The discharge is from the urethral glands (porosities) between the urethra and vagina or the urethral/vaginal spongy tissues, mainly around the G-spot, but the glands can be extended to the cervix and uterus. The urethral glands discharges the trapped fluid into the so-called Skene's ducts which openings can be in the urethra and vaginal ceiling or around the openings of the urethra or Vagina. Some women discharge the ejaculation into the vagina; some into the urethra like a water jet.
If the openings of the Skene's ducts are mainly distributed in the vaginal ceiling from the G-spot to the Epicenter/cervix, orgasm can produce a flood flow to cleanse the vagina. Therefore, the vaginal female ejaculation can significantly change the vaginal PH value, and may affect conception ability or the baby sex.
