I almost missed this one. How so? the Apostle Barnabas, who never met Jesus BTW. Was a companion to Paul, formally Saul. He died hundreds of years before Mohammed was born. So how could he have known Mohammed?

Regards the Gospel of Barnabas muslims like to quote. It has been proven as a medieval fake, many muslim scholars accept this as truth having examined the evidence. There is the Epistle of Barnabas which is a genuine Christian work which is quite different from the gospel.

:) for me personally it is an inspired work of scripture, an historical account, a guide book for life, parables written two thousand years ago that still have a validity in today's world. A source of comfort, peace and joy and an ever present reminder of Gods love for me. :)
