Reply to suspicion about sura 9 verse 29 ( sura At-tawba)



Al salam alaikom ..peace be upon you




The haters of our relegion (islam) use this verse to claim the fact that islam encourage the terrorism . Using lies They want to tell their followers that our great Islam is a bloody religion .

Fight with those from among the people of the Book, who do not believe in Allah nor in the Last Day; *26who do not make unlawful that which Allah and His Messenger have made unlawful, *27 and do not adopt the Right way as their way. (Fight with themuntil they pay Jizyah with their own hands and are humbled. *28

The quran is not like the holy bible so when you explain the quran you must know these three things
1- arabic language(very important)
2- the quran 's commentary (al tafsir)
3- The historical context of the verse


Here is the verse 's commentary ( tafsir ) :

In the year 9 AH(after higra) when the islam exapnded the christian Romans became so angry and they decided to fight muslims in order to finish with the message of islam (this is the real terrorism) . The prophet Mohamed -peace be upon him- planned to send an army and the battle of tabuk started . The muslims won under the command of the prophet Muhammed :salla:.

This was the truth ..The prophet Muhammed :salla: the master of humans came with peace and love but peace does not mean submit to who want to start the war...so allah (God) sent this verse to give premission to the prophet Mohamed :salla: in order to be ready to this war. The Self -defense is guaranteed by all laws so where is the problem ?

Do you see the quranic peace in the next verse (2:190)?

Fight in the way of Allah those who fight you but do not transgress. Indeed. Allah does not like transgressors.


This verse contain a clear quranic written istruction : do not transgress (of course ISIS does not apply quran 's commandments and they used veses out context to justify and legitimate their terrorism )

A word to every christian ... look for the truth and you will find it .

We are ready for the inter- religion dialogue based on mutual respect .

((( And if any one of the polytheists seeks your protection,then grant him protection so that he may hear the words of Allah. Then deliver him to his place of safety. That is because they are a people who do not know. )))

"lf during a fight, an enemy makes a request that he should be given an opportunity to understand Islam, the Muslims should give him a surety of protection and allow him to visit them. They should then present Islam before him in order to make him understand it. If, after this, he dces not embrace Islam, they should convey him safely to his place" . Such a person who comes to Dar-ul-Islam under the above mentioned protection is called musta'min in the Islamic Code.
