can a fly carry antibiotics in its wings?!

Can an ugly disgusting filthy fly really carry antibiotics in its wings?!

Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, said, "If a fly falls in the vessel of any of you, let him dip all of it (into the vessel) and then throw it away, for in one of its wings there is a disease and in the other there is healing (antidote for it) i e. the treatment for that disease." (Translation of Sahih Bukhari, Volume 7, Book 71, Number 673)"

Why would the Prophet get himself in troubles and said that? He didn’t have to talk medicine, and he hadn’t had ultra modern laboratories.

Now I can say proudly, Prophet Mohammad peace be upon him isn’t the only one who says that insects can carry antibiotics in their wings, but up-to-date science says that too!
But the Prophet was the first!!
