With an aggressive growth strategy that combined acquisitions, joint ventures and new brands, RCCL needed an integrated, secure and reliable application architecture to meet the demands of an increasingly competitive cruise vacation market.
By leveraging JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, RCCL was able to replace its previous IT infrastructure with a more reliable and streamlined application architecture that simplified business processes, enhanced insight into previously disparate systems and facilitated security best practices.
Working closely with SYSTIME and following the SYS-on-TIME methodology that unites the right people at the right time under a focused project management environment, RCCL migrated to its new application architecture on time and under budget.
Interacting with over 30 internal applications and six external systems, RCCL’s new unified JD Edwards EnterpriseOne infrastructure reliably and efficiency supports a diverse set of business operations that serve 5,500 users.
By streamlining business processes, enhancing operational stability and enabling security best practices, the new JD Edwards EnterpriseOne infrastructure provides a stable, secure and flexible platform to efficiently support RCCL’s rapid global expansion.
