Gartner, Inc. has given the Oracle® E-Business Suite a rating of “Strong Positive,” the highest possible ranking, in its report “MarketScope for Sales Configuration.”*
Gartner defines its Strong Positive rating as “a provider of strategic products, services or solutions.”
Part of the Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Configurator integrates Oracle CRM and Siebel Order Capture with Oracle Supply Chain Management, enabling companies to specify, sell, manufacture and fulfill complex, customized products and solutions. By leveraging guided selling, the application actively gathers customer requirements and then maps them to a set of product or service options. Oracle Configurator supports Internet sales and telesales as well as other channels.
