"أَلَمْ تَرَ أَنَّ اللَّهَ يَعْلَمُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ ۖ مَا يَكُونُ مِنْ نَجْوَىٰ ثَلَاثَةٍ إِلَّا هُوَ رَابِعُهُمْ وَلَا خَمْسَةٍ إِلَّا هُوَ سَادِسُهُمْ وَلَا أَدْنَىٰ مِنْ ذَٰلِكَ وَلَا أَكْثَرَ إِلَّا هُوَ مَعَهُمْ أَيْنَ مَا كَانُوا ۖ ثُمَّ يُنَبِّئُهُمْ بِمَا عَمِلُوا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمٌ" "Have you not seen that Allâh knows whatsoever is in the heavens and whatsoever is on the earth? There is no Najwa (secret counsel) of three, but He is their fourth (with His Knowledge, while He Himself is over the Throne, over the seventh heaven), nor of five but He is their sixth (with His Knowledge), not of less than that or more, but He is with them (with His Knowledge) wheresoever they may be; And afterwards on the Day of Resurrection, He will inform them of what they did. Verily, Allâh is the All-Knower of everything". ( 58/7) Commentary : 1) Allah (pbth) tells us about his unlimited knowledge.He knows what is going in the heavens and in the earth .He knows what had happened and what will happen and what will not happen. His knowledge surrounds every person and every thing in that world.He knows our secrets and our secret speech to any one at any time or any where.He (SWT) is acquainted on us, hears our speech,sees our plces because He (SWT) is the creator who created us from nothing. He is the maker and the maker always knows every thing about his handicraft.then does not Allah know every thing about his creatures.Allah says in the Qur'an : وَأَسِرُّوا قَوْلَكُمْ أَوِ اجْهَرُوا بِهِ ۖ إِنَّهُ عَلِيمٌ بِذَاتِ الصُّدُورِ 14. أَلَا يَعْلَمُ مَنْ خَلَقَ وَهُوَ اللَّطِيفُ الْخَبِيرُ "And whether ye hide your word or publish it, He certainly has (full) knowledge, of the secrets of (all) hearts. Should He not know― He that created? And He is the One that understands the finest mysteries (and) is well-acquainted (with them)." (67/3-4) 2) If we hide our words and deeds or publish them Allah knows that perfectly but more of that he knows what goes on our soul even it is good or bad. If any two persons or more speak secretly to each other Allah knows their speech but their intention and will tell them that in the day of resurrection وَلَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا الْإِنْسَانَ وَنَعْلَمُ مَا تُوَسْوِسُ بِهِ نَفْسُهُ ۖ وَنَحْنُ أَقْرَبُ إِلَيْهِ مِنْ حَبْلِ الْوَرِيدِ It was We who created man, and We know what dark suggestions his soul makes to him: for We are nearer to him than (his) jugular vein. ( 50/16) وَعِنْدَهُ مَفَاتِحُ الْغَيْبِ لَا يَعْلَمُهَا إِلَّا هُوَ ۚ وَيَعْلَمُ مَا فِي الْبَرِّ وَالْبَحْرِ ۚ وَمَا تَسْقُطُ مِنْ وَرَقَةٍ إِلَّا يَعْلَمُهَا وَلَا حَبَّةٍ فِي ظُلُمَاتِ الْأَرْضِ وَلَا رَطْبٍ وَلَا يَابِسٍ إِلَّا فِي كِتَابٍ مُبِينٍ With Him are the keys of the Unseen, the treasures that none knoweth but He. He knoweth whatever there is on the earth, and in the sea. Not a leaf doth fall but with His knowledge: there is not a grain in the darkness (or depths) of the earth nor anything fresh or dry (green or withered) but is (inscribed) in a Record Clear (to those who can read). (6/59) Commentary : 1) Allah (SWT) knows every thing in the heavens or in the land because they are his creatures.Allah created them from nothing.If he (pbth) wants anything He says (Be )and they (Are) All the keys of the unseen world are in his Hands.His kingdom is very vast Allah simplifies that to our limited mind.He knows what is in the seas and in the land even every leaf of a tree falls on the land Allah knows it and every grain in the darkness of the land .Allah collected all things in two things fresh or dry.Allah see and hear the creeping of the black ant on the black rock in the black darkness .He also send her its food.Allah does not forget his creatures. 2) Some people may be surprised of that but I must remind them that the humanbeings could see millions of people through the satellites which are far from them.Through microscopes we can see millions of creatures.The equipments of spying, the remote sensing equipments can observe millions of people during nights and days .Why do we deny that Allah knows every thing in his kingdom?
