْكُورَةِ. 11وَكَانَ هُنَاكَ عِنْدَ الْجِبَالِ قَطِيعٌ كَبِيرٌ مِنَ الْخَنَازِيرِ يَرْعَى، 12فَطَلَبَ إِلَيْهِ كُلُّ الشَّيَاطِينِ قَائِلِينَ:«أَرْسِلْنَا إِلَى الْخَنَازِيرِ لِنَدْخُلَ فِيهَا». 13فَأَذِنَ لَهُمْ يَسُوعُ لِلْوَقْتِ. فَخَرَجَتِ الأَرْوَاحُ النَّجِسَةُ وَدَخَلَتْ فِي الْخَنَازِيرِ، فَانْدَفَعَ الْقَطِيعُ مِنْ عَلَى الْجُرْفِ إِلَى الْبَحْرِ. وَكَانَ نَحْوَ أَلْفَيْنِ ، فَاخْتَنَقَ فِي الْبَحْرِ.!

And they came over unto the other side of the sea, into the country of the Gadarenes.
And when he was come out of the ship, immediately there met him out of the tombs a man with an unclean spirit,
Who had his dwelling among the tombs; and no man could bind him, no, not with chains:
Because that he had been often bound with fetters and chains, and the chains had been plucked asunder by him, and the fetters broken in pieces: neither could any man tame him.
And always, night and day, he was in the mountains, and in the tombs, crying, and cutting himself with stones.
But when he saw Jesus afar off, he ran and worshipped him,
And cried with a loud voice, and said, What have I to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of the most high God? I adjure thee by God, that thou torment me not.
Son
For he said unto him, Come out of the man, thou unclean spirit.
And he asked him, What is thy name? And he answered, saying, My name is Legion: for we are many.
And he besought him much that he would not send them away out of the country.
Now there was there nigh unto the mountains a great herd of swine feeding.
And all the devils besought him, saying, Send us into the swine, that we may enter into them.
And forthwith Jesus gave them leave. And the unclean spirits went out, and entered into the swine: and the herd ran violently down a steep place into the sea, (they were about two thousand and were choked in the sea.






جاء فى تكوين 1: 26:

( وقال الله نعمل الانسان على صورتنا كشبهنا فيتسلطون على سمك البحر وعلى طير السماء وعلى البهائم وعلى كل الارض وعلى جميع الدبابات التي تدب على الارض )

And God made the beast of the earth after his kind, and cattle after their kind, and every thing that creepeth upon the earth after his kind: and God saw that it was good.



فى القرآن:الاسراء (آية:70):

{ ولقد كرمنا بني ادم وحملناهم في البر والبحر ورزقناهم من الطيبات وفضلناهم على كثير ممن خلقنا تفضيلا }

And We have certainly honored the children of Adam and carried them on the land and sea and provided for them of the good things and preferred them over much of what We have created, with [definite] preference. (70)


جاء في خروج 34 : 19-20 :

19لِي كُلُّ فَاتِحِ رَحِمٍ وَكُلُّ مَا يُولَدُ ذَكَراً مِنْ مَوَاشِيكَ بِكْراً مِنْ ثَوْرٍ وَشَاةٍ. 20 وَأَمَّا بِكْرُ الْحِمَارِ فَتَفْدِيهِ بِشَاةٍ. وإن لم تفده تكسر عنقه !!!

All that openeth the matrix is mine; and every firstling among thy cattle, whether ox or sheep, that is male.
But the firstling of an ass thou shalt redeem with a lamb: and if thou redeem him not, then shalt thou break his neck. All the firstborn of thy sons thou shalt redeem. And none shall appear before me empty.


جاء في صموئيل1 : 15 : 3 -4

2هَكَذَا يَقُولُ رَبُّ الْجُنُودِ: إِنِّي قَدِ افْتَقَدْتُ مَا عَمِلَ عَمَالِيقُ بِإِسْرَائِيلَ حِينَ وَقَفَ لَهُ فِي الطَّرِيقِ عِنْدَ صُعُودِهِ مِنْ مِصْرَ. 3فَالآنَ اذْهَبْ وَاضْرِبْ عَمَالِيقَ وَحَرِّمُوا كُلَّ مَا لَهُ وَلاَ تَعْفُ عَنْهُمْ بَلِ اقْتُلْ رَجُلاً وَامْرَأَةً, طِفْلاً وَرَضِيعاً, بَقَراً وَغَنَماً, جَمَلاً وَحِمَاراً"

Now go and smite Amalek, and utterly destroy all that they have, and spare them not; but slay both man and woman, infant and suckling, ox and sheep, camel and ass.
And Saul gathered the people together, and numbered them in Telaim, two hundred thousand footmen, and ten thousand men of Judah.


سفر الخروج 21: 28 - 32 :

28"وَإِذَا نَطَحَ ثَوْرٌ رَجُلاً أَوِ امْرَأَةً فَمَاتَ يُرْجَمُ الثَّوْرُ وَلاَ يُؤْكَلُ لَحْمُهُ. وَأَمَّا صَاحِبُ الثَّوْرِ فَيَكُونُ بَرِيئاً. 29وَلَكِنْ إِنْ كَانَ ثَوْراً نَطَّاحاً مِنْ قَبْلُ وَقَدْ أُشْهِدَ عَلَى صَاحِبِهِ وَلَمْ يَضْبِطْهُ فَقَتَلَ رَجُلاً أَوِ امْرَأَةً فَالثَّوْرُ يُرْجَمُ وَصَاحِبُهُ أَيْضاً يُقْتَلُ. 30إِنْ وُضِعَتْ عَلَيْهِ فِدْيَةٌ يَدْفَعُ فِدَاءَ نَفْسِهِ كُلُّ مَا يُوضَعُ عَلَيْهِ. 31أَوْ إِذَا نَطَحَ ابْناً أَوْ نَطَحَ ابْنَةً فَبِحَسَبِ هَذَا الْحُكْمِ يُفْعَلُ بِهِ. 32إِنْ نَطَحَ الثَّوْرُ عَبْداً أَوْ أَمَةً يُعْطِي سَيِّدَهُ ثَلاَثِينَ شَاقِلَ فِضَّةٍ وَالثَّوْرُ يُرْجَمُ.
f an ox gore a man or a woman, that they die: then the ox shall be surely stoned, and his flesh shall not be eaten; but the owner of the ox shall be quit.
But if the ox were wont to push with his horn in time past, and it hath been testified to his owner, and he hath not kept him in, but that he hath killed a man or a woman; the ox shall be stoned, and his owner also shall be put to death.

Whether he have gored a son, or have gored a daughter, according to this judgment shall it be done unto him.
If the ox shall push a manservant or a maidservant; he shall give unto their master thirty shekels of silver, and the ox shall be stoned.


متى 8 :28-32:

28وَلَمَّا جَاءَ إِلَى اَلْعَبْرِ إِلَى كُورَةِ اَلْجِرْجَسِيِّينَ اَسْتَقْبَلَهُ مَجْنُونَانِ خَارِجَانِ مِنَ اَلْقُبُورِ هَائِجَانِ جِدَّاً حَتَّى لَمْ يَكُنْ أَحَدٌ يَقْدِرُ أَنْ يَجْتَازَ مِنْ تِلْكَ اَلطَّرِيقِ. 29وَإِذَا هُمَا قَدْ صَرَخَا قَائِلَيْنِ: "مَا لَنَا وَلَكَ يَا يَسُوعُ اَبْنَ اَللَّهِ؟ أَجِئْتَ إِلَى هُنَا قَبْلَ اَلْوَقْتِ لِتُعَذِّبَنَا؟" 30وَكَانَ بَعِيداً مِنْهُمْ قَطِيعُ خَنَازِيرَ كَثِيرَةٍ تَرْعَى. 31فَالشَّيَاطِينُ طَلَبُوا إِلَيْهِ قَائِلِينَ: "إِنْ كُنْتَ تُخْرِجُنَا فَأْذَنْ لَنَا أَنْ نَذْهَبَ إِلَى قَطِيعِ اَلْخَنَازِيرِ". 32فَقَالَ لَهُمُ: "امْضُوا". فَخَرَجُوا وَمَضَوْا إِلَى قَطِيعِ اَلْخَنَازِيرِ وَإِذَا قَطِيعُ اَلْخَنَازِيرِ كُلُّهُ قَدِ اَنْدَفَعَ مِنْ عَلَى اَلْجُرْفِ إِلَى اَلْبَحْرِ وَمَاتَ فِي اَلْمِيَاهِ. 33أَمَّا اَلرُّعَاةُ فَهَرَبُوا وَمَضَوْا إِلَى اَلْمَدِينَةِ وَأَخْبَرُوا عَنْ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَعَنْ أَمْرِ اَلْمَجْنُونَيْنِ.

And when he was come into the house, the blind men came to him: and Jesus saith unto them, Believe ye that I am able to do this? They said unto him, Yea, Lord
Then touched he their eyes, saying, According to your faith be it unto you.
And their eyes were opened; and Jesus straitly charged them, saying, See that no man know it.
But they, when they were departed, spread abroad his fame in all that country.
As they went out, behold, they brought to him a dumb man possessed with a devil.

{ وَالأَنْعَامَ خَلَقَهَا لَكُمْ فِيهَا دِفْءٌ وَمَنَافِعُ وَمِنْهَا تَأْكُلُونَ ، وَلَكُمْ فِيهَا جَمَالٌ حِينَ تُرِيحُونَ وَحِينَ تَسْرَحُونَ ، وَتَحْمِلُ أَثْقَالَكُمْ إِلَى بَلَدٍ لَمْ تَكُونُوا بَالِغِيهِ إِلاَّ بِشِقِّ الأَنْفُسِ إِنَّ رَبَّكُمْ لَرَؤُوفٌ رَحِيمٌ ، وَالْخَيْلَ وَالْبِغَالَ وَالْحَمِيرَ لِتَرْكَبُوهَا وَزِينَةً وَيَخْلُقُ مَا لا تَعْلَمُونَ } النحل.

And the grazing livestock He has created for you; in them is warmth and [numerous] benefits, and from them you eat. (5) And for you in them is [the enjoyment of] beauty when you bring them in [for the evening] and when you send them out [to pasture]. (6)

حديث أبي هريرة عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: "بينما رجل يمشي بطريق اشتد عليه الحر، فوجد بئرا ًفنزل فيها فشرب، ثم خرج، فإذا كلب يلهث يأكل الثرى من العطش فقال الرجل: لقد بلغ هذا الكلب من العطش مثل الذي كان بلغ مني، فنزل البئر فملأ خفه ماء، ثم أمسكه بفيه حتى رقي، فسقى الكلب، فشكر الله له، فغفرله، قالوا:يا رسول الله إن لنا في البهائم أجرا ً؟ فقال: في كل كبد رطبة أجر" رواه مالك، والبخاري، ومسلم، وأبو داود، وابن حبان في صحيحه إلا أنه قال: "فشكر الله له فأدخله الجنة".

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, "While a man was walking on his way he became extremely thirsty. He found a well, he went down into it to drink water. Upon leaving it, he saw a dog which was panting out of thirst. His tongue was lolling out and he was eating moist earth from extreme thirst. The man thought to himself: 'This dog is extremely thirsty as I was.' So he descended into the well, filled up his leather sock with water, and holding it in his teeth, climbed up and quenched the thirst of the dog. Allah appreciated his action and forgave his sins". The Companions asked: "Shall we be rewarded for showing kindness to the animals also?" He (PBUH) said, "A reward is given in connection with every living creature".

[Al-Bukhari and Muslim].

وأخرج مسلم عن أبي بكر بن أبي شيبة بسنده إلى أبي هريرة أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " إن امرأة بغيا رأت كلبا ًفي يوم حار يطيف ببئر قد أدلع لسانه من العطش فنزعت له بموقها _أي استقت له بخفها _ فغفر لها " فقد غفر الله لهذه البغي ذنوبها بسبب ما فعلته من سقي هذا الكلب.

Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (may pace be upon him) as saying: A prostitute saw a dog moving around a well on a hot day and hanging out its tongue because of thirst. She drew water for it in her shoe and she was pardoned (for this act of hers).

وعن عبد الله بن عمرو أن رجلا جاء إلى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فقال: إني أنزع في حوضي حتى إذا ملأته لأبلي ورد عليّ البعير لغيري فسقيته، فهل في ذلك من أجر؟ فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: "إن في كل ذات كبد أجرا " رواه أحمد ورواته ثقات مشهورون.

وعن محمود بن الربيع أن سراقة بن جعثم قال: يا رسول إن الضالة ترد على حوضي فهل لي فيها من أجر إن سقيتها؟ قال: "أسقها، فإن في كل ذات كبد حراء أجرا ً"رواه ابن حبان في صحيحه، ورواه ابن ماجة والبيهقي.

وأخرج البخاري ومسلم عن عبد الله بن مسلمة من حديث أبي هريرة أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: "الخيل لثلاثة: لرجل أجر، ولرجل ستر، وعلى رجل وزر. فأما الذي له أجر فرجل ربطها في سبيل الله فأطال في مرج أو روضة فما أصابت في طلبها ذلك من المرج أو الروضة كانت له حسنات، ولو أنها قطعت طيلها فاستنت شرفا أو شرفين كانت أرواؤها وأثارها حسنات له، ولو أنها مرت بنهر فشربت منه ولم يرد أن يسقيها كان ذلك حسنات له.." الحديث.

Narrated Abu Huraira:
Allah's Apostle said, " Horses are kept for one of three purposes: A man may keep them (for Allah's Cause) to receive a reward in the Hereafter; another may keep them as a means of protection; and a third may keep them to be a burden for him. As for the man for whom the horse is a source of reward, he is the one who ties it for Allah's Cause, and he ties it with a long rope in a pasture or a garden, then, whatever it eats or drinks in that pasture or garden will be added to his good deeds. And if it breaks its rope and jumps over one or two hills, then, for all its footsteps and its manure, good deeds will be written for him. And if it passes by a river and drinks of its water though its owner had no intention to water it from that river, even then he will have good deeds written for him. So that horse will be (a source of) reward for such a man. If a man ties a horse for earning his livelihood and abstaining from asking others for help and he does not forget Allah's right, i.e. pays its Zakat and gives it to be used in Allah's Cause, then that horse will be a means of protection for him. But if a man ties it out of pride and to show off and to excite others, then that horse will be a burden (of sins) for him." Then Allah's Apostle was asked regarding donkeys. He replied, "Nothing has been revealed to me except this comprehensive Verse which includes everything: 'So whoever does good equal to the weight of an atom (or a smallest ant) shall see it; and whoever does evil equal to the weight of an atom (or a smallest ant) shall see it.' (99.7-8)


رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم على ما أخرجه البخاري ومسلم: "عذبت امرأة في هرة لم تطعمها ولم تسقها، ولم تتركها تأكل من خشاش الأرض"، وروى البخاري بسنده إلى أسماء بنت أبي بكر أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: "دنت مني النار حتى قلت: أي رب وأنا معهم، فإذا امرأة حسبت أنه قال: تخدشها هرة _ : قال ما شأن هذه؟ قالوا: حبستها حتى ماتت جوعا ً" قال النووي في شرح هذا الحديث عن مسلم (9/89): "إن المرأة كانت مسلمة وإنها دخلت النار بسببها، وهذه المعصية ليست صغيرة بل صارت بإصرارها كبيرة".

Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: A woman was punished because of a cat. She had neither provided her with food nor drink, nor set her free so that she might eat the insects of the earth.


فقد روى مسلم بسنده إلى ابن عباس أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم مرّ على حمار قد وسم في وجهه فقال: "لعن الله الذي وسمه" وفي رواية له: " نهى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم عن الضرب في الوجه وعن الوسم في الوجه"، ورواه الطبراني بإسناد جيد مختصرا ً: "إن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم لعن من يسم في الوجه" وروى الطبراني أيضا ًعن جنادة بن جراد أحد بني غيلان بن جنادة قال: أتيت النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم بإبل قد وسمتها في أنفها، فقال رسول الله: "يا جنادة فما وجدت عضوا تسمه إلا في الوجه أما إن أمامك القصاص" فقال: أمرك إليها يا رسول الله.
[Muslim].

Another narration in Muslim is: "The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) prohibited us from hitting across the face and branding on the face (of an animal)."


وعن جابر بن عبد الله قال: مرّ حمار برسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قد كوي وجهه يفور منخراه من دم، فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : "لعن الله من فعل هذا" ثم نهى عن الكي في الوجه والضرب في الوجه" رواه الترمذي مختصرا ًوصححه، والأحاديث في النهي عن الكي في الوجه كثيرة.


عن ابن عمر أنه قال: "نهى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم عن أن تصبر بهيمة أو غيرها للقتل".
Narrated Ibn `Umar:
that he entered upon Yahya bin Sa`id while one of Yahya's sons was aiming at a hen after tying it. Ibn `Umar walked to it and untied it. Then he brought it and the boy and said. "Prevent your boys from tying the birds for the sake of killing them, as I have heard the Prophet forbidding the killing of an animal or other living thing after tying them."

روي عن ابن عباس قال: "نهى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم عن التحريش بين البهائم"

وروي عن عبد الرحمن بن عبد الله بن عمر بن الخطاب عن أبيه قال: كنا مع النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم في سفر، فانطلق لحاجته، فرأينا حمّرة معها فرخان، فأخذنا فرخيها، فجاءت الحمرة فجعلت تعرش، فلما جاء رسول الله قال: "من فجع هذه بولدها؟ ردوا ولدها إليها" وعن الشريد قال: سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: "من قتل عصفورا عبثا ًعجّ إلى الله يوم القيامة يقول: يا رب إن فلانا قتلني عبثا ًولم يقتلني منفعة" رواه النسائي وابن حبان في صحيحه.


عن ابن عمر أنه مرّ بفتيان من قريش طيرا ًأو دجاجة يترامونها، وقد جعلوا لصاحب الطير كل خاطئة من نبلهم، فلما رأوا ابن عمر تفرقوا، فقال ابن عمر: من فعل هذا؟ لعن الله من فعل هذا، إن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم "لعن من اتخذ شيئا ًفيه الروح غرضا" رواه البخاري ومسلم.

قال الصنعاني في سبل السلام (4/86) بعد أن أورد هذا الحديث بلفظ مسلم: "الحديث نهى عن جعل الحيوان هدفا يرمى إليه، والنهي للتحريم لأنه أصله، ويؤيده قوة حديث " لعن الله من فعل هذا" ووجه حكمة النهي أن فيه إيلاما للحيوان.

فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: "وإذا ذبحتم فأحسنوا الذبحة، وليحد أحدكم شفرته، وليرح ذبيحته"

ن ابن عباس أن رجلا أضجع شاة وهو يحد شفرته، فقال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم "أتريد أن تميتها موتتين هلا أحددتك شفرتك قبل أن تضجعها" رواه الطبراني في الكبير والأوسط، والحاكم واللفظ له وقال: صحيح على شرط البخاري.
وعن ابن مسعود قال: كنا مع رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم في سفر فرأى قرية نمل قد حرقناها فقال: "من حرق هذه؟" قلنا: نحن، قال: "إنه لا ينبغي أن يعذب بالنار إلا رب العالمين" رواه أبو داود

أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: "إذا سافرتم في الخصب فأعطوا الإبل حظها من الأرض"

ورد في سنن أبي داود أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: "إياكم أن تتخذوا ظهور دوابكم منابر، فإن الله إنما سخرها لكم لتبلغكم إلى بلد لم تكونوا بالغيه إلا بشق الأنفس".


ورد في الصحيح أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: "لا يبقين في رقبة بعير قلادة من وتر إلا قطعت"،

وعن عبد الله بن جعفر قال: أردفني رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم خلفه ذات يوم..فدخل حائطا ً_أي بستانا_ لرجل من الأنصار فإذا فيه جمل فلما رأى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم حنّ وذرفت عيناه، فأتاه رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فمسح ذفراه فسكت، فقال: "من رب هذا الجمل؟ لمن هذا الجمل؟" فجاء فتى من الأنصار فقال: لي يا رسول الله، فقال: " أفلا تتقي الله في هذه البهيمة التي ملكك الله إياها، فإنه شكى إليّ أنك تجيعه وتدئبه" أي تعمل عليه عملا متواصلا، رواه أحمد وأبو داود.

6- الاحكام و الحدود بين تعاليم محمد ويسوع Legislation

1-الردة :Apostasy


قال الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم
" مَنْ بَدَّلَ دِينَهُ فَاقْتُلُوهُ "


Ibn 'Abbas (RAA) narrated that The Messenger of Allah said, “He who changes his religion (i.e. apostates) kill him.” Related by Al-Bukhari.



سفر الخروج إصحاح 32 عدد26

وَقَفَ مُوسَى فِي بَابِ الْمَحَلَّةِ، وَقَالَ: «مَنْ لِلرَّبِّ فَإِلَيَّ». فَاجْتَمَعَ إِلَيْهِ جَمِيعُ بَنِي لاَوِي. 27فَقَالَ لَهُمْ: «هكَذَا قَالَ الرَّبُّ إِلهُ إِسْرَائِيلَ: ضَعُوا كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ سَيْفَهُ عَلَى فَخِْذِهِ وَمُرُّوا وَارْجِعُوا مِنْ بَابٍ إِلَى بَابٍ فِي الْمَحَلَّةِ، وَاقْتُلُوا كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ أَخَاهُ وَكُلُّ وَاحِدٍ صَاحِبَهُ وَكُلُّ وَاحِدٍ قَرِيبَهُ». 28فَفَعَلَ بَنُو لاَوِي بِحَسَبِ قَوْلِ مُوسَى. وَوَقَعَ مِنَ الشَّعْبِ فِي ذلِكَ الْيَوْمِ نَحْوُ ثَلاَثَةِ آلاَفِ رَجُل. 29وَقَالَ مُوسَى: «امْلأُوا أَيْدِيَكُمُ الْيَوْمَ لِلرَّبِّ، حَتَّى كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ بِابْنِهِ وَبِأَخِيهِ، فَيُعْطِيَكُمُ الْيَوْمَ بَرَكَةً».

Then Moses stood in the gate of the camp, and said, Who is on the LORD's side? let him come unto me. And all the sons of Levi gathered themselves together unto him.

And he said unto them, Thus saith the LORD God of Israel, Put every man his sword by his side, and go in and out from gate to gate throughout the camp, and slay every man his brother, and every man his companion, and every man his neighbor

And the children of Levi did according to the word of Moses: and there fell of the people that day about three thousand men.
For Moses had said, Consecrate yourselves today to the LORD, even every man upon his son, and upon his brother; that he may bestow upon you a blessing this day.


سفر هوشع إصحاح 13 عدد16تُجَازَى السَّامِرَةُ لأَنَّهَا قَدْ تَمَرَّدَتْ عَلَى إِلهِهَا. بِالسَّيْفِ يَسْقُطُونَ. تُحَطَّمُ أَطْفَالُهُمْ، وَالْحَوَامِلُ تُشَقُّ..

Samaria shall become desolate; for she hath rebelled against her God: they shall fall by the sword: their infants shall be dashed in pieces, and their women with child shall be ripped up.


سفر التثنية إصحاح 17 عدد 2«
إِذَا وُجِدَ فِي وَسَطِكَ فِي أَحَدِ أَبْوَابِكَ الَّتِي يُعْطِيكَ الرَّبُّ إِلهُكَ رَجُلٌ أَوِ امْرَأَةٌ يَفْعَلُ شَرًّا فِي عَيْنَيِ الرَّبِّ إِلهِكَ بِتَجَاوُزِ عَهْدِهِ، 3وَيَذْهَبُ وَيَعْبُدُ آلِهَةً أُخْرَى وَيَسْجُدُ لَهَا، أَوْ لِلشَّمْسِ أَوْ لِلْقَمَرِ أَوْ لِكُلّ مِنْ جُنْدِ السَّمَاءِ، الشَّيْءَ الَّذِي لَمْ أُوصِ بِهِ، 4وَأُخْبِرْتَ وَسَمِعْتَ وَفَحَصْتَ جَيِّدًا وَإِذَا الأَمْرُ صَحِيحٌ أَكِيدٌ. قَدْ عُمِلَ ذلِكَ الرِّجْسُ فِي إِسْرَائِيلَ، 5فَأَخْرِجْ ذلِكَ الرَّجُلَ أَوْ تِلْكَ الْمَرْأَةَ، الَّذِي فَعَلَ ذلِكَ الأَمْرَ الشِّرِّيرَ إِلَى أَبْوَابِكَ، الرَّجُلَ أَوِ الْمَرْأَةَ، وَارْجُمْهُ بِالْحِجَارَةِ حَتَّى يَمُوتَ. 6عَلَى فَمِ شَاهِدَيْنِ أَوْ ثَلاَثَةِ شُهُودٍ يُقْتَلُ الَّذِي يُقْتَلُ. لاَ يُقْتَلْ عَلَى فَمِ شَاهِدٍ وَاحِدٍ. 7أَيْدِي الشُّهُودِ تَكُونُ عَلَيْهِ أَوَّلاً لِقَتْلِهِ، ثُمَّ أَيْدِي جَمِيعِ الشَّعْبِ أَخِيرًا، فَتَنْزِعُ الشَّرَّ مِنْ وَسَطِكَ.

If there be found among you, within any of thy gates which the LORD thy God giveth thee, man or woman, that hath wrought wickedness in the sight of the LORD thy God, in transgressing his covenant,


And hath gone and served other gods, and worshipped them, either the sun, or moon, or any of the host of heaven, which I have not commanded;


And it be told thee, and thou hast heard of it, and inquired diligently, and, behold, it be true, and the thing certain, that such abomination is wrought in Israel:


Then shalt thou bring forth that man or that woman, which have committed that wicked thing, unto thy gates, even that man or that woman, and shalt stone them with stones, till they die.


At the mouth of two witnesses, or three witnesses, shall he that is worthy of death be put to death; but at the mouth of one witness he shall not be put to death.


The hands of the witnesses shall be first upon him to put him to death, and afterward the hands of all the people. So thou shalt put the evil away from among

تث-17-1 لا تذبحوا للرب إلهكم ثورا أو شاة يكون فيه أي عيب أو عاهة، لأن ذلك رجس لدى الرب إلهكم. 2: إذا وجدتم فيما بينكم في إحدى مدنكم التي أعطاكم الرب إلهكم أن رجلا أو امرأة فعل الشر أمام الرب إلهكم، فخالف عهده 3: وذهب فعبد آلهة أخرى وسجد لها، أو للشمس أو القمر أو سائر كواكب السماء، مما لم آمر به 4: وسمعتم الخبر وتحققتم منه جيدا فكان صحيحا ثابتا أن الرجل أو المرأة صنع الرجس في بني إسرائيل، 5: فأخرجوا ذلك الرجل أو تلك المرأة إلى خارج المدينة وارجموه بالحجارة حتى يموت



Thou shalt not sacrifice unto the LORD thy God any bullock, or sheep, wherein is blemish, or any evilfavouredness: for that is an abomination unto the LORD thy God.

يشوع بن سيراخ 26:27
اما من ارتد عن البر الى الخطيئة فالرب يستبقيه للسيف

2- حد السرقة :pinch

وَالسَّارِقُ وَالسَّارِقَةُ فَاقْطَعُوا أَيْدِيَهُمَا جَزَاءً بِمَا كَسَبَا نَكَالًا مِّنَ اللَّـهِ وَاللَّـهُ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٌ المائدة

يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ إِذَا جَاءَكَ الْمُؤْمِنَاتُ يُبَايِعْنَكَ عَلَى أَن لَّا يُشْرِكْنَ بِاللَّـهِ شَيْئًا وَلَا يَسْرِقْنَ وَلَا يَزْنِينَ وَلَا يَقْتُلْنَ أَوْلَادَهُنَّ وَلَا يَأْتِينَ بِبُهْتَانٍ يَفْتَرِينَهُ بَيْنَ أَيْدِيهِنَّ وَأَرْجُلِهِنَّ وَلَا يَعْصِينَكَ فِي مَعْرُوفٍ فَبَايِعْهُنَّ وَاسْتَغْفِرْ لَهُنَّ اللَّـهَ إِنَّ اللَّـهَ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ الممتحنة
[As for] the thief, the male and the female, amputate their hands in recompense for what they committed as a deterrent [punishment] from Allah. And Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise. (38)

O Prophet, when the believing women come to you pledging to you that they will not associate anything with Allah, nor will they steal, nor will they commit unlawful sexual intercourse, nor will they kill their children, nor will they bring forth a slander they have invented between their arms and legs, nor will they disobey you in what is right - then accept their pledge and ask forgiveness for them of Allah. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful. (12)


سفر الخروج إصحاح 22 عدد2 إِنْ وُجِدَ السَّارِقُ وَهُوَ يَنْقُبُ، فَضُرِبَ وَمَاتَ، فَلَيْسَ لَهُ دَمٌ

If a thief be found breaking up, and be smitten that he die, there shall no blood be shed for him.


سفر التثنية إصحاح 24 عدد 7«إِذَا وُجِدَ رَجُلٌ قَدْ سَرَقَ نَفْسًا مِنْ إِخْوَتِهِ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ وَاسْتَرَقَّهُ وَبَاعَهُ، يَمُوتُ ذلِكَ السَّارِقُ، فَتَنْزِعُ الشَّرَّ مِنْ وَسَطِكَ.

If a man be found stealing any of his brethren of the children of Israel, and maketh merchandise of him, or selleth him; then that thief shall die; and thou shalt put evil away from among you.


سفر زكريا إصحاح 5 عدد3فَقَالَ لِي: «هذِهِ هِيَ اللَّعْنَةُ الْخَارِجَةُ عَلَى وَجْهِ كُلِّ الأَرْضِ. لأَنَّ كُلَّ سَارِق يُبَادُ مِنْ هُنَا بِحَسَبِهَا، وَكُلَّ حَالِفٍ يُبَادُ مِنْ هُنَاكَ بِحَسَبِهَا. 4إِنِّي أُخْرِجُهَا، يَقُولُ رَبُّ الْجُنُودِ، فَتَدْخُلُ بَيْتَ السَّارِقِ وَبَيْتَ الْحَالِفِ بِاسْمِي زُورًا، وَتَبِيتُ فِي وَسَطِ بَيْتِهِ وَتُفْنِيهِ مَعَ خَشَبِهِ وَحِجَارَتِهِ».

Then said he unto me, This is the curse that goeth forth over the face of the whole earth: for every one that stealeth shall be cut off as on this side according to it; and every one that sweareth shall be cut off as on that side according to it.
I will bring it forth, saith the LORD of hosts, and it shall enter into the house of the thief, and into the house of him that sweareth falsely by my name: and it shall remain in the midst of his house, and shall consume it with the timber thereof and the stones thereof.

3- الخمر Wine

يوحنا 2
2 و دعي ايضا يسوع و تلاميذه الى العرس 3 و لما فرغت الخمر قالت ام يسوع له ليس لهم خمر 4 قال لها يسوع ما لي و لك يا امراة لم تات ساعتي بعد 5 قالت امه للخدام مهما قال لكم فافعلوه 6 و كانت ستة اجران من حجارة موضوعة هناك حسب تطهير اليهود يسع كل واحد مطرين او ثلاثة 7 قال لهم يسوع املاوا الاجران ماء فملاوها الى فوق 8 ثم قال لهم استقوا الان و قدموا الى رئيس المتكا فقدموا 9 فلما ذاق رئيس المتكا الماء المتحول خمرا و لم يكن يعلم من اين هي لكن الخدام الذين كانوا قد استقوا الماء علموا دعا رئيس المتكا العريس 10 و قال له كل انسان انما يضع الخمر الجيدة اولا و متى سكروا فحينئذ الدون اما انت فقد ابقيت الخمر الجيدة الى الان 11 هذه بداية الايات فعلها يسوع في قانا الجليل و اظهر مجده فامن به تلاميذه

And the third day there was a marriage in Cana of Galilee; and the mother of Jesus was there:
And both Jesus was called, and his disciples, to the marriage.
And when they wanted wine, the mother of Jesus saith unto him, They have no wine.
Jesus saith unto her, Woman, what have I to do with thee? mine hour is not yet come.
His mother saith unto the servants, Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it.
And there were set there six waterpots of stone, after the manner of the purifying of the Jews, containing two or three firkins apiece.
Jesus saith unto them, Fill the waterpots with water. And they filled them up to the brim.
And he saith unto them, Draw out now, and bear unto the governor of the feast. And they bare it.
When the ruler of the feast had tasted the water that was made wine, and knew not whence it was: (but the servants which drew the water knewhttp://www.akhawaat.com/akhawat/images/smilies/wink.gif the governor of the feast called the bridegroom,
And saith unto him, Every man at the beginning doth set forth good wine; and when men have well drunk, then that which is worse: but thou hast kept the good wine until now.
This beginning of miracles did Jesus in Cana of Galilee, and manifested forth his glory; and his disciples believed on him.

متى 26
27 و اخذ الكاس و شكر و اعطاهم قائلا اشربوا منها كلكم
And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying, Drink ye all of it;

ارميا 25
27 و تقول لهم هكذا قال رب الجنود اله اسرائيل اشربوا و اسكروا و تقياوا و اسقطوا و لا تقوموا من اجل السيف الذي ارسله انا بينكم
Therefore thou shalt say unto them, Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Drink ye, and be drunken, and spue, and fall, and rise no more, because of the sword which I will send among you.





يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِنَّمَا الْخَمْرُ وَالْمَيْسِرُ وَالْأَنصَابُ وَالْأَزْلَامُ رِجْسٌ مِّنْ عَمَلِ الشَّيْطَانِ فَاجْتَنِبُوهُ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ المائدة

O you who have believed, indeed, intoxicants, gambling, [sacrificing on] stone alters [to other than Allah], and divining arrows are but defilement from the work of Satan, so avoid it that you may be successful. (90)



4- اكل لحوم البشرCannibalism

اللاويين
26: 27
وان كنتم بذلك لا تسمعون لي بل سلكتم معي بالخلاف 28 فانا اسلك معكم بالخلاف ساخطا و اؤدبكم سبعة اضعاف حسب خطاياكم 29 فتاكلون لحم بنيكم و لحم بناتكم تاكلون


And if ye will not for all this hearken unto me, but walk contrary unto me;
Then I will walk contrary unto you also in fury; and I, even I, will chastise you seven times for your sins.
And ye shall eat the flesh of your sons, and the flesh of your daughters shall ye eat.

رؤيا 16
6 لانهم سفكوا دم قديسين و انبياء فاعطيتهم دما ليشربوا لانهم مستحقون

For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets, and thou hast given them blood to drink; for they are worthy.

يقول القران الكريم

إِنَّمَا حَرَّمَ عَلَيْكُمُ الْمَيْتَةَ وَالدَّمَ وَلَحْمَ الْخِنزِيرِ وَمَا أُهِلَّ لِغَيْرِ اللَّـهِ بِهِ فَمَنِ اضْطُرَّ غَيْرَ بَاغٍ وَلَا عَادٍ فَإِنَّ اللَّـهَ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ النحل

He has only forbidden to you dead animals, blood, the flesh of swine, and that which has been dedicated to other than Allah. But whoever is forced [by necessity], neither desiring [it] nor transgressing [its limit] - then indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful. (115)

وَلَا تَقْتُلُوا أَوْلَادَكُمْ خَشْيَةَ إِمْلَاقٍ نَّحْنُ نَرْزُقُهُمْ وَإِيَّاكُمْ إِنَّ قَتْلَهُمْ كَانَ خِطْئًا كَبِيرًا النحل

And do not kill your children for fear of poverty. We provide for them and for you. Indeed, their killing is ever a great sin. (31)

5- مساعدة الفقراء Helping the poor

يقول الكتاب المقدس the bible siad
يوحنا 12 :4-8
فأخذت مريم منا من طيب ناردين خالص كثير الثمن، ودهنت قدمي يسوع، ومسحت قدميه بشعرها، فامتلأ البيت من رائحة الطيب 4 فقال واحد من تلاميذه، وهو يهوذا سمعان الإسخريوطي، المزمع أن يسلمه 5 لماذا لم يبع هذا الطيب بثلاثمئة دينار ويعط للفقراء 6 قال هذا ليس لأنه كان يبالي بالفقراء، بل لأنه كان سارقا، وكان الصندوق عنده، وكان يحمل ما يلقى فيه 7 فقال يسوع: اتركوها إنها ليوم تكفيني قد حفظته 8 لأن الفقراء معكم في كل حين، وأما أنا فلست معكم في كل حين .

Then saith one of his disciples, Judas Iscariot, Simon's son, which should betray him,
disciples Matt 26:8
Why was not this ointment sold for three hundred pence, and given to the poor?
This he said, not that he cared for the poor; but because he was a thief, and had the bag, and bare what was put therein.
Then said Jesus, Let her alone: against the day of my burying hath she kept this.
For the poor always ye have with you; but me ye have not always.

يقول القران الكريم the Quran siad

إِن تُبْدُوا الصَّدَقَاتِ فَنِعِمَّا هِيَ وَإِن تُخْفُوهَا وَتُؤْتُوهَا الْفُقَرَاءَ فَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ وَيُكَفِّرُ عَنكُم مِّن سَيِّئَاتِكُمْ وَاللَّـهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ خَبِيرٌ البقرة

If you disclose your charitable expenditures, they are good; but if you conceal them and give them to the poor, it is better for you, and He will remove from you some of your misdeeds [thereby]. And Allah, with what you do, is [fully] Acquainted. (271)

يقول الرسول محمد the Prophet Muhammad says

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عَوْنٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ عُمَرَ، رضى الله عنه وَجَدَ مَالاً بِخَيْبَرَ، فَأَتَى النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَأَخْبَرَهُ، قَالَ ‏"‏ إِنْ شِئْتَ تَصَدَّقْتَ بِهَا ‏"‏‏.‏ فَتَصَدَّقَ بِهَا فِي الْفُقَرَاءِ وَالْمَسَاكِينِ وَذِي الْقُرْبَى وَالضَّيْفِ‏.‏ ...
Narrated Ibn `Umar:
`Umar got some property in Khaibar and he came to the Prophet and informed him about it. The Prophet said to him, "If you wish you can give it in charity." So `Umar gave it in charity (i.e. as an endowment) the yield of which was to be used for the good of the poor, the needy, the kinsmen and the guests.

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، فِي هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ قَالَ فَجَعَلَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ تُعْطِي الْقُرْطَ وَالْخَاتَمَ وَجَعَلَ بِلاَلٌ يَجْعَلُهُ فِي كِسَائِهِ قَالَ فَقَسَمَهُ عَلَى فُقَرَاءِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ ‏.‏ ...

The above mentioned tradition has also bee transmitted by Ibn 'Abbas through a different chain of narrators. This version adds: The women began to give their ear-rings and rings in alms. Bilal began to collect them in his garment. He (the Prophet) then distributed them among the poor Muslims.

وعن سهل بن سعيد رضي الله عنه‏:‏ قال رسول صلى الله عليه وسلم‏:‏ ‏"‏ أنا وكافل اليتيم في الجنة هكذا‏"‏ وأشار بالسبابة والوسطى، وفرج بينهما‏.‏ ‏(‏‏(‏رواه البخاري‏)‏‏)‏‏.‏

Sahl bin Sa'd (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, "I will be like this in Jannah with the person who takes care of an orphan". Messenger of Allah (PBUH) raised his forefinger and middle finger by way of illustration.

6- أكل كل شيء Eat anything

يقول الكتاب المقدس / the bible siad

10: 9 ثم في الغد فيما هم يسافرون و يقتربون الى المدينة صعد بطرس على السطح ليصلي نحو الساعة السادسة
10: 10 فجاع كثيرا و اشتهى ان ياكل و بينما هم يهيئون له وقعت عليه غيبة
10: 11 فراى السماء مفتوحة و اناء نازلا عليه مثل ملاءة عظيمة مربوطة باربعة اطراف و مدلاة على الارض
10: 12 و كان فيها كل دواب الارض و الوحوش و الزحافات و طيور السماء
10: 13 و صار اليه صوت قم يا بطرس اذبح و كل
10: 14 فقال بطرس كلا يا رب لاني لم اكل قط شيئا دنسا او نجسا
10: 15 فصار اليه ايضا صوت ثانية ما طهره الله لا تدنسه انت
10: 16 و كان هذا على ثلاث مرات ثم ارتفع الاناء ايضا الى السماء
On the morrow, as they went on their journey, and drew nigh unto the city, Peter went up upon the housetop to pray about the sixth hour:
And he became very hungry, and would have eaten: but while they made ready, he fell into a trance,
And saw heaven opened, and a certain vessel descending upon him, as it had been a great sheet knit at the four corners, and let down to the earth:
Wherein were all manner of fourfooted beasts of the earth, and wild beasts, and creeping things, and fowls of the air.
And there came a voice to him, Rise, Peter; kill, and eat.
But Peter said, Not so, Lord; for I have never eaten any thing that is common or unclean.
And the voice spake unto him again the second time, What God hath cleansed, that call not thou common.
This was done thrice: and the vessel was received up again into heaven.

حُرِّمَتْ عَلَيْكُمُ الْمَيْتَةُ وَالدَّمُ وَلَحْمُ الْخِنزِيرِ وَمَا أُهِلَّ لِغَيْرِ اللَّـهِ بِهِ وَالْمُنْخَنِقَةُ وَالْمَوْقُوذَةُ وَالْمُتَرَدِّيَةُ وَالنَّطِيحَةُ وَمَا أَكَلَ السَّبُعُ إِلَّا مَا ذَكَّيْتُمْ وَمَا ذُبِحَ عَلَى النُّصُبِ وَأَن تَسْتَقْسِمُوا بِالْأَزْلَامِ ذَلِكُمْ فِسْقٌ الْيَوْمَ يَئِسَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مِن دِينِكُمْ فَلَا تَخْشَوْهُمْ وَاخْشَوْنِ الْيَوْمَ أَكْمَلْتُ لَكُمْ دِينَكُمْ وَأَتْمَمْتُ عَلَيْكُمْ نِعْمَتِي وَرَضِيتُ لَكُمُ الْإِسْلَامَ دِينًا فَمَنِ اضْطُرَّ فِي مَخْمَصَةٍ غَيْرَ مُتَجَانِفٍ لِّإِثْمٍ فَإِنَّ اللَّـهَ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ المائدة

Prohibited to you are dead animals, blood, the flesh of swine, and that which has been dedicated to other than Allah, and [those animals] killed by strangling or by a violent blow or by a head-long fall or by the goring of horns, and those from which a wild animal has eaten, except what you [are able to] slaughter [before its death], and those which are sacrificed on stone altars, and [prohibited is] that you seek decision through divining arrows. That is grave disobedience. This day those who disbelieve have despaired of [defeating] your religion; so fear them not, but fear Me. This day I have perfected for you your religion and completed My favor upon you and have approved for you Islam as religion. But whoever is forced by severe hunger with no inclination to sin - then indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful. (3)

But if you have not gone in unto them, there is no sin upon you. And [also prohibited are] the wives of your sons who are from your [own] loins, and that you take [in marriage] two sisters simultaneously, except for what has already occurred. Indeed, Allah is ever Forgiving and Merciful. (23)

7- أخلاقيات الجهاد والحرب بين تعاليم محمد ويسوع:Morality of war

في صحيح مسلم : عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ : " وُجِدَتْ امْرَأَةٌ مَقْتُولَةً فِي بَعْضِ تِلْكَ الْمَغَازِي فَنَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ عَنْ قَتْلِ النِّسَاءِ وَالصِّبْيَانِ ".

It is narrated by Ibn 'Umar that a woman was found killed in one of these battles; so the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) forbade the killing of women and children.



سفر حزقيال إصحاح 9 عدد 6اَلشَّيْخَ وَالشَّابَّ وَالْعَذْرَاءَ وَالطِّفْلَ وَالنِّسَاءَ، اقْتُلُوا لِلْهَلاَكِ. وَلاَ تَقْرُبُوا مِنْ إِنْسَانٍ عَلَيْهِ السِّمَةُ، وَابْتَدِئُوا مِنْ مَقْدِسِي». فَابْتَدَأُوا بِالرِّجَالِ الشُّيُوخِ الَّذِينَ أَمَامَ الْبَيْتِ

Slay utterly old and young, both maids, and little children, and women: but come not near any man upon whom is the mark; and begin at my sanctuary. Then they began at the ancient men which were before the house.


- سفر صموئيل الأول إصحاح 15 عدد 3فَالآنَ اذْهَبْ وَاضْرِبْ عَمَالِيقَ، وَحَرِّمُوا كُلَّ مَا لَهُ وَلاَ تَعْفُ عَنْهُمْ بَلِ اقْتُلْ رَجُلاً وَامْرَأَةً، طِفْلاً وَرَضِيعًا، بَقَرًا وَغَنَمًا، جَمَلاً وَحِمَارًا».

3- سفر هوشع إصحاح13 عدد16تُجَازَى السَّامِرَةُ لأَنَّهَا قَدْ تَمَرَّدَتْ عَلَى إِلهِهَا. بِالسَّيْفِ يَسْقُطُونَ. تُحَطَّمُ أَطْفَالُهُمْ، وَالْحَوَامِلُ تُشَقُّ.

Samaria shall become desolate; for she hath rebelled against her God: they shall fall by the sword: their infants shall be dashed in pieces, and their women with child shall be ripped up.

سنن أبي داودَ برقم 2247 عن أَنَسِ بنِ مَالِكٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ : " انْطَلِقُوا بِاسْمِ اللَّهِ وَبِاللَّهِ وَعَلَى مِلَّةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ وَلَا تَقْتُلُوا شَيْخًا فَانِيًا وَلَا طِفْلًا وَلَا صَغِيرًا وَلَا امْرَأَةً وَلَا تَغُلُّوا وَضُمُّوا غَنَائِمَكُمْ وَأَصْلِحُوا وَأَحْسِنُوا إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُحْسِنِينَ ".

Narrated Anas ibn Malik:

The Prophet () said: Go in Allah's name, trusting in Allah, and adhering to the religion of Allah's Apostle. Do not kill a decrepit old man, o a young infant, or a child, or a woman; do not be dishonest about booty, but collect your spoils, do right and act well, for Allah loves those who do well.

] لَا يَنْهَاكُمُ اللَّهُ عَنِ الَّذِينَ لَمْ يُقَاتِلُوكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ وَلَمْ يُخْرِجُوكُم مِّن دِيَارِكُمْ أَن تَبَرُّوهُمْ وَتُقْسِطُوا إِلَيْهِمْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُقْسِطِينَ [ (الممتحنة 8 )

Allah does not forbid you from those who do not fight you because of religion and do not expel you from your homes - from being righteous toward them and acting justly toward them. Indeed, Allah loves those who act justly.

]وَقَاتِلُوا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ الَّذِينَ يُقَاتِلُونَكُمْ وَلَا تَعْتَدُوا إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ الْمُعْتَدِينَ (190) ) [البقرة).

Fight in the way of Allah those who fight you but do not transgress. Indeed. Allah does not like transgressors.

It would be good if you actually provided some of the teachings of Jesus if you are seeking to make a fair comparison. The majority of your "examples" have been taken from the Old Testament and used out of context. These cannot be considered teachings of Jesus. I am prepared to accept your error comes from a lack of understanding of biblical scripture and not from malice on your part.

No... the Old Testament is not the teachings of Christ Jesus. The mission and teachings of Jesus are to be found in the New Testament. I thought you would have known that, if you undertake a comparison then in order to be fair you should at least find out what the actual teachings of Jesus are. They are encapsulated in the "Sermon of the Mount" you could look that up as a start. Or I could post it for you if you prefer.. If you wish I will do that.

The coming of Jesus is prophesied in the Old Testament. As Gods Word.. Jesus is to be found in the Old Testament. However... His message is found in the Gospels. (New Testament)

The Old Testament was considered by its writers to be the inspired and authoritative Word of God. Jesus Himself confirmed it as such and used it in His teachings... the New Testament writers, and the early church, also affirmed its authenticity.

Dear heart, there are enough threads and posts on here that explain how Christians view the Bible.. I know I have made a few. I don't see this thread is the place to go over that again. This thread was the teachings of Mohammed V Jesus. Although it seems there are two threads of a similar topic here.. :/

Suffice to say Christians view the WHOLE Bible as the inspired word of God. We see the Gospel (New Testament) a fulfilment of the Old. It is in the Gospel (New Testament) that the teachings of Jesus are to be found.

If you are truly interested in a fair comparison between the teachings of Mohammed and Jesus then please read this.. The Sermon on the Mount covers several different topics. If I were to summarise the Sermon on the Mount in a single sentence, it would be something like this... ~ How to live a life that is dedicated to and pleasing to God, free from hypocrisy, full of love and grace, full of wisdom and discernment... ~ that is what Jesus taught.. Please.. Do not confuse Old Testament Laws and traditions for the teachings of Lord Jesus.

Matthew 5-7

Sermon on the Mount


5 Now when Jesus saw the crowds, he went up on a mountainside and sat down. His disciples came to him, 2 and he began to teach them.


The Beatitudes


He said:


3 “Blessed are the poor in spirit,
for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
4 Blessed are those who mourn,
for they will be comforted.
5 Blessed are the meek,
for they will inherit the earth.
6 Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness,
for they will be filled.
7 Blessed are the merciful,
for they will be shown mercy.
8 Blessed are the pure in heart,

Salt and Light

The Fulfillment of the Law

Murder


21 “You have heard that it was said to the people long ago, ‘You shall not murder, and anyone who murders will be subject to judgment.’ 22 But I tell you that anyone who is angry with a brother or sister will be subject to judgment. Again, anyone who says to a brother or sister, ‘Raca,’ is answerable to the court. And anyone who says, ‘You fool!’ will be in danger of the fire of hell.


23 “Therefore, if you are offering your gift at the altar and there remember that your brother or sister has something against you, 24 leave your gift there in front of the altar. First go and be reconciled to them; then come and offer your gift.


25 “Settle matters quickly with your adversary who is taking you to court. Do it while you are still together on the way, or your adversary may hand you over to the judge, and the judge may hand you over to the officer, and you may be thrown into prison. 26 Truly I tell you, you will not get out until you have paid the last penny.


Adultery


27 “You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall not commit adultery.’ 28 But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart. 29 If your right eye causes you to stumble, gouge it out and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to be thrown into hell. 30 And if your right hand causes you to stumble, cut it off and throw it away. Love for Enemies

He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous. 46 If you love those who love you, what reward will you get? Are not even the tax collectors doing that? 47 And if you greet only your own people, what are you doing more than others? Giving to the Needy


6 “Be careful not to practice your righteousness in front of others to be seen by them. If you do, you will have no reward from your Father in heaven.


2 “So when you give to the needy, do not announce it with trumpets, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and on the streets, to be honored by others. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full. 3 But when you give to the needy, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, 4 so that your giving may be in secret. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.


Prayer


5 “And when you pray, do not be like the hypocrites, for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the street corners to be seen by others. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full. 6 But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Fasting

Treasures in Heaven

Do Not Worry

Are you not much more valuable than they? 27 Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?

Very good, I do not deny that there are good texts in the Bible

Teachings in your posts indicate a contradiction in the Bible

You cannot just say you believe some of the Bible... Like just the bits you like or you believe seem to agree with Islam. If you say as a Muslim that the Bible is corrupted then you cannot take anything from it. You must forget about the Bible Prophets the virgin birth and supposed references about your Prophet Mohammed.. Stop looking for validation for the prophet of Islam in the previous scriptures and just accept what you have in the Quran is that all God has given to you.

You see contradictions.. Where I do not. I see contradictions in the Quran ...you do not. These contradictions are because we are judging each other's scriptures by the standards our respective Holy Books. I don't see the point of attempting to prove to you the contradictions I see in the Quran.. Because it does not impact upon me, but would likely make you unhappy or discontent.. No point in that. I'm not sure why some muslims feel obliged to be constantly pointing out what they see and believe as contradictions in the Bible.. Like what do you gain from it?

Bring on the contradictions as you see them if you like. I will see if I can explain them in a logical way you may understand... But sometimes for you.. Who have closed your heart and mind already to other possibilities I do not think God will grant you the understanding.. I guess we can always hope.. And pray. Prayer is good.

I can say that I agree with some things in the Quran like Muslims do about some things in the Bible, such as the virgin birth of Jesus, and that Jesus is the prophet Messiah; moreover, I admit that some things put in some versions of the Bible were interpolations namely 1Jn. 5:7, but as I mentioned, we didn't have a Christian Uthman to burn our original manuscript copies; so, we know about the problems in certain Bibles, but this cannot be done with the Quran. I would have a big problem with that. Finally, Christians have the clear right from both a Biblical and Quranic perspective to reject the Quran, but the right for Muslims to reject the torah and gospel is not a clear right from their Scripture perspective or ours. Based on this information, I feel Christians stand on a better foundation

Dear Heart.. In which way different? To be a Christian one has to believe in Jesus as Messiah, was born of a virgin, was crucified and resurrected so conquering death so we may live. That goes for all denominations that call themselves Christian if they differ.. Then they forgo the right to be called Christian.
